Abstract

This study aims to get answers about the understanding of Muslim students about the concept of brotherhood as a science of prophetic sunnah environment Faculty of Social Sciences. This reaserch used the qualitative method with questionnaire instrument means that the researcher has determined some answer chosen by the respondent representing from the students at the Faculty of Social Sciences. Sunnah became a role model and became a science for his followers. With indicators of the role model in the form of the power of brotherhood that produces unity and peace, strong fraternity can eliminate the jealousy and give happiness, the brotherhood can cultivate sympathy and empathy as human beings, the cooperative culture called by the Indonesian nation is the embodiment of the understanding of brotherhood solid, the Indonesian nation is very strong as a strong force. Keywords: The concept of brotherhood, Profetik, Sunnah Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan jawaban tentang pemahaman mahasiswa muslim tentang konsep persaudaran sebagai ilmu profetik sunnah dilingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial. Yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan instrumen kuisioner tertutup artinya peneliti telah menentukan beberapa jawab yang dipilih oleh responden yang mewakili dari sitiap prodi yang ada di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial. Sunnah lebih dikenal semua perbuatan nabi Muhammad menjadi suri tauladan dan menjadi ilmu bagi pengikutnya. Dengan indikator suri tauladan berupa;kekuatan persaudaran yang menghasilkan kesatuan dan kedamaian, persaudaran yang kuat dapat menghilangkan rasa dengki dan memberikan kebahagian, persaudaraan dapat menumbuhkan simpatik dan empati sesesama manusia, budaya kerja sama yang diserukan bangsa Indonesia adalah perwujudan dari pemahaman persaudaraan yang kokoh,persaudaraan bangsa Indonesia sangat kuat sebagai kekuatan yang kokoh. Abstract

This study aims to determine the character of rahmani educators in surah ar-Rahman by analyzing thematic interpretations of these verses. Humans are creatures that can not be separated from education, namely as educational actors both as educators and students. Educators are one important component in the education process, because on their shoulders a very large responsibility to take students towards the educational goals to be achieved. In this modern era, there are many people who work as teachers, but many do not understand and implement what competencies must be possessed by an educator. In surah ar-Rahman there are several concepts of educators, including: educators who have a compassionate personality, educators must be knowledgeable, educators who can develop the potential of their students, and educators who have the ability to interact. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Al Husna method in learning tahsin at SDIT Al Kahfi Ciracas via distance learning mechanism. It seeks to answer the following questions, how was the preparation for distance learning tahsin Al-Quran using the Al Husna method, the implementation of distance learning tahsin Al-Quran using the Al Husna method, the evaluation of learning in distance learning tahsin using the Al Husna method. It also will describe the use of media in distance learning tahsin using the Al method Husna. This research used a descriptive analysis method using a qualitative approach, which was carried out from October to November 2020. Primary data collection took place at SDIT Al Kahfi Ciracas, East Jakarta. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews at SDIT Al Kahfi Ciracas, East Jakarta. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers, distance learning Al-Quran tahsin using the Al Husna method at SDIT Al Kahfi, is implemented quite well. This can be seen from the stages in distance learning tahsin using the Al Husna method. Starting from the preparation and planning that is sufficiently well prepared with the administration of learning planning, preparation in terms of the capacity of teacher resources, as well as preparation of facilities and infrastructure to support distance learning. But, lesson planning design section was incomplete. Then, this study also shows that the implementation of tahsin distance learning using the Al Husna method was in accordance with the learning plan. Furthermore, it can also be seen from the evaluation of learning held in distance learning tahsin using the Al Husna method worked as expected.

Abstract

Abstract The partnership with Pesantren Modern Nurul Huda Cikaregenan Setu-Bekasi was agreed upon by the lecturers of the Islamic Education Department as the site for community service four years ago. The Faculty of Social Science at Universitas Negeri Jakarta facilitated the funding so that the Community Service Program runs smoothly. The current training topic revolves around understanding the content of the hadith on patience in the context of a teacher's character as part of our community service. The methods employed during the training include lectures, discussions, and enrichment material, such as enriching the content of the hadith on patience and applying thematic hadith analysis techniques. Furthering the study of patient hadith is essential and greatly pertains to the background of teachers/educators appointed by Mitra, who are participants in this community service training. As a result, the understanding of the teachers improves with the following cycle: a significant change occurs before and after the training. It is still necessary to share knowledge and experiences to understand the hadiths and become familiar with the method of syarh/explanation of the hadith. For instance, to assess whether training has improved the participants' understanding, a comparison was made. Before the training, 13% had a complete understanding, 57% had some understanding, and 30% had little understanding. After participating, 30% had a complete understanding, 65% had some understanding, and 13% had little understanding. This training aimed to motivate teachers to continuously understand the Hadiths by providing enrichment and discussing in-depth the patient Hadiths and steps to study themed Hadith. Abstrak Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bersama mitra Pesatren Modern Nurul Huda Cikaregenan Setu- Bekasi sebagaimana yang disepakati dari dosen-dosen Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam menjadikannya tempat binaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Fakultas sejak empat tahun lalu. Dan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang menjadi fasilitator pengadaan dana sehingga kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (P2M) berjalan lancar. Tema pelatihan yang diusung pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada kali ini memahami matan (isi) hadis sabar, konteksnya dengan karakter pendidik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ceramah dan diskusi dan materi pengayaan diantaranya: pengayaan materi hadis sabar, pengayaan materi metode kajian hadis tematik. Pengayaan kajian memahami hadis-hadis sabar penting dan berhubungan sekali dengan latar belakan guru-guru/pendidik yang ditunjuk Mitra sebagai peserta dalam pelatihan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. masih perlu berbagi pengalaman ilmu dalam upaya memahami hadis dan mengenal metode syarh/penjelasan hadis. Maka hasilnya pemahaman guru-guru meningkat dengan gambaran siklus berikut: perubahan signifikan dari sebelum mengikuti pelatihan dan setelahnya. Misalnya untuk kuis apakah pelatihan telah menambah pemahaman peserta, dengan perbandingan, sebelumnya paham sekali 13 % , paham 57%, kurang paham 30%, dan setelah mengikuti, paham sekali 30%, paham 65 %, dan kurang paham 13%. Melalui pelatihan ini dengan memberikan pengayaan dan diskusi pendalaman materi hadis sabar dan langkah-langkah kajian hadis tematik diharapkan guru-guru semakin termotivasi memahami hadis- hadis secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract The approach of religious moderation is crucial in responding to the threats of extremism and religion-based violence in society. An effective strategy for religious moderation in preaching is needed to assist preachers, religious leaders, and the wider community in conveying Islamic values that promote tolerance, peace, and interfaith cooperation. This article aims to outline religious moderation preaching strategies as a guide for disseminating messages that support peace and reject extremism. This study employs a training method consisting of theoretical material delivery and in-depth discussions. The training was held at the East Jakarta office of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and was attended by preachers from various districts. During the training, materials on religious moderation preaching strategies were presented, followed by intensive discussions between the presenters and participants to deepen their understanding and application of the concepts. The training showed that participants gained new knowledge about religious moderation, particularly in dealing with communities vulnerable to extremism. The participants also experienced an increased understanding of the importance of an inclusive, tolerant, and socially contextual preaching approach in promoting the values of religious moderation.  The findings from the training affirm that preaching strategies emphasizing tolerance and interfaith harmony are more effective in preventing extremism compared to rigid approaches. In-depth discussions also helped strengthen participants’ understanding of the importance of considering social and cultural aspects in preaching activities. This study concludes that religious moderation preaching training can provide new insights and effective strategies for preachers and religious leaders in confronting extremism. A balanced and inclusive approach should continue to be developed to foster harmony in culturally and religiously diverse societies.   Abstrak Pendekatan moderasi beragama sangat penting dalam merespons ancaman ekstremisme dan kekerasan berbasis agama di tengah masyarakat. Strategi dakwah yang efektif dalam moderasi beragama diperlukan untuk membantu da’i, tokoh agama, serta masyarakat luas menyampaikan nilai-nilai Islam yang mendorong toleransi, perdamaian, dan kerja sama antar agama. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan strategi dakwah moderasi beragama sebagai panduan dalam menyebarluaskan pesan-pesan yang mendukung perdamaian serta menolak ekstremisme.   Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pelatihan yang terdiri dari pemberian materi teori dan diskusi mendalam. Pelatihan tersebut dilaksanakan di kantor sekretariat Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Jakarta Timur dan diikuti oleh da’i serta da’iyah dari berbagai kecamatan. Selama pelatihan, materi mengenai strategi dakwah moderasi beragama disampaikan, diikuti dengan diskusi intensif antara pemateri dan peserta untuk memperdalam pemahaman dan aplikasinya.  Pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pengetahuan baru terkait moderasi beragama, khususnya dalam menghadapi masyarakat yang rentan terhadap ekstremisme. Para peserta juga mengalami peningkatan pemahaman akan pentingnya pendekatan dakwah yang inklusif, toleran, dan menyesuaikan dengan konteks sosial dalam menyebarkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. Temuan dari pelatihan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi dakwah yang menekankan toleransi dan harmoni antar umat beragama lebih efektif dalam menangkal ekstremisme dibandingkan dengan pendekatan yang rigid. Diskusi yang mendalam membantu memperkuat pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya mempertimbangkan aspek sosial dan budaya dalam aktivitas dakwah. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan dakwah moderasi beragama mampu memberikan wawasan baru dan strategi yang efektif bagi da’i dan tokoh agama dalam menghadapi ekstremisme. Pendekatan yang seimbang dan inklusif perlu terus dikembangkan guna menciptakan keharmonisan dalam masyarakat yang beragam secara budaya dan agama.

Abstract

Social Climber is a phenomenon where individuals strive to elevate their social status through various means, becoming an integral part of society's social dynamics. This research examines the phenomenon of social climbing from the perspective of hadith, the primary source of Islamic teachings. This study employs a qualitative approach using hadith thematic and grounded theory methods by investigating how Prophet Muhammad SAW viewed and guided his followers regarding seeking attention. Primary data is sourced from reliable digital hadith collections, while secondary data is derived from scholarly works related to the research topic. Data analysis combines both methods to identify key themes within hadith related to social climbing. This research aims to provide an understanding of social climbing behavior within the context of thematic hadith studies. By referencing hadith with similar themes or objectives, this study seeks to establish the Islamic legal basis for social climbing behavior, define and analyze the conflicting values associated with such actions, and explore how a Muslim should respond. Thus, the findings of this research aim to provide insights into how Islam views social climbing behavior and how a Muslim should react appropriately to it.

Abstract

This paper examines the role of Islam in realizing the sakinah family as a solution to overcome domestic violence (KDRT). This study aims to identify the application of Islamic values in creating a harmonious family and preventing domestic violence. The method used is an in-depth literature study by examining various sources, both the Qur'an, hadith, and the views of scholars related to rights and obligations in family life in Indonesia. The findings of this study reveal that Islam strongly emphasizes the importance of harmony in the household, by providing clear guidance on the roles and responsibilities of each party, as well as ways to resolve conflicts peacefully and encourage problem solving through dialogue, mediation, and a compassionate approach. Therefore, the application of Islamic teachings that prioritize respect and harmony can be an effective solution in overcoming domestic violence in society.
