Abstract

Absract : The research aimed to know the effect between pedagogic competence teachers to job performance of kindergarten district Tanah Putih, Rokan Hilir. This research used quantitative research. In this research, the population that used is teachers graduates of D2 the population is number of 35 people. The sample by used of saturated sample. It means that all of the population be samples. The technic of data collection by used a test and questionnaires in the form of a likert scale. The technic of data analysis by used the correlation and analyze that used simple regression analysis with statistic method SPSS for windows version 18. The simple regression analysis to knowing valid or invalid of the effect between pedagogic competence teachers to job performance in kindergarten district of Tanah Putih, Rokan Hilir. It can be seen from r count of 0,226 and 0,344 r table value, because the r count is smaller than the r table or 0,226<0,344. Therefore Ho accepted and Ha rejected. The pedagogic competence give the effect to teachers job performance by of 5%, it showed from R square by of 0,051 and the rest by of 95% it’s because of other variable. So we can conclude there is no effect between pedagogic competence to teachers job performance of kindergarten district of Tanah Putih, Rokan Hilir.Keywords: Pedagogic competence, job performance

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to know whether there is correlation between sefl regulation and achievement in students of early childhood education teacher program faculty of education university of riau year 2014. The population of this research is the students of early childhood education teacher program faculty of education university of riau year 2014 that consists of 83 students, the samples of this research are 63 students. Method of this research is Pearson Product Moment correlation to know the correlation between sefl regulation and achievement in students of early childhood education teacher program faculty of education university of riau year 2014. The technique of collecting data used questioner in Likert scale form. The technique of analyzing data used scale test and statistic analytical by using SPSS program for Windows Ver. 18. Based on hypothesis there is any significant positive correlation between sefl regulation and achievement in students of early childhood education teacher program faculty of education university of riau year 2014. It could be seen from the result of correlation coefficient that 0,400 and significant level is 0,01<0,05. The level of correlation between self regulation and achievement motivation of students is in the middle category with the rank of determinant coefficient in the amount 16%, it means that self regulation principal affect achievement motivation as much as 16%.Keywords: Self Regulation, Achievement Motivation

Abstract

Abstrack: Based on the result of observation in the field towards speaking ability of student, it find that speaking ability skill of student are not yet improve optimally. So, there is needed applying of cans phone game. This research has a purpose to know the influance of cans phone game. This Research of applying cans phone game skill of 4-5 years old children in Pembina 3 kindergarten of pekanbaru city. Sample of this research are 14 student of class A1. Technique to collage data is using observation technique and technique of data analysis is using t-test with using SPSS 18.0 program. Hypotheses of this research is there are very significant influance towards student speaking ability skill after applying cans phone game. This is knowing from the result of data combined t=21,337 p=0,000 because p < 0,05. So, it can be conclude that there has a very significant different of student speaking ability. Speaking ability skill after using cans phone game in teaching learning. So, its mean that Ho refused and Ha accepted that means there are very significant different between before and after doing the experiment with cans phone game. The effect of cans phone game skill of 4-5 years old children at pembina 3 kindergarten of pekanbaru city as much as 42,3%.Keyword: cans phone game,, speaking ability

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the parent’s knowledge about child’s sex education in age 0-6 years in Kampung Nelayan Marok Tua Village of Singkep Barat districts of Lingga Regency of Riau Islands province. The benefits are this study will be useful as scientific knowledge and to increase parent’s knowledge about child’s sex education in age 0-6 years. Population and sample in this study were 75 parent’s whose lived in Kampung Nelayan Marok Tua village of Singkep Barat districts of Lingga regency of Riau Islands province. The data collection technique that used in this research is a form with multiple choices questions’s. And the data analysis technique by using a percentage formula. The result showed an overview of parent’s knowledge about child’s sex education, there are 6 aspects; in the aspects of the notion of sex education for early childhood were in the middle category with percentage 62.93%, in the aspects of the principles and objectives about sex education for early childhood were in the middle category with percentage 50.4%. In the aspects of sex education approach for early childhood were in the middle category with percentage 53.33%. The analysis aspect of sex education for early childhood were in the middle category with percentage 58.66%. In the aspects by method of sex education for early childhood were in the middle category with percentage 50.66%. And in the aspects of sex education activities for early childhood were in the high category with percentage 73.33%. Conclusion : with the provision of knowledge about sex education for early childhood right and proper, then the issues of sexual abuse of children who come from parents due to lack of knowledge and lack of proper explanation parents to their children about issues any thing concerning sex education for early childhood will be easier to deal with, because before school and teacher parent who is the primary educator and foremost for children, from families that all education begins included sex education, especially for young children.

Abstract

Abstract : Initial observation of the food provided by the manager of catering in TK Aisyiyah V Pekanbaru showed that less than optimal quality of foods that contain nutrients such as proteins whose function is to build and repair the body's cells and produce energy, lack of minerals and vitamins in food play a role in motor development as well as growth and intelligence of children in the care of your body to stay healthy, lack of diversity in school breakfast menus, causing burnout and boredom for children. This study aims to describe the nutritional status of the provision of meals ( catering) in TK Aisyiyah V Pekanbaru. The subjects used in this study are 54 children. The data collection techniques were used that observation. Data analysis techniques by collecting data from observations made on food provided catering management in TK Aisyiyah v cities pekanbaru. The results of the three food samples examined showed that the adequacy of energy, protein, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin C did not meet the nutritional needs breakfast for ages 1-3 and 4-6 years. Fat and vitamin A are two samples of foods that meet the nutritional needs and one sample of the food does not meet the nutritional needs for ages 1-3 and 4-6 years. Iron is contained 2 food samples that do not meet the nutritional adequacy and 1 sample meet the nutritional adequacy for ages 1-3 years old and does not meet nutrition for ages 4-6 years. Vitamin B contained 2 samples of food that does not meet nutritional needs and one sample does not meet the nutritional adequacy of food for children aged 1-3 years and meet the nutritional adequacy for ages 4-6 years.Keywords : Nutritional Status, Supply of Food

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to study the effect of boling run game implementation on rough motor ability of 4-5 years old child. This research was conducted at kindergarden 1 Pekanbaru City during May 2017. The research used experimental method with one group pre-test post-test design design with 18 samples. The type of instrument used in this study is to use an observation sheet to record about the activities that occurred during the given treatment. Based on the result of hypothesis test, there is influence of boling run game implementation on gross motor ability of children aged 4-5 years in TK Negeri Pembina 1 Kota Pekanbaru. Obtained a tcount of 72.412 with sig 0.000, because sig <0.05 it can be concluded that there is influence of applying boling run against gross motor abilities in children. In Hypothesis test can be seen tct = 72,412> ttabel = 2,110. It can be interpreted that there is a significant influence on the implementation of bowling run game against rough motor skills in children age 4-5 years in kindergarden 1 Pekanbaru City of 91.39%.Keywords: Rough Motoric, Run Boling Games

Abstract: This research aim to know the influence of treasure pail game to kinestetic intelligence of 4-5 yeard old children at PAUD As-Shifa Citra Tampan Subdistrict Pekanbaru. Population of this reseacrh was PAUD As-Shifa Citra child’s, sample of researchare 25 childs. Method of research was experiment which this research tries to look for this research aim to know the influence of treasure pail game to kinestetic intelligence of 4-5 yeard old children at PAUD As-Shifa CitraTampan Subdistrict Pekanbaru. Instrumental of this research used observation sheet. Data anlisa tech used utilizes scale test-driving and statistical methods analysis with SPSS For's program ver's Windows 17. The result of this research that acquired available the influence of treasure pail game to kinestetic intelligence of 4-5 yeard old children at PAUD As-Shifa Citra Tampan Subdistrict Pekanbaru. It can be known from correlation coefficient point (r ) as big as 0,577 by determinant coefficients (r 2 ) as big as 0,577 x 0,577 = 0,33 mean it is affecting game hunt pay dirt pail to intelligence kinestetik is as big as 33% one lie on low category.Key Words: Kinestetik's intelligence, Pay dirt

Abstract: This study aims to determine the correlation between teacher’s work discipline and classroom management skills in kindergarten at the districts Rambah Hilir, district Rokan Hulu. The study population was all kindergarten teachers in the district Rambah Hilir with as many as 73 people. Determination of the number of subjects in this study using saturated sampling technique is sampling technique when the members of the population used as a sample in this study as many as 73 people. The method used is the technique of Pearson Chi Square to see t the correlation between teacher’s work discipline and classroom management skills in kindergarten at the districts Rambah Hilir, district Rokan Hulu. The data collection techniques used is through a scale in the form of a questionnaire. Based on test results obtained by the hypothesis that there is a significant positive the correlation between teacher’s work discipline and classroom management skills in kindergarten at the districts Rambah Hilir, district Rokan Hulu. It can be seen from the results of Chi Square coefficient between labor discipline teachers with classroom management skills of x2 count = 45,792a and x2 table = 3.841. Then the x2 count > x2 table (45.792> 3.841), then h0 is rejected and ha accepted. It means there is a positive and significant the correlation between teacher’s work discipline and classroom management skills in kindergarten at the districts Rambah Hilir, district Rokan Hulu.Key word : Discipline Work, Classroom Management Skills

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of field observation on the ability to recognize the concept of the number of students has not developed optimally. So it is necessary to apply the use of visual media. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of visual media on the ability to recognize the concept of the number of children aged 5-6 years in TKIslam Ummi Kamaliyah Bangko district of Rokan Hilir district. The sample used in this study were 18 students. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used t-test with SPSS 20.0. Research hypothesis is the activity of the use of visual media has an influence to the ability to recognize the concept of the number of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Islam Ummi Kamaliyah. This can be known from the analysis of data obtained thitung = 17,517 and Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. Because Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 <0,05 it can be concluded that there is a difference in the ability to recognize the concept of significant number of students after the use of visual media in learning. The hypothesis test can be seen thitung= 17,517 > t tabel= 2,110. So it means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a very significant difference between before and after doing experiments by applying the use of visual media. The influence of the use of visual media on the ability to recognize the concept of the number of children aged 5-6 years in TK Islam Ummi Kamaliyah Bangko district of Rokan Hilir district of 61,96%.Keywords: Ability to Know the Concept of Numbers, Use of visual media
