Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the competencies required by a paramedic at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Unit Toddopuli. The analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis of qualitative interviewing and analysis of the validity of the technique of triangulation. The analysis showed that qualification hard competencies in particular knowledge relating to credit ma uta is not to become a paramedic. Where in the recruitment of candidates registered BRI not see from his educational background, knowledge of the credit, but the psychological tests that look at the behavior of candidates registered or see the soft side competenciesnya. Pengetahuaan of credit will be in the can after being orderly given by BRI through education. So most of competence possessed by a paramedic at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Unit Toddopuli is behavioral requirements. Behavior (attitude) is something that reflects the person. As for pengatahuan and sense of businessnya will evolve as work experience.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the locus of control of marketing employees at PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah. The research is expected to be an input for companies in increasing employee work motivation seen from the personality of Locus of Control owned by marketing employees at PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar. The analytical tool used is interview technique which is a tool for re-checking or verification of information or information obtained previously. Interview technique used in qualitative research is in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews) is the process of obtaining information for research purposes by way of question and answer face-to-face between interviewers and informants with or without using the interview guide (guide). The results of the study indicate that the marketer funding employees at PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar have internal locus of control personality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of individual ability and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Makassar Panakkukang Branch. The population in this study were employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Makassar Panakkukang Branch as many as 50 people. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23 application assistance. Based on the analysis that has been done with partial testing shows that the individual ability variable produces a probability value (sig) = 0,000 <0.05. This the ability of individuals to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partial testing shows that the work environment variable produces a probability value (sig) = 0,000 <0.05. This the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Makassar Panakkukang Branch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampun individu dan lingkungan kerja terhdap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Cabang panakkukang Makassar yaitu sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan dengan pengujian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa variabel kemampuan individu menghasilkan nilai probabalitas (sig)=0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian kemampuan individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawa. Pengujian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja menghasilkan nilai probabilitas (sig)=0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Panakkukang Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus kepada kepemimpinan, empowerment, motivasi dan teamwork dalam mempengaruhi kelincahan Guru SMA Negeri se-Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara kepemimpinan, empowerment, motivasi dan teamwork terhadap kelincahan Guru di SMA Negeri se-Kota makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan Jenis penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square dengan jumlah sampel 98 guru ditetapkan dengan teknik Random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa Kuesioner dengan responden guru. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis Partial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara empowerment, dan teamwork terhadap kelincahan guru SMA Negeri se-Kota Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-commerce terhadap peningkatan pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Gowa. Objek penelitian ini adalah UMKM di Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur menggunakan metoda berbasis regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS 25. Populasi daripada  penelitian ini adalah para pelaku UMKM yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Gowa pada tahun 2022. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan metode random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 pelaku UMKM. Data yang digunkan menngunakan data primer. Teknik pengumumpuslan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa e-commerce berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan UMKM di Kabupaten Gowa. Hal dilihat dari segi omzet penjualan, jumlah pelanggan, dan jumlah pendapatan sebagai sarana untuk melakukan pemasaran produk dan kegiatan transaksi jual beli setelah memanfaatkan e-commerce untuk kegiatan usaha bagi pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

Along with the rapid developments in the world of education, private tertiary institutions need to be able to adapt to rapid environmental changes, such as technology and increasingly fierce competition. Lecturer agility is key in ensuring private tertiary institutions can remain relevant and sustainable in dealing with these changes. This research aims to analyze the factors that hinder lecturer agility at private universities in Makassar City. Lecturer agility is the ability of individual lecturers to adapt to changes in the environment, so it is important to ensure the sustainability and success of private universities. From the extraction results in the form of a component matrix, the variable with the highest order is low level of appreciation (X13), then lack of professional development (X12), followed by lack of support from higher education leaders (X9), lack of innovation culture (X20), culture organization (X5), lack of knowledge about agility (X15), Slow organizational change (X8), Limited resources (X1), lack of access to resources (X16), Lack of support from colleagues (X14), Limited time (X18 ), lack of lecturer motivation (X10), lack of recognition of success (X17), lack of access to technology (X7), policies and regulations (X3), time constraints (X4), lack of support from family (X19), professional recognition variable, Rigid curriculum (X2), demands from students (X11) and lack of collaboration between disciplines (X6). So the opinion of PTS lecturers in the city of Makassar. regarding what factors can inhibit lecturer agility at private universities in Makassar City.

Abstract

Objectives The research conducted by the authors is to analyze the Employee Benefit Effect on Employee Motivation in PT. Sulselbar Bank Head Office Makassar. The study was conducted at PT. Bank Head Office South Sulawesi Makassar. The analytical method used is descriptive kualiltatif by using multiple linear regression analysis. Result analysis and discussion shows that the Welfare Program significantly influence employee motivation at PT. Sulselbar Bank Head Office Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that motivate the performance of marketingPT employees. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Makassar Regional Office. Data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis method that is mean statistic and instrument analysis consist of validity test and reliability test with tool of IBM SPSS Version 21.0. The results showed that the factors that motivate the performance of marketing employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Makassar Regional Office in the form of interest factor which is dominant factor, requirement factor, standard to be achieved, ability, task and challenging situation, expectation and confidence, and situation of competition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of teamwork and career development on employee performance at PT. Makassar Branch of Bank Papua. The type of data used is quantitative with primary data sources with 50 employees as respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. The data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 application. The partial results showed that teamwork had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The simultaneous research results show that teamwork and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of people agility, results agility, mental agility, and change agility on employee performance at the Regional Financial Services Authority offices 6th Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression with a sample of 40 respondents who are organic employees at the OJK Regional 6th Sulampua office. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires containing statements about learning agility. The results of the study partially show that people agility, results agility, mental agility, and change agility each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously show that people agility, agility results, mental agility, and change agility have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
