Abstract

Effective Use Of The Tourist Area Of Seven Waterfalls Batangkoban Level As The District of Hulu Kuantan Kuantan District Local Revenue Singingi. Waterfall tourist area batangkoban seven levels has the potential to be developed in order to improve the regional economy or the economy of communities around the area . However, to exploit the tourist areas are not going well and also tourist areas have not been able to contribute in improving the regional economy. The purpose of this research is to examine the effectiveness of the utilization of the tourist area of seven waterfalls batangkoban level as local revenue and the factors that hinder the effective use of the tourist area . This study used qualitative research methods to the discussion of the fact that there is a description field. The results of this research note that the effectiveness of the utilization of the tourist area was not effective and was not fit for purpose or planning to be achieved . Factors that influence the effectiveness of the utilization of the tourist areas including goal achievement strategy that does not go according to , lack of appropriate policy , planning was not effective , the implementation of the programs, facilities and quality infrastructures poor and weak monitoring and control system is done to the areas tour

Abstract

Factors Affecting Implementation of Oil Palm Plantation Revitalization Program in the Village of Tapung Jaya Subdistrict Tandun Rokan Hulu District. Efforts to encourage the real sector through public welfare program is one of them through Oil Palm Plantation Revitalization Program. The purpose of this study is to is to determine the factors that affect the implementation of the Oil Palm Plantation Revitalization Program in the village of Tapung Jaya Subdistrict Tandun Rokan Hulu District. The concept of the theory is that researchers use public policy,public policy implementation and plantation revitalization program. This study used qualitative research methods to the assessment of descriptive data. In collecting the data, the researcher used interview techniques, observation and documentation. By using key informants as a source of information and analysis of the data using descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence Revitalization Program Implementation in Oil Palm Plantation Village of Tapung Jaya Subdistrict Tandun Rokan Hulu District is still a lack of clarity of the information received by the program managers , as well as the lack of facilities to support the implementation of the program, incentives are still less , and participation of the community as the target program is not maximized so that the implementation of the Oil Palm Plantation Village Revitalization in the village of Tapung Jaya Subdistrict Tandun Rokan Hulu District has not run optimally .Key Word: Public Policy, Implementation, Plantation Revitalization Program.

Abstract

The BPPPAKB is one of the leading institution of Riau Province in realizing justice and gender equality in all development in Riau Province. The application of the gender mainstreaming is instructed to all ministries of national government. The aim of this research is to know and analyze the function and factors which influence the BPPPAKB of Riau province in executing the Presidential Instruction No. 9 Year 2000 About Gender Mainstreaming In National Development. The result of this research show that the function of BPPPAKB of Riau province in executing that presidential instruction is not maximal yet. From the data it can be seen that there wewe a gap in fulfiling the basic right between male and female also, it ca be clearly seen that some of government buildings are gender bias meanwhile, the factors that influence the BPPPAKB of Riau province in executing that presidential instruction were the existanc of patrialism culture in our society, especially on those who took policy; weak socialization about gender mainstreaming from the chairperson to the staff, the existence of ego sectoral; disaggregated data; and the stereotype that gender mainstreaming is identical to the female. Last, the lack of chairpersons commitment to realize the gender mainstreaming.Key word: function, gender mainstreaming

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini kajian yang diamati adalah Perbandingan Pelaksanaan Electronic Government di Badan Pelayanan Terpadu Kota Pekanbaru dengan Dinas Perizinan kota Yogyakarta. Pelaksanaan Electronic Government dalam hal pemerintahan, dapat meningkatkan tercapainya good governance dalam hal peningkatan keterbukaan, transparansi, akuntabel atau demokratis dibandingkan pemerintahan yang konvensional. Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Electronic Government pada Badan Pelayanan Terpadu Kota Pekanbaru belum melaksanakan Electronic Government secara maksimal, karena pelayanan yang dilakukan masih menggunakan cara-cara manual. Penggunaan alat dan sistem elektronik yang minim membuat pelayanan public dan pengurusan izin bagi masyarakat memakan waktu yang lama dan tidak dapat memberikan waktu yang pasti. Sedangkan pada Dinas Perizinan Kota Yogyakarta sudah melaksanakan pelayanan secara elektronik yang sangat memudahkan pemohon dalam melakukan perizinan. Pelayanan yang sistematis dan transparan membuat pelayanan public berjalan lebih teratur dan tertib. Penggunaan sistem Rooting Slip yang digunakan oleh Dinas Perizinan Kota Yogyakarta membuat proses pembuatan izin lebih jelas dan dapat diakses oleh pemohon secara langsung untuk mengetahui kepastian proses perizinan yang mereka lakukan. Implementation By The Department Of Transportation Public Service City Pekanbaru (Parking Management Case Study In Subdistrick Sukajadi).This research was conducted at the Department of Transportation in Pekanbaru is the implementation of a public service by the city transportation department pekanbaru (Parking Management Case Study In Subdistrick Sukajadi) which aim to find out how the implementation of public services by the city transportation department pekanbaru (Study of the parking management in the district Sukajadi).The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of public services by the city transportation department pekanbaru (Parking Management Case Study In Sub Sukajadi), and the factors that affect the implementation of public services by the city transportation department pekanbaru (Parking Management Case Study In Subdistrick Sukajadi).The method used in this study is the type of data collected consist of primary data that the data was obtained directly from informants UPTD head parking, parking UPTD staff, and the community that the object of research in the form of information that is relevant to the issues that are being formulated in the study . Include: such as interviews, observations or written remarks. As well as secondary data includes data ie data obtained from the documents and reports that are related to the research problem and also books relating to this research. While the techniques used pengumpalan data is guided interviews, observation and and literature.Techniques of data analysis in this study is done by using data processed using qualitative methods Where the data obtained from interviews onwards systematically described with reference to the theoretical foundation or government regulations that relate to the discussion to find solutions to problems.From these results it can be concluded that the implementation of public services by the city transportation department pekanbaru (Parking Management Case Study In Subdistrick Sukajadi). still not running as expected or can not be considered successful or as expected, it is evident from the respondents or the public. As for the indicators of public services, namely responsiveness, responsibility, accountability, fairness, efficiency, and simplicity.Keywords: Public service, parking management, department of transportation

Abstract

It can no longer be denied that the development of information technologyhas changed the way people around the world living in running day-to- dayactivities. The existence and role of information technology in the life sector hasunwittingly brought the world into a new era of globalization faster than originallyenvisaged. These developments have also been utilized in the realm of publicservice, one example is the implementation Academic Portal at the University ofRiau in order to provide fast service, transparent and inexpensive to students.Effectiveness is a situation that shows the level of success of managementactivities in achieving the goals set in advance. In other words, effectiveness is theextent to which organizations carry out the entire task or achieve substanrially allof the target.This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of management at theUniversity of Riau Academic Portal based benefits, achievement of objectives andresults obtained after the implementation Academic Porta. This research wasconducted at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau.The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitativedata analysis and data collection techniques through interviews, observation andstudy of literature . Who become informants in this study were students FISIPUR, Chief Manager and Employee Portal Academic Computer Center at UPTFisip UR and UR.From the research conducted, it was found that management at theUniversity of Riau Academic Portal is quite effective because the goals set havebeen achieved, and the presence of beneficial results.Keywords : Effectiveness,Management, Academic Portal.

Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan analisis komprehensif mengenai asesmen matematika di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Asesmen bukan sekadar alat evaluasi hasil belajar, melainkan komponen integral dari proses pembelajaran yang efektif. Abstract

The training program “Developing a Growth Mindset Among Elementary School Teachers: A Training Guide for Enhancing Deep Learning” was organized by the Department of Education of Mandailing Natal Regency to strengthen teachers’ pedagogical competence and foster a student-centered learning culture. This initiative was motivated by the 2022 PISA results, which revealed that more than 99% of Indonesian students could only solve problems at lower levels (Lower Order Thinking Skills), while less than 1% reached higher levels (Higher Order Thinking Skills). One of the underlying causes is the prevalence of a fixed mindset among teachers—the belief that intelligence is innate and difficult to change. This training aimed to cultivate a growth mindset based on Carol S. Dweck’s (2006) theory, which emphasizes that abilities can be developed through effort and learning strategies. The method employed was a reflective andragogical workshop involving material presentations, microteaching simulations, and collaborative reflections. The results indicated a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding of the growth mindset concept and its implementation in deep learning. Teachers began providing process praise, applying The Power of Yet strategy, and creating emotionally safe and collaborative classroom environments. Furthermore, the establishment of the Growth-Oriented Teacher Community of Mandailing Natal (KGB-Madina) emerged as a sustainable platform for sharing best teaching practices and fostering continuous professional growth.
