Abstract

Abstract This article discusses the text of the hadith: "Hadith Turns Me With the Poor People" from the side of the hadiths and understands the hadith using the hermeneutic theory approach in the hadith. This research is research based on the library (library research). The approach used is descriptive qualitative which aims to describe or describe the existing or actual facts of the object under study. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the hadiths from the narrative path is dha'if (weak) based on the comments of hadith critics scholars in the books of al-jarh wa al-ta'dil and the hadith scholars conclusion that hadith dha'īf is not including false it can be part of moralities. The real method of hermeneutics to explain hadith texts contributes to enriching the explanation of the explanation hadiths, or sharh hadiths, so the meaning of the hadith text is that the words of miskin( poverty), al-masakin(needy) mean humility, reverence, and humbleness. And the meaning of hadith has been strengthened by presenting other hadiths as witnesses or i'tibar(regard). Keywords: hermeneutics, hadith, poor. Abstrak Artikel ini membahas teks hadits: “Hadits Hidupkan Saya Bersama Orang Miskin” dari sisi sanad/jalur periwayatan hadistnya dan memahami hadits dengan pendekatan teori hermeneutika dalam hadits. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif berdasarkan perpustakaan (library research). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan atau menggambarkan kenyataan yang ada atau kenyataan aktual dari objek yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kulitas hadist dari jalur periwayatnya dha’if atau lemah berdasarkan komentar ulama kritikus hadits dalam kitab-kitab al-Jarh wa al-Ta’dil dan simpulan ulama hadits bahwa hadits dha’if yang bukan hadits palsu dapat dijadikan bagian dari fadha’il al-a’mal. Sesungguhnya metode hermeneutika untuk menjelaskan teks-teks hdits memberi kontribusi memperkaya upaya penjelasan/ syarh hadits/ teks hadits maka makna teks hadits bahwa ucapan kemiskinan / miskinan , al-masakin maknanya adalah kerendahan hati, ke_khusyu’-an dan tawadhu’. Dan makna hadits telah dikuatkan dengan menghadirkan hadits-hadits lain sebagai syaksi/i’tibar. Kata Kunci: hermeneutika, hadits, miskin

Abstract

This paper calls for a deconstruction of the hadith, since historical rationalization and historical accounting methods tend to rely only on the method of sanad criticism, propelled by scholars of hadith in the second and third centuries of the Hijri century. This also needs to be done because there are mistakes interpretation of the sunnah and the desire pemembangaan understanding of Muslims so as to close the progress of Muslims in berkehidupan. In the history of Muslims, the reliability of ulumul hadith has never been a meaningful challenge from Islamic scholars. There are some scholars who doubt its reliability but have no meaningful sympathy from Muslims, therefore it is necessary to adopt Western thinkers' efforts in researching Islamic scholarship as motivation in obtaining the accuracy of Islamic teachings, by seeking alternative new methods such as the necessity of deconstruction and reconstruction against hadith. Keywords: Hadith, Deconstruction, Reconstruction Abstrak Tulisan ini menghendaki adanya dekonstruksi terhadap hadis, karena rasionalisasi sejarah dan metode pembukuan sejarah cenderung hanya mengandalkan metode kritik sanad saja, yang digerakkan ulama hadis pada abad paruh kedua dan paruh abad ketiga Hijriah. Hal ini juga perlu dilakukan karena ada kesalahan-kesalahan interpretasi terhadap sunnah dan keinginan pelembangaan pemahaman umat Islam sehingga menutup kemajuan umat Islam dalam berkehidupan. Dalam sejarah umat Islam, reliabilitas ulumul hadis tidak pernah mendapat tantangan berarti dari sarjana Islam. Ada beberapa sarjana yang meragukan reliabilitasnya, tapi tidak mendapat simpati berarti dari umat Islam, oleh karena itu perlu untuk mengadopsi upaya pemikir Barat dalam meneliti keilmuan Islam sebagai motivasi dalam mendapat keakurasian referensi ajaran Islam, dengan mencari alternatif metode-metode baru seperti perlunya dekonstruksi dan rekonstruksi terhadap hadis. Abstract

Al- Qur'an is the original Holy Book of Samawiy till the hereafter, guiding for humanity. It capables to explain more topics were written in ownself. One of this topics tells about Al- Qur'an's perspective of fatherless (orphan) and validity of polygamist. Fatherless is one of created not productively in his life and he still needs concern from a father. And maybe he leaves with his mother but amount of a mother is not same with amount of a father. Therefor Allah legitimated a polygamy with a condition that he must be just for his wifes. In meaning of hadist from Imam al- Bukhoriy :"…. Rasulullah in that manner speaks about himself, that I never said something was ill-gotten when Allah has said it was legitimated and I never said something was legitimated when Allah has said it was ill-gotten ". This research used by " Tafsir Thematic Method" concern about verses of Holy Qur'an for this topic and talk about correlation in between the verses and helped with the others knowledges such as nasikh wal mansukh (verse invalidate and verse invalidated) until found on the conclusion for this topic easily. Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the ethics of teacher and students interaction according to perspective of Imam Al Ghazali in the book called Ihya' Ulumuddin to develop the concept of ethics in the field of education and as an effort to next generation of nation that has an ethics that fits to the purpose of education. This research used qualitative descriptive approaches and type of research used literature or library research. This research concludes that according to Imam Al Ghazali in the book called Ihya umumuddin : a teacher must have an affection to the students, and imitate Rasulullah SAW in performing his teaching duties and intend to seek for Allah's pleasure. While the ethics of students interaction with the teacher according to Imam Al Ghazali : the students must purify their soul from the negative morals and natures before study, so that the knowledge they will learn can be useful and embedded to their soul, and only seek for the pleasure of Allah SWT in studying.

Abstract

This study focuses on the beauty of the structure of the Arabic language in the Hadith when characterizes including of: “ ‘an Anas ‘an al-Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallama qaala: ‘ tsalasun man kunna fiihi wajada halawatah al-iman ,an yakuna Allah wa rasuluhu ahabba ilaihi mimma siwahuma wa an yuhibba al-mar’a laa yuhibbuhu illa lillah, wa an yakrahu an ya’uda fi al-kufri kamaa yakruhu an yaqzdifa fi al-nar”. Athis research covers the several points: the discussion of the definition of the term in the title of the study, the discussion of of knowledge nahwu and sayings of scholars, the discussion of of knowledge balaghahnya, coverings, and conclusions. The method in research by reading the manuscripts of some explanatory hadith books, papers from the internet and then analyze all the readings thus achieving the results that are important. Abstract

Pendidik dalam perspektif islam tidak tertepas dari upaya merujuk kepada konsep-konsep al-Qur’an dan hadis. Peran Rasul Muhammad SAW. Adalah pendidik umat islam khususnya dan juga untuk sekalian alam. Hadis Nabi pada kenyataannya sebagai dokumentasi pemberitaan tetang kehidupan Nabi selama masa hidupnya. Ulama membagi hadis kepada tiga bagian; hadis qauliah (hadis perkataan), hadis fi’liah (hadis perbuataan) dan taqrir Nabi (ketetapan Nabi). Telaah tentang hadis nabi sudah sejak masa kenabian, masa sahabat, masa tābi’in dan seterusnya masa para imam hadis yang menyusun kitab-kitab referensi hadis.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keorisinilan sebuah makna hadis Nabi SAW, yaitu: “Nabi adalah seorang pendidik/guru,” sehingga dapat dijelaskan kualitas hadis tersebut. Metode penelitian ini kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis dengan instrumen ilmu al-jarh wa al-ta’dil.Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh beberapa hal sebagai berikut:a. Data-data antara guru dan murid dalam jalur sanad melalui penelitian kepada kitab-kitab al-jarh wa al-ta’dil menunjukkan ada kesinambungan, kemudian menjadi pertimbangan dalam menetapkan bahwa hadis-hadis tersebut muttashi (bersambung).b. Data-data tahun wafat para periwayat hadis menjelaskan bahwa umur manusia yang logis, menjadi pertimabangan bahwa mereka pernah bertemu dalam situasi pembelajaran antara guru dan murid. Data tersebut menjadi petunjuk bahwa hadis ini muttashil (bersambung).c. Data-data tentang komentar-komentar para ulama kritikus hadis tentang sifat-sifat yang melekat pada diri para periwayat hadis berada pada posisi al-ta’dil peringkat pertama sampai keempat. Ulama hadis sepakat bahwa posisi al-ta’dil dari tingkat pertama sampai keempat bisa dijadikan hujjah syar’i dalam praktik kehidupan umat Islam.d. Hadis pertama, kedua dan hadis pembanding semua termasuk hadis muttashil dan shahih dari kajian sanad hadisnya.

Abstract

The peper speeching about: “Simplicity Personal of Prophet Muhammad and Its Application in Social Facts”. Psychological of Prophet already ingrained from childhood to adulthood, with the emergence of consciousness, initiative, creative, empathetic, as joining to help his uncle Abdul Muttalib lighten the work of his uncle, so his grandfather and his uncle unfortunately, to himself as a substitute for parents. Will allow the Prophet for scuba. This personality produced social intraction both to individuals or to the public, such as the Prophet has reconciled the dispute among the tribes when want to return the stone of the black stone to the place of beginning, and others. But that personality, although after appointed a prophets and apostles and became leader the ummat in one islamic state, turns social intercourse prophet still an humble, earthy, and egaliter. It, many in deed prophet memasyarakat, sit with his people bitter tasting and delighted together. Prophet not use his authority to enrich up--and but he was more prioritizing everybody else than himself and his family.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kehidupan keberagamaan anggota militer di KOPASSUS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, perilaku keberagamaan para prajurit KOPASSUS menerapkan lima dimensi yang digunakan sebagai teori oleh peneliti, yaitu dimensi pengetahuan agama, dimensi praktek agama, dimensi pengalaman, dimensi keyakinan dan dimensi pengamalan. Abstract

The research on verse 24 of the letter an-Nisa ' and hadis apostles about mut'ah marriage (contract marriage) has received the attention of the Sunni scholars as the study of exegesis and sharh hadith of the Prophet which stipulates that mut'ah marriage is illegitimate. It is a benchmark for the opinion of the Syi’ah who claimed that mut'ah marriage (contract marriage) is kosher. Abstract

This research is aimed to describe of the first origin of Muhamadiyah in Minangkabau beside on Hamka perspective on his book “Ayahku”, about whom lead Muhamadiyah to Minangkabau, what is the background of Muhamadiyah brought to Minangkabau, and what about the response of Minangkabau society regarding the arrival of Muhamadiyah. This research using history method, mean while for presentation the result of research using descriptive narrative. The Phase of this research method has four elements, such as heuristic (collecting data), critic, interpretative, and historiography (written). The result of this research shows that Muhamadiyah brought to Minangkabau individually where it brought by Haji Abdul Karim Amrullah in 1925. Known Men who spread Muhamdiyah in Minangkabau is Syekh Jamil Jambek, St. Mansur, Sj St Mangkuto and his brother Yusuf Amrullah. Support factor that makes Muhamdiyah accepted in Minangkabau society is because Abdul Karim Amrullah and founder of Muhamdiyah K.H Ahmad Dahlan is a student of Syekh Khatib al Minangkabaui when studying in Mecca also when H.Abdul Karim Amrullah goes to java and his art asked by K.H.Ahmad Dahlan for rewritten in java language. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sejarah awal keberadaan Muhammadiyah di Minangkabau perspektif Hamka dalam karyanya “Ayahku”, tentang siapa yang membawa Muhammadiyah ke Minangkabau, apa latarbelakang Muhammadiyah dibawa ke Minangkabau, dan bagaimana respon masyarakat Minangkabau pada saat Muhammadiyah datang.Penelitian ini mengunakan metode sejarah, sementara untuk penyajian hasil penelitian dilakukan dalam bentuk deskriptif – naratif. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Muhammadiyah dibawa ke Minangkabau secara individual, yaitu dibawa oleh H.Abdul Karim Amrullah pada tahun 1925. Beliau membawa Muhammadiyah ke Minangkabau adalah untuk memperbaiki Agama Islam di Minangkabau. Tokoh yang ikut menyebarkan Muhammadiyah di Minangkabau adalah Syekh Jamil Jambek, St.Mansur, S.J. St.Mangkuto dan adik beliau Yusuf Amrullah. Faktor-faktor Muhammadiyah diterima di masyarakat Minangkabau adalah karena H.Abdul Karim Amrullah dan pendiri Muhammadiyah K.H.Ahmad Dahlan merupakan sama-sama murid dari Syekh Khatib Al-Minangkabaui pada saat belajar agama di Makkah serta pada saat H.Abdul Karim Amrullah ke Jawa karangan-karangan beliau di minta oleh K.H.Ahmad Dahlan untuk disalin dalam bahasa Jawa.
