Abstract

Tulisan ini memuat hasil penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan di TK Labor UniversitasRiau. Berdasarkan pengamatan bahwa beberapa anak usia 4-5 tahun tidak dapat berbicara denganbaik terutama berkaitan dengan pengucapannya, khususnya terkait dengan suara dari huruf konsonan.Lalu dilakukanlah usaha peningkatan kemampuan berbicara anak tersebut melalui kegiatan bernyanyi.Kegiatan bernyanyi ini dilakukan dengan iringan musik keyboard, yang pelaksanaan tindakandilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Setiap siklus dilakukan tiga (3) kali pertemuan. Sebelum diperlakukankemampuan berbicara anak hanya 48.68% yakni ‘mulai berkembang’. Setelah dilakukan tindakan,maka pada siklus 1 kemampuan berbicara anak meningkat menjadi 61.16 %. Pada siklus 2 meningkatmenjadi 77.629 %. Peningkatan ini termasuk pada rentang ‘berkembang sangat baik’.

Abstract

Peran Guru dalam pendidikan sangat besar dikarenakan guru merupakan elemen yang langsungterlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Peran yang besar guru dalam proses pembelajaranmewajibkan guru memiliki kemampuan atau kompetensi terutama kompetensi propesionaldalam proses pembelajaran tersebut. Kewajiban guru untuk memiliki kompetensi prosesionalditunjukkan dalam Permendiknas No. 16 Tahun 2007. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan kondisikompetensi professional guru pada Taman Kanak-kanak di Kecamatan Kampar Provinsi Riaudengan menggunakan tes. Dari temuan penelitian dapat diketahui kondisi kompensi professionalguru termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik. Salah satu aspek kompetensi professional pada guruTaman Kanak-kanak kecamatan Kampar Provinsi Riau yang memiliki nilai lebih rendah dariaspek yang lain adalah Aspek memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untukberkomunikasi dan mengembangkan diri.Kata Kunci: Guru, Kompetensi Profesional

Abstract

Membaca adalah salah satu kemampuan dasar yang penting dikuasai anak sejak dini. Padapendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD), anak belajar membaca mulai dari penguasaan kemampuanyang paling mudah hingga yang lebih kompleks sesuai dengan tahapan perkembangannya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah media pick and play berpengaruh terhadapkemampuan membaca dari 16 orang anak berusia 5-6 tahun di level B TK FKIP Unri. Penelitianini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan one sample test. Data diperoleh melalui observasi,interview dan dokumentasi. Hasil T-Test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikandan berdasarkan analisis data, diketahui bahwa skor pretest adalah 41,80% atau berada padakategori sedang, sedangkan skor post test adalah 61,31% atau berada pada kategori baik. Halini mengindikasikan peningkatan kemampuan membaca anak sebesar 26,19%, yang berartibahwa media pick and play dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca anak usia 5-6 tahun diTK FKIP Unri. Penggunaan media pick and play dapat dimanfaat secara umum oleh guru maupunorang tua dalam membantu anak menguasai dan meningkatkan pengetahuannya mengenaikonsep membaca, karena media yang tepat dan interaktif dapat membantu anak belajar dengangembira sambil bermain.Kata Kunci: kemampuan membaca, anak usia dini, mind mapping

Abstract

Propinsi Riau memiliki wilayah yang memiliki ciri khas yang bervariasi. Daerah pesisir di PropinsiRiau tentunya memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dengan wilayah daratan, mulai dari kehidupansehari-hari, mata pencaharian, dan juga cara bermain anak pesisir berbeda dengan anak di daerahdaratan. Selain itu untuk daerah pesisir lebih rawan terhadap bencana alam, hal ini tentunya harusdiantisipasi dengan memberikan pengetahuan tentang bencana pada anak, tetapi kenyataan hal-hal seperti ini belum ada pada kurikulum mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 78orang pendidik PAUD Perwakilan dari masing-masing kecamatan, dengan teknik random sampling.Adapun data diperoleh dengan membuat daftar pertanyaan terbuka. Dari analisa data yang dilakukan72,55% struktur tanah di kabupaten Indragiri Hilir berlahan gambut atau rawa. 81,81% strukturbangunan berupa rumah panggung, sehingga sering terjadi banjir pasang surut. Dilihat dari sosialbudaya sebagian besar penduduk bersuku banjar yaitu sebanyak 23,94% dan bermata pencahariansebagai petani 24,14%. Sedangkan karakteristik anak dikabupaten ini kerkulit sawo matang, denganberat badan normal, angka partisipasi PAUD yaitu 72,50 %. pemahaman pendidik tentang kurikulummasih rendah yaitu masih ada 60,37% yang belum memahami tentang kurikulum.

Abstract

Abstract. Based on the observation, the children are lack of the ability to recognize the concept of numbers, children are not able to demonstrate the concept or symbol of numbers 1-10, the children are still incorrectly in using the symbol concept of numbers 1-10 are shown randomly, the children are still incorrectly in using the symbol of numbers that similar such as number 2 is called number 5, number 6 is called number 9. If states without the concept or symbol of number in children aged 4-5 years through playing cards illustrated in figures did in December with 15 children consist of 8 girls and 7 boys. The method used is classroom action research (PTK). The implementation of this research involves peers as an observer or observation. The stages of the research are: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result of the research showed that playing number cards can improve the ability to know the concept of the symbol of number for children aged 4-5 years in Kindergarten Amanah Bunda Kecamatan Tanjung Medan Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Increasing numbers of children recognize the concept of symbol about 22.60% in the first cycle, the second cycle about 62.04% and 98.67% for the third cycle. Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research based on the observation in ‘DarmaPutra” play group age 3 -4 years old consist of 12 children only 4 children shownindependent behavior and join learning activity. Without their parents. The children goto toiled without help, they put their bag in the right place, they eat by themselves, theycan put the toys in to rack toy, and they able choose play activity by themselves. Inreality, these are 8 children show the behavior as below : there are children play in thegroup with their parents. Children cannot cremation by themselves, children can notput their bag in to the right place. In this case described that the independent ofchildren still low. The aimed of this research : 1) to know the independency of childrenby using of the role play. 2) to know the implementation of role play In independencyimproment. 3) to know the independency level improvement for children age 3-4 yearsold by using role play method in darma putra playgroup. Its 12 children, consist 7women and 5 toys. This research held on april until june 2014. The data will beprocess byobservation. From the result and discussion, the research makesummarizing as below : the role play can improve the independency of the children age3-4 years old in darma putra playgroup about 89,27 % compare the early data orbefore method implementation with children independency in circlus II.Keywords : Effort, Indepedency role paly, Children.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to know whether there is levels and correlation between emotional intelligence and professional competency teacher kinder garden in kecamatan tanah putih kabupaten rokan hilir. The population of this research is the teacher kinder garden Kecamatan Tanah Putih Kabupaten Rokan Hilir that consist of 205 teacher, the sample of research are 67 teacher. Method of this research is Pearson Product Moment correlation to know the correlation between Emotional Intelligence and Professional Competence. The technique of collecting data used questioner in Likert scale from. The technique of analyzing data used scale test and statistic analytical by using SPSS program of Windows ver. 17. Based of this research there is level of emotional intelligence in the medium category with the percentage 78.02% and the level of professional competency in the medium category with the percentage 77.04%. Based of hypothesis there is any significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and professional competency teacher kinder garden in Kecamatan Tanah Putih Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. It could be seen from the result of correlation coefficient that rxy = 0.636 and significant level is 0.000 0.05. the level of correlation between emotional intelligence and professional competency of teacher in the middle with the rank of determinant coefficient in the amount of KD =r2 x 100% = 40.5%, it means that emotional intelligence affect professional competency as much as 40.5%.Key Words: Emotional Intelligence, Professional Kompetency.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of a still image media against speaking skills of children aged 5-6 years in early childhood Kemuning Subdistrict Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. This study was an experimental study design using one group design with pretest and posttest through observation sheet against the child's ability to speak. The sample used in this study of 14 people. The data collection techniques were used that observation. Data were analyzed using t-test using SPSS17.0 program. The study hypothesis is that there is a significant influence on children's ability to speak after applying the still image media. To find out the hypothesis is accepted or rejected based on the data SPSS 17.0 viewable t = 13 745 is greater than table = 1.771 (13 745> 1.771). Hasilpenelitian also see a still image media influence on the ability to speak of children aged 5-6 years. It can be seen from the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.91 with determinant coefficient (r²) = 0.91 x 0.91 = 0.8281 means a still image media influence on the ability to speak is at 82.81% which is the category of very powerful.Keywords: Speech, Media Still Image

Abstract

Abstract: This research aim is to know the effect of demonstration method to the child’s leaning Concentration at 4 – 5 Years in TK Islam Jasmiina Tapung District Kampar. The population is TK Islam JasmiinaTapung District Kampar by 15 children, the sample is 15 children. The method is experiment approach is a research that searches the effect of other variable in strong controls condition. The instrument is observation and documentation to note about all the activities in a year for the treatment. The data analysis technique by Scale Test and the statistic analysis by SPSS Windows ver. 22.Based on the hypothesis result there is the effect of the using demonstration method to the child’s learning concentration TK Islam JasminaTapung District Kampar. Obtain value t count of 5,297 with significance 0.000. T table values obtained with df 14 at significance level of 5% (two-tailed) of 1,761. Thus known t count (5,297)> t table (1,761) or significance (0.000) <5% (0.05). It can be known from The results of this study have percentages obtained pretest 61,11% and posttest 83,51%, the effect of demonstration method to the child’s leaning Concentration is 83,51% - 61,11% = 22,4%. Effect of demonstration method to the child’s leaning Concentration in the age of 4-5 years in early childhood Jasmiina Tapung District Kampar that is equal to 22,4 %.Keywords: Learning Concentration, Demonstration Method

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of field observations on the ability of gross motor students have not developed optimally. So it is necessary to apply the use of bakiak game. This study aims to determine the effect of bakiak on gross motor skills in children aged 5-6 years in Paud As Shifa Citra Tampan District City of Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study was 20 students. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used t-test with SPSS 20.0. The research hypothesis is the activity of the use of bakiak game has an effect on gross motor skills in children aged 5-6 years in Paud As Shifa Citra Tampan District City of Pekanbaru. This can be known from the analysis of data obtained thitung = 15.550 and Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. Because Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 <0,05 it can be concluded that there is a difference in ability to recognize the concept of the number of students significantly after the use of bakiak game in learning. So it means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a very significant difference between before and after doing experiments by applying the use of bakiak game. The influence of the usage of bakiaks on motor skills roughly aged 5-6 years in Paud As Shifa Citra Tampan District City of Pekanbaru by 58.99%.Keywords: Ability To Gross Motor Skills, Bakiak Games
