Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kepuasan dan pengalaman pengunjung yang dimoderasi oleh variabel kesadaran merek, serta pengaruh kualitas acara terhadap minat berkunjung kembali pada acara Pekan Raya Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan model persamaan struktural, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali akan semakin kuat apabila pengunjung memiliki pengaruh baik kesadaran merek yang tinggi maupun rendah. Sedangkan, pengaruh pengalaman pelanggan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali akan semakin kuat apabila pengunjung memiliki pengaruh kesadaran merek yang tinggi. Selain itu, kualitas acara berpengaruh secara positif terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. Penelitian ini juga memberikan usulan program yang berguna bagi pihak penyelenggara Pekan Raya Indonesia untuk meningkatkan minat berkunjung kembali terhadap acara Pekan Raya Indonesia. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan atribut-atribut kualitas yang harus diperbaiki dan jugaprioritas perbaikannya. Awalnya dilakukan uji kesetaraan antara data internal perusahaan (complaint,claim, dan company envision) dengan hasil survai pelanggan melalui kuesioner Kano. Dari hasil ujikesetaraan, didapatkan bahwa complaint (keluhan) setara dengan atribut must be pada kategoriKano, claim (gugatan) setara dengan one dimensional, dan company envision setara dengan atributattractive. Oleh karena itu, data internal perusahaan ini dapat digunakan untuk menggantikan tekniksurvei. Selanjutnya, integrasi hasil dengan FMEA digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas atributkualitas. Kerangka penelitian ini diimplementasikan pada sebuah perusahaan manufaktur.

Abstract

Dengan adanya persaingan bisnis restoran yang semakin ketat, pengusaha restoran tidak lagi hanya memfokuskan strateginya pada pencarian pelanggan baru, tapi juga perlu adanya strategi untuk  meningkatkan dan mempertahankan kesetiaan pelanggan tetap. Salah satu konsep yang dapat digunakan meningkatkan kinerja operasional perusahaan adalah melalui implementasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Untuk mendukung implementasi CRM, terdapat 29 atribut layanan restoran berdasarkan dimensi DINESERV dan 10 kansei words hasil proses Kansei Engineering yang digunakan. Objek penelitian restoran yang digunakan adalah restoran Bandar Jakarta. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 5 urutan prioritas perbaikan layanan restoran, yaitu atribut layanan restoran yang konsisten dan dapat diandalkan, menu makanan yang menggiurkan, penyajian makanan sesuai dengan waktu yang dijanjikan, karyawan tanggap terhadap kebutuhan khusus konsumen, dan ruang makan yang rapih dan bersih.

Abstract

The catfish farming business is one of the fastest-growing business of the agriculture fish market today. Catfish consumption is increasing because of its good taste and affordable price. Also, catfish has high protein, low in calorie and fat. However, to get more profits, cost planning is needed, as well as accurate filing of activities and costs for business sustainability. The present community service program aimed to assist how to make a feasibility proposal before starting a catfish business and also to measure the level of understanding and satisfaction of the participants of the program, who were members of the Sampora Village youth organization. The program was implemented at the Statistics and Decision Making Laboratory, Department of Industrial Engineering, AJCUI. The results show that the level of participants’ understanding in analyzing the feasibility of catfish farming increased significantly after attending the training. The participants’ satisfaction with the program was as follows: 76% very good, 19% good, and 5% neutral

Abstract

The primary purpose of this paper is to investigate the determinants of consumer purchase intention in online shop Instagram. 200 respondents were participated in this research. Data was collected using a survey method and analyzed using structural equation model AMOS 24. Result of natural experiment indicates that only satisfied customers will have intention to buy online products through Instagram.

Abstract

Pekerjaan tambah mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan terhadap item pekerjaan dan atau volume pekerjaan sehingga berdampak langsung terhadap biaya dan waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui kesesuaian berdasarkan peraturan yang ada sehingga dapat memberikan solusi yang tepat mengenai permohonan pekerjaan tambah dari pihak kontraktor pada Proyek Perbaikan Akses Jalan di PLTD Waibalun Rayon Larantuka PT. PLN (Persero) Area Flores Bagian Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan tahapan melakukan analisis terhadap permohonan pekerjaan tambah berdasarkan peraturan yang berlaku, analisis terhadap bobot pekerjaan yang telah dilaksanakan sampai dengan waktu pengajuan permohonan pekerjaan tambah, analisis perhitungan biaya dari permohonan pekerjaan tambah, dan membuat kesimpulan dan saran dengan membandingkan keputusan yang telah dilaksanakan pihak konsultan pengawasan dengan hasil analisis pada artikel ini. Hasil analisis didapatkan kontrak yang digunakan merupakan jenis kontrak lump sum, deviasi antara rencana progres dan realisasi progres dari kontraktor sangat rendah dengan deviasi -11,1271 %, biaya pekerjaan tambah sebesar Rp.21.887.000,- dengan persentase total penurunan harga adalah 1,22 % dari total harga penawaran. Keputusan yang tepat terkait adanya permohonan pekerjaan tambah ini adalah tidak disetujui untuk dilanjutkan prosesnya. Keputusan pihak konsultan pada saat proyek berlangsung telah sesuai dengan hasil analisis pada artikel ini.

Abstract

Tomatoes, as a type of vegetable or fruit, are often susceptible to damage, making handling them a complex challenge. Distinguishing between fresh and damaged tomatoes is very important, considering the significant impact on nutritional value and economic aspects. Traditional approaches via visual inspection have proven to be less efficient and inconsistent in their detection accuracy. To overcome this challenge, the use of images is a vital solution for distinguishing ripe, half-ripe and unripe tomatoes. In this context, HSI (Hue, Saturation, Intensity) calculations are applied to measure RGB color and room transformations. Images are extracted in jpg format, saved as training data, and this method is implemented using the Python programming language and GUI interface design in MATLAB. The research results show the HSI value for each class, with the ripe tomato class having an average hue of 0.0051 – 0.026, saturation 0.1862 – 0.3291, and intensity 0.0975 – 0.7522. Half-ripe tomatoes have hue 0.0208 – 0.0848, saturation 0.1346 – 0.5746, and intensity 0.1056 – 0.4714, while immature tomatoes have hue 0.0174 – 0.0689, saturation 0.0474 – 0.2072, and intensity 0.0595 – 0.3203. The integration of the HSI algorithm steps with the RGB color space provides an additional dimension to color analysis, which has the potential to increase the accuracy of tomato ripeness detection.

Abstract

This research was conducted to study the effect of pump speed on changes in fluid levels in the tank and linear regression analysis of fluid flow. The variation used is a 4 mm solenoid and a variable pump speed range of 30-50%. The results of increasing the level at a pump speed of 32% obtained a level of 82 mm and a pump speed of 50% obtained a level of 149.9 mm, with fluid flow rotation occurring in the first minute. In addition, the determination calculation uses actual fluid level data at time 0 seconds (n=1), time 60.27 seconds (n=30), and time 180 seconds (n=61), with a fluid level value of 1 mm, 118 mm, and 141 mm. So the determination evaluation (R2) obtained is 0.863, which indicates that the model is included in the high tolerance category.  So this indicates that the PID controller in this series of piping system equipment is still suitable for use because in the recording of the fluid flow data obtained no significant gaps were found. Apart from that, it can also be seen that the pump speed affects the fluid flow rate due to the change in mechanical energy into kinetic energy which pushes the fluid towards the tank. Process time also influences changes in fluid levels in the tank as a result.

Abstract

Brand competition in the children's bicycle industry at this time is increasingly fierce. PT X Manufacturing (PT X), which produces tricycles for children, has experienced a decline in sales and has not reached its sales target for the past three years. This study proposes strategies regarding brand awareness, perceivedquality, and internal and the company's external environment. These can be the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The hybrid method used in this study consists of the EFE matrix, IFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations,and questionnaires. The results showed that PT X was located in the V-quadrant in the IE matrix. A suitable strategy was a hold and maintain strategy consisting of market penetration and product development strategies. Seven alternative strategies were formed through the SWOT matrix, and priority strategies weredetermined using the QSPM method. The priority strategy was utilizing online media to increase marketing and public awareness of product brands. This strategy was chosen as a priority because it has the highest value of 5.936.
