Abstract: Based on field observations of the fine motor skills of the students have not developed optimally. So that should be the implematation of project methods. This study aims to determine the effect of applying the methods of the project on the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in early childhood At-Tamimi Handsome District of the city of pekanbaru. The sample used in this study 18 the protege. The data collection techniques were used that observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using t-test using SPSS 18.0. the study hypothesis is the aplication of project methods have an influence on the development of fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in early chilhood At-Tamimi Handsome District of the city of Pekanbaru. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained t = 15 421 and Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000. Because Sig. (2-tailed) <0.05, it can be concluded that there are differences in the fine motor skills of the students significantly after using project methods in teaching. So it means hHo rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a very significant difference between before and after the experiment by applying the method of the project. The effect of applying the method of the project on the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in early childhood At-Tamimi Handsome District of Pekanbaru city by 42.00%. Abstract: Based on field observations of the numeracy skills of the students have not developed optimally. So we need apron media application count. This study aims to determine the effect of the apron media count towards numeracy skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Negeri Pembina 2 of Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study 15 people protégé. The data collection techniques were used that observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using t-test using SPSS 20.0. Hypothesis of the study is the use of media activity has an influence on the apron arithmetic numeracy skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Negeri Pembina 2 of Pekanbaru. It can be seen from the analysis of the data obtained and Sig t = 9,134. (2-tailed) = 0.000. because Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a difference in students' numeracy skills significantly after use of media in learning arithmetic apron. So it means Ho rejected and Ha accepted that there shall mean a very significant difference between before and after the experiment by applying apron media count. Apron media influence count towards numeracy skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Negeri 2 Pekanbaru City Trustees of 48.92%.Keywords: Counting Capabilities, Media Apron Count

Abstract : Based on the observation of the child's age 5-6 years in TK IT Insan Utama 3 Pekanbaru there are some children who do not understand the concept simple about symptoms that occur in the natural sciences and the surrounding environment. For example on a floating object, and drowning. When given questions about the sun or the land so many children do not understand the use fulness of natural objects, as well as on rainfall and its benefits. This means that children do not understand the science concepts contained in the surrounding well. The author also saw there were children who lack the interest and enthusiasm in participating in science learning activities given by the teacher. Related tothe phenomenon of learning activitie simplement edusing inquiry approach. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of inquiry approach to mastering scientific knowledge about nature and the environment in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten IT Insan Utama 3 Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study 17 people. The data collection techniques were used that oral test. Data were analyzed usingt-test with SPSS ver 16.0. Research hypothesisis that there is a significant improvement on the mastery of scientific knowledge about nature and the environment in children after application of the inquiry approach. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained t=-20.357 and p=0.000. Because p<0.05, it can be concluded that there was a significant improvement after using the inquiry approach to learning science. So it means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means there is a significant in crease between before and after the experiment with the inquiry approach. Abstract: This study aimed to determine the relationship of job satisfaction and work motivation of kindergarten teacher in Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru city. The population in this study were 123 teachers. The sample used in this study were 94 teachers. This study used correlation method to see how much the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable. Thetechnique of collecting data that used was questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale.The data were analyzed using analysis-scale testing and the statistical methods that used was SPSS for Window Ver. 19.The hypothesis of this study was that there is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and work motivation of kindergarten teacher in Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru city.It can be seen from the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.512. The level of relationship between job satisfaction and work motivation included was in the medium category. Determinant coefficient that obtained was r2 = 0.262, that's mean that the job satisfaction have influence on work motivation kindergarten teacher on the amount of 26.2% Key Words:Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation

Abstract: The objective of this research was to determine how much influence of organizational culture on work motivation kindergarten teachers in District of Sail Pekanbaru City. The research population was all kindergarten teachers on District of Sail is 32 people. The samples used were a whole number of kindergarten teachers in District of Sail. Data collection techniques used, namely through a questionnaire. Based on the research results of regression equation Y = 20.386 + 0.393X. with the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.419 so that it can be concluded that organizational culture significantly influence employee motivation kindergarten teachers. Based on the results of a simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that "there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on work motivation of kindergarten teachers in the district of Sail Pekanbaru City”.Keywords: Organizational Culture,The Work Motivation

Abstract: Based on observation result of pupils speaking ability are not showing optimal devlopment yet, so it is necessary to apply the game board of guess word. This study aims to knowing The influence of game board of guess word against speaking ability children ages 4-5 years in TK Negeri Pembina 2 Kota Pekanbaru. The sample of this study amount to15 pupils. The data collection technique is observation. The data analysis technique is using t-test that use spss 17.0 program. The hypothesis is the game board of guess word usage activity can influencethe speakingability of 4-5 years in TK Negeri Pembina 2 Kota Pekanbaru. It can be know from the result of data analysis obtained thitung=12,093 and sig. (2-tailed)=0.000. because sig. (2-tailed)=0.000<0,05 so, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference of pupils speaking ability after the game board of the guess word usage in learning process. So, it means Hois rejected and Ha is accepted that means there is a very significant difference between before and after doing experiment with apply the game board of the guess word. The influence of game board of guess word against speaking ability children ages 4-5 years in TK negeri pembina 2 Kota Pekanbaru is 58,48%.Keywords: speaking ability, game board of guess word.

Abstract: There is a phenomenon in the mostly elderly people associated with participation in the implementation of early childhood, such as the uneven level of participation of parents in providing support, such as the willingness of parents bear the cost of organizing the PAUD in cash or labor. Parents who have a background in higher education consider that institutions of early childhood education is the beginning of formal education, in contrast to parents who think education is the experience, where parents who think his experience is only complete primary school will assume that the institution of early childhood education is not so important. Parents who do not work (house wives) thought that by teaching children at home alone will suffice. In addition to the parents who have low income believe that early childhood education would be a waste of money. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of socio-economic status of the parents' involvement in the organization of early childhood in the village of Teluk Pinang Kecamatan Gaung Anak Serka Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. The study population was 39 parents. The samples are saturated samples so the population sampled as many as 39 people. In this study, the hypothesis is there are significant socio-economic status of the parents' involvement in the organization of early childhood in the village of Teluk Pinang Kecamatan Gaung Anak Serka Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. It is seen from the results of the chi square test is, if the chi-square calculate ˃ chi square table then there is the influence of social status on parent participation.Keywords: Socio-Economic Status, Participation

Abstract: The background of the research which is conducted at children age 5-6 year at Al-Izhar Kindergarten is the low of children’s skill to recognize number concept. The research aims to prove that there is an effect of beads media for the skill in understanding the numeric concept. This research used quantitative research by using experiment and one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of the research are 16 childrens. The data collecting method used are observation and documentation. The data analysis used is parametric statistics test, t-test related by using SPSS Windows ver 18.0. Based on the result of the data analysis about the ability in recognizing the concept of the numbers in the first observation (pre-test) and the observation conducted after the treatment (post-test) by used beads media the average score of the pre test is 9.6875 and the average score of post-test is 15.125. The conclusion of research shows that use beads nedia affect the age 5-6 years group children’s cognitive skill in recognizing the number concept at AL-Izhar kindergarten, it is proven that the beads media can help the children in training their cognitive skill in recognizing the number concept. The results of this study have percentages obtained pretest pretest 48,44 % and posttest 72,63%, then the effect of beads media for the cognitive skill in understanding the numeric concept is 72,63% - 48,44 % = 24,19%. The effect of use beads media to skill in recognizing the number concept of 5-6 years old children at al-izhar kindergarten tampan subdistrict pekanbaru is 24,19%.Key Words : beads media, skill in recognizing the number concept

Abstract: The research is to to determine the effect of the game " send me the number was " the ability to recognize the concept emblem numbers 5-6 years old children in TK Negeri Pembina 2 Pekanbaru City. The population and sample of this research is children aged 5-6 years amounted to 19 children. Data collection techniques were used that observation. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of the Wilcoxon test. The result showed the effectiveness of the game by 51.95 % and a significant value was 0.000 for 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 rejected Ha accepted. This means that there are significant game " send me the number was " the ability to recognize the concept of the symbol of the number of children aged 5-6 years. To find out the hypothesis is accepted or rejected based on the data SPSS for windows vesion 16 it can be seen from the comparison tcount with t table ie from the calculation of the t test, it appears that the results count z = 3.845 and the result sign of 0.000 < 0.05, so Ha is received H0 rejected. Thus Ho = rejected and Ha = acceptable. From this study it can be concluded that the game "send me the number was" could be a medium of learning in developing children's ability to recognize the concept of numbers emblem. The game " send me the number was " the ability to recognize the concept emblem numbers in children aged 5-6 years in TK Negeri Pembina 2 Pekanbaru City effect of 51.95 %. Abstract: The purpose of these research are: 1) To improve ability of fine motor in the children age 5-6 years old through airbrush activities at the Islamic Kindergarten Akramunnas Pekanbaru, 2) To know how to apply airbrush in order to improve ability of fine motor for the children aged 5-6 years old at the Islamic Kindergarten Akramunnas Pekanbaru. 3) To know the magnitude of the influence of airbrush activity on fine motor ability of the children age 5-6 years old at the Islamic Kindergarten Akramunnas Pekanbaru. This form of research is Collaborative Class Action Research. Research tool that used the data is the research instrument by using observation sheet which consist of 7 indicators of fine motor ability. Based on the result of the research the indicated in every meeting cycle any incresing can be seen through of the result percentage of fine motor ability of the child, with the percentage value before the 40,02% cycle, the first is 45,08% cycle and the second is 79.85%. It can be seen from the improvement the data of the children, before the treatment the first cycle that is 12,64%, and then the first cycle to the scond cycle that is 77,12% an then before treatment to the second cycle that is 99,52%. The result based on the research is the airbrush activity can incresing fine motor ability of the children age 5-6 years old at the Islamic Kindergarten Akramunnas Pekanbaru. The improvement of the researc according of the expectations of the researcher made it in this study.Keywords: Fine Motor, Airbrush Activities
