Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Penilaian Prestasi Kerja, dimana prestasi kerja diperinci atas: Kedisiplinan, Kepribadian, Kecakapan dan tanggung jawab terhadap promosi jabatan pada PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) Tbk. Kantor Wilayah Makassar. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh penilaian prestasi kerja untuk meraih promosi jabatan adalah pengukuran skala likert melalui koesioner dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda serta uji instrument dan uji asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Wilayah Makassar yang berjumlah 122 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode solvin. Teknik pengumpulan data salah satunya dengan kuesioner. Promosi jabatan merupakan variabel dependent (Y), sedangkan variabel independent adalah kedisiplinan (X1), kepribadian (X2), kecakapan (X3), tanggung Jawab (X4). Hasil ananlisis penilaian prestasi kerja karyawan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pada variabel kedisiplinan, kepribadian, kecakapan dan tanggung jawab secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap promosi jabatan.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kantor Otoritas Bandar udara Wilayah V Makassar yang berjumlah 65 karyawan. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh (sensus), yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi di jadikan anggota sampel. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada seluruh responden. Data dalam penelitian ini akan diuji dengan beberapa tahapan pengujian, diantaranya yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data yang terdiri dari (uji validitas, uji reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari (uji normalitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas), dan pengujian seluruh hipotesis melalui uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah V Makassar. Sementara itu, pelatihan merupakan variable yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah V Makassar. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan; motivasi; kinerja karyawan. Abstract This study aimed to analyze the effect of training and motivation on employee performance. The population used in this study were all Makassar Regional V Airport Authority office employees, totaling 65 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling (census), which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are made into the sample. Data sources are primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The data in this study will be tested with several stages of testing, including descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests consisting of (validity test, reliability test), classical assumption test consisting of (normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test), and testing all hypotheses through the coefficient of determination test, partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results showed that the variables of training and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Makassar Regional V Airport Authority Office. Meanwhile, training is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at the Makassar Regional V Airport Authority Office. Keywords: Training; Motivation; Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Likuiditas dan Solvabilitas Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Perusahaan Telekomunikasi Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2017. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan pertimbangan ataupun kriteria yang ditetapkan, maka terdapat 4 perusahaan yang di jadikan sampel yang terdaftar pada sektor telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia antara lain; Xl Axiata Tbk, Smartfren Tbk, Indosat Tbk dan Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Data dalam penelitian ini akan diuji dengan beberapa tahapan pengujian, diantaranya yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas), dan pengujian seluruh hipotesis melalui uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CR sebagai variabel dari rasio likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas yang diukur dengan return on equity (ROE) pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011-2018. Dan variabel DER sebagai variabel dari struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan return on equity (ROE) pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011-2018. Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus kepada kepemimpinan, empowerment, motivasi dan teamwork dalam mempengaruhi kelincahan Guru SMA Negeri se-Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara kepemimpinan, empowerment, motivasi dan teamwork terhadap kelincahan Guru di SMA Negeri se-Kota makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan Jenis penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square dengan jumlah sampel 98 guru ditetapkan dengan teknik Random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa Kuesioner dengan responden guru. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis Partial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara empowerment, dan teamwork terhadap kelincahan guru SMA Negeri se-Kota Makassar.

Abstract

Milkfish is one of the export commodities known as milkfish. Amplang ikan bandeng or in Sulawesi is called sponge fish, which is a snack type of cracker with a distinctive taste and aroma of fish. PT Ahar Sentosa bki is an individual PT which was established in 2012 which is one of the businesses that produce Amplang. At PT Ahar sentosa bki, there is a decrease in turnover in certain months, especially in January due to the influence of weather. The phenomenon that occurs in this company is that the calculation has not used the method of calculating the cost of goods produced correctly, only calculating in a simple or traditional way, not detailing all costs incurred. The purpose of this study is to analyze the production cost of milkfish Amplang using the full costing method at PT Ahar Sentosa Bki Mamuju. The analysis method used is quantitative descriptive using a report on the production cost of milkfish amplang. The data used was obtained from PT Ahar Sentosa Bki Mamuju The analysis of production costs uses the full costing method to produce the cost of goods produced. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the cost of production of milkfish amplang at PT Ahar Sentosa using the full costing method is Rp.505,193,766 and according to the company Rp. 493,684,600 has a difference of Rp. 11,509,166. and the difference in the cost of goods produced by packs Rp.128.

Abstract

Human resources are the main asset in the organization with the role of implementing policies and operational activities. Good work performance can provide optimal results for the organization, requiring good management to create a comfortable work environment. Two factors that influence employee performance in this study are leadership style and work supervision. Leadership style is identified as the first factor affecting performance, while supervision is identified as the second factor. Both contribute positively to improving employee performance, as found in previous studies. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of leadership style and work supervision on employee performance at Regional Representative Office of Bank Indonesia South Sulawesi. The analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression regression using the help of SPSS version 23 software. The sample used amounted to 35 first line employees at the Regional Representative Office of Bank Indonesia of South Sulawesi Province. Representative Office of Bank Indonesia South Sulawesi Province.The results showed that there was an influence of leadership style and work supervision on leadership style and work supervision on employee performance at Regional Representative Office of Bank Indonesia of South Sulawesi Province. style leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the regression coefficient of the leadership style variable variable regression coefficient of 0.222 which is positive and significant at 0,044. Work supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the variable regression coefficient work supervision variable regression coefficient of 0.577 which is positive and significant at 0.000. As well as leadership style and work supervision simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance as shown the probability value (sig) of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived trust and perceived risk on student interest in PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. KCU Mattoangin Makassar. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the IBM SPSS Version 25.0 tool. From the proposed hypothesis test, the partial test research results show a positive and significant value for perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, perceived trust that it affects student interest in using mobile banking while perceived risk shows a negative and significant value. Simultaneously, the effect of perceived benefits, perceived convenience, perceived trust and perceived risk has a significant effect on customer interest and the R square value of 0.388 or 38.8% of the independent variable explains the dependent variable.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari (bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati) baik secara bersama-sama maupun parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna jasa pengiriman barang pada PT. TIKI cabang Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa pengiriman PT. TIKI cabang Makassar yang berjumlah 257 pelanggan. Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 72 responden yang diperoleh dari formulasi slovin. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada seluruh responden. Data dalam penelitian ini akan diuji dengan beberapa tahapan pengujian, diantaranya yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas), dan pengujian seluruh hipotesis melalui uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f). Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan pengaruh variabel bebas yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. TIKI cabang Makassar.  Kata Kunci: bukti fisik; kehandalan; daya tanggap; jaminan; perhatian; kepuasan pelanggan. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) jointly and partially on customer satisfaction using goods delivery services at PT. TIKI Makassar branch. The population in this study is customers who use the delivery service of PT. TIKI Makassar branch, totaling 257 customers. The number of samples used was as many as 72 respondents obtained from the solvent formulation. Data sources are primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The data in this study will be tested with several stages of testing, including descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests consisting of (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and testing all hypotheses through the coefficient of determination test, partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (f test). Simultaneous test results show that independent variables consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a significant impact on customer satisfaction at PT. Abstract

The object of research is the risk mitigation of Quishing (QR Phishing) in financial transactions using the Security Behavior Intentions Scale (SeBIS). The study focuses on how user behavior, financial security awareness, and technological adoption influence the ability to detect and mitigate Quishing threats. One of the most problematic areas is the growing vulnerability of digital payment users to fraudulent QR codes, which cybercriminals exploit to redirect users to malicious websites and steal sensitive financial information. Despite the rapid adoption of QR-based payments, primarily through Quick Response Indonesia Standard (QRIS) and e-wallets, there is a lack of comprehensive risk mitigation models that integrate user awareness, behavioral factors, and security technologies. The study used a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the relationships between security behavior, user awareness, and Quishing risk mitigation. Data was collected from 100 respondents in Makassar, Indonesia, to evaluate their digital security practices and susceptibility to Quishing attacks. The results indicate that password management and user awareness significantly influence Quishing risk mitigation, whereas device security alone does not guarantee protection. The study confirms that digital financial resilience can be enhanced through targeted education, stronger authentication mechanisms, and AI-driven fraud detection. This is because the proposed integration of SeBIS-based behavioral assessment and security interventions addresses multiple vulnerabilities in digital transactions. This ensures that it is possible to improve the overall security of digital payments by enhancing user behavior and implementing proactive security measures. Compared to similar known models, this approach combines behavioral insights with technological solutions, leading to more effective mitigation strategies for financial cybersecurity risks.
