Abstract

Human activities such as setlement, harbor, industry and fishing and bivalve catching in the shoreline directly or indirectly will force the changing of waters environment quality, for example the changing of physical and chemical quality of waters. Ecological study on benthic such as bivalve has an important rule because its high life tolerances could describe the environmental changing of the waters. In the dynamic environment, biology analysis, in particular biota benthic community analysis, could give clear description on waters area quality. This research intends to discover point of ecology bivalvia and also examined the correlation of waters quality towards bivalve ecological value. The research was held on March 3, March 24 and April 18, 2012 in 8 stations in Eastern Semarang waters. The material research was bivalve. The research indicates that 10 species from 5 families which are Anadara granosa, Anadara gubernaculum, Anadara inaequivalvis, Anadara pilula, Placuna placenta, Pharella javanica, Siliqua winteriana, Mactra violacea, Marcia hiantina and the highest affluence as 1274,4 Ind/Ha² ( station III), Paphia undulate. Average Diversity index (H’) of bivalve was around 0,3-1,2. Average Uniformity Index (e) was around 0,4-0,9. Bivalve distribution pattern in the research location in general indicated grouped distribution (Clumped). The result of cluster analysis divided 3 class areashile the lowest was found in class I. Double linier regression indicated examined waters parameter which were temperature, salinity, depth, organic content and silt depend on the affluence and diversity of bivalve.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif expost facto yang bertujuan untuk (1) memperoleh gambaran kecerdasan interpersonal siswa; (2) memperoleh gambaran regulasi diri siswa; (3) memperoleh gambaran kemampuan berpikir logis siswa; (4) memperoleh gambaran prestasi belajar matematika siswa; (5) mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan interpersonal, regulasi diri, dan kemampuan berpikir logis secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa; (6) mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan kecerdasan interpersonal terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa dengan memperhatikan regulasi diri dan kemampuan berpikir logisnya; (7) mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan regulasi diri terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan interpersonal dan kemampuan berpikir logisnya; (8) mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan kemampuan berpikir logis terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan interpersonal dan regulasi dirinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 2 Sengkang dengan menggunakan sampel penelitian dari kelas XII IPA 2 dan XII IPS 1. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan tes kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial (analisis regresi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 2 Sengkang memiliki tingkat (1) kecerdasan interpersonal dalam kategori sedang; (2) regulasi diri kategori sedang;(3)  kemampuan berpikir logis kategori sedang; (4) prestasi belajar matematika kategori sedang; (5) kecerdasan interpersonal, regulasi diri, dan kemampuan berpikir logis berpengaruh positif secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar matematika; (6) kecerdasan interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika; (7) regulasi diri berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika; (8) kemampuan berpikir logis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital transactions in Indonesia has significantly transformed consumer behavior and the economic landscape. Despite this progress, various challenges, particularly in consumer protection, remain unresolved. Current regulations, including the Consumer Protection Law (UUPK) and the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (UU ITE), provide a foundational legal framework, yet their implementation has been inconsistent and often ineffective. This research aims to evaluate the policies governing consumer protection in digital transactions and identify strategies for improvement. A qualitative approach, utilizing SWOT analysis, was employed to examine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within the existing framework. Data were gathered from in-depth interviews with stakeholders and analysis of relevant legal and policy documents. The findings reveal significant gaps in consumer literacy, ineffective dispute resolution mechanisms, and insufficient adoption of advanced technologies like blockchain. However, the rapid growth of the digital economy and initiatives such as "Indonesia Digital 2025" present substantial opportunities for strengthening consumer protection. Cybersecurity risks and reliance on foreign platforms remain critical threats that necessitate immediate attention. This study contributes by providing actionable recommendations for policymakers, including harmonizing regulations, enhancing digital literacy programs, and promoting local technological innovation. The findings also highlight the importance of collaboration between government, industry stakeholders, and international organizations to create a robust and inclusive digital ecosystem. These insights offer valuable guidance for future policy reforms and practical implementations in the context of Indonesia’s digital economy.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada UD. Restu Mulia Pandan. Penulis menggunakan 90 orang responden sebagai sampel yang diambil dari 10% populasi sebesar 900 orang populasi dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan metode penelitian menggunakan uji instrumen validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik uji normalitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji analisis data uji korelasi, uji determinasi, uji regresi linier sederhana dan uji hipotesis t. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan positif antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan konsumen pada UD. Restu Mulia Pandan dan uji korelasi ditemukan nilai sebesar 0,880 dengan kategori korelasi sangat kuat. Sementara koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa (R Square) adalah 0,775 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas yaitu kualitas pelayanan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 77,5%, dan sisanya sebesar 22,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor diluar variabel bebas (kualitas pelayanan), Dengan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut : Y= 5,824 + 0,866X yang menunjukkan apabila ditambahkan satu satuan variabel X (kualitas Pelayanan) atau nilai tertentu maka akan bertambah peningkatan variabel Y (kepuasan Konsumen) dan berdasarkan uji hipotesis t maka didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai t hitung sebesar 17,411 dan nilai t tabel 1,98729 maka nilai t hitung 17,411>1,98729, karena nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel maka hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract

Transnational cybercrime is emerging today as a significant new worldwide menace, and in Southeast Asia, which is undergoing rapid digitalization but is marked by varying legal and technical capabilities. This paper, therefore, seeks to examine the role of Interpol in contributing strategically to strengthening law enforcement collaboration to combat cybercrime in Southeast Asia. The approach used in this study was descriptive qualitative, particularly case studies. It involved the collection of evidence from 30 official documents, Interpol reports, and scholarly literature dated from 2019 to 2024. The findings revealed that Interpol achieves this through intelligence exchange via the I-24/7 platform, technical training, and joint operations, such as Operation Haechi and Night Fury. Notwithstanding the auspicious connotation birthed by this collaboration, the variations in national capacities, dearth in digital infrastructure, as well as differences in legal frameworks, collectively form rather significant hurdles. Accordingly, this research provides a theoretical contribution towards enhancing understanding of the institutional role in regional cybersecurity and practical contributions in suggesting measures for optimizing cooperation in ASEAN. The interdisciplinary approach employed in this study is a significant innovation in bridging the gap in the literature on the role of international organizations in the fight against transnational cybercrime.
