Result observationaling to point out that observation to victim that experience violence well that violence to female and violence to masing's child adverse. It visually of yielding researcher interview with exhaustive informan whatever available which is haven't available socialization is done. Factor is factor that regard that observation which is minim available SDM it, hall situation that doesn't back up and facility that really subtracted. Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of human resources in a company to be able to produce quality products amid business competition in the era of globalization. Human resources are an important role for the success of the PTPN V Unit Terantam Kampar Palm Oil Mill, because humans are living assets that need to be maintained and developed. To increase work productivity, company employees must pay attention to what factors serve as a support in influencing employee performance. This research was conducted at PTPN V Unit Terantam Kampar Palm Oil Mill. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of performance of employees in the production department at the PTPN V Unit Terantam Kampar Palm Oil Mill. The research sample was taken as many as 63 respondents using the sampling method. In this research, the methods used are descriptive and quantitative. The data obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires / questionnaires were then tested with statistics through the SPSS program. The method of analysis used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis, and through validity and reliability tests. In this study the results obtained are that supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and supervision and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the PTPN V Palm Oil Mill Unit Terantam Kampar. Keywords: Supervision, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

There are currently various problems with prisons, including the emergence of problems regarding Over Capacity in prisons. Especially in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, where prisons in Indonesia are not comparable to limited capacity space. In the renewal of criminal law, in this case, the Draft Law on the Criminal Code (RUU-KUHP) has discussed various alternative crimes, one of which is the existence of social work crimes. Research on social work crimes to overcome overcapacity in Post Pandemic Prisons (Prisons) uses normative legal research methods. The legal material used is to use library studies (Library Research). The regulations regarding social work crimes have been implemented in several countries such as the Netherlands, Portugal and Denmark. Social work crimes are also known as short-term deprivation of liberty and as an alternative attempt to carry out certain crimes with a short time.

Abstract

The aim of the first writing is to find out what the regulations regarding domestic violence are in Indonesia. Second, to find out what the legal protection regulations are for victims of domestic violence in Malaysia. The method in this research is normative legal research. Normative legal research is a type of legal research obtained from literature study, by analyzing a legal problem through statutory regulations, literature and other reference materials. Examining criminal acts of domestic violence in Indonesian criminal law, namely Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence, and in Malaysian criminal law, namely the 1994 Domestic Violence Act (Deed 521) and the Malaysian Violence Code. Results of This research is that legal protection for wives who are victims of domestic violence according to this law is (1) temporary protection. Temporary protection is protection that is directly provided by the police and/or social institutions or other parties, before the issuance of a protection order from the court. (2) Imposition of a protective order by the court; (3) Providing a Special Service Room at the police station; (4) providing a safe house or alternative residence; (5) providing legal consultations by advocates to victims at the level of investigation, prosecution and examination at court hearings. Legal protection for wives of victims of domestic violence in Malaysia is based on the Management and protection of victims of domestic violence is based on the 1994 Domestic Violence Act (1994).

Abstract

This study investigates the use of AI chatbots in Indonesian public hospitals to enhance healthcare service. By leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Human-AI Interaction (HAI) theories, these chatbots streamline administrative tasks, alleviate patient overcrowding, and improve communication between patients and healthcare providers. The objective of this research is to find out how AI chatbots contribute to improving patient care and access to medical services in Indonesian public hospitals. A systematic review of articles published between 2020 and 2024 was conducted using the PRISMA framework, with a focus on the implementation of AI chatbots in Indonesian hospitals. The findings highlight successful applications in hospitals such as RSUD M. Yunus and Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang, where chatbots effectively manage patient inquiries and reduce the workload of healthcare staff. Furthermore, chatbots have played a critical role during the COVID-19 pandemic by providing timely information to patients. Despite their advantages, challenges such as system integration and privacy concerns persist. This study offers valuable insights and proposes strategies to address these issues, emphasizing the potential of AI chatbots in improving healthcare efficiency and patient outcomes in Indonesian public hospitals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di TK Wilayah I Kabupaten Aceh Besar, Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di TK Wilayah 1 Kabupaten Aceh Besar yang berjumlah 89 guru. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini ditentukan secara acak dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 111 guru, instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah angket. Hasil penelitian ini adalah diperoleh hubungan positif dan signifikan secara langsung antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dengan prestasi guru, kemudian diperoleh korelasi simultan sebesar 0,911, kemudian diperoleh pula koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,911%. Artinya semakin tinggi pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, maka akan semakin tinggi pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja guru di TK Wilayah 1 Kabupaten Aceh Besar.AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the Principal's Managerial Ability on Teacher Performance in Kindergarten Region I Aceh Besar Regency, The research method used is the Quantitative Research method. The population in this study was all teachers in kindergarten Region 1 Aceh Besar Regency which amounted to 89 teachers. While the sample of this study was randomly determined and obtained a sample of 111 teachers, the research instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The result of this study is that there is a positive and directly significant relationship between the principal's managerial ability and teacher performance, then a simultaneous correlation of 0.911 was obtained, then a determination coefficient of 0.911% was also obtained. This means that the higher the influence of the principal's managerial ability on teacher performance, the higher it will affect teacher performance in Kindergarten Region 1 Aceh Besar Regency.
