<![CDATA[Pada tahun 2015, Eropa menghadapi krisis pengungsi terbesar setelah perang dunia II. Hungaria sebagai salah satu negara Eropa, melihat fenomena ini merupakan sebuah ancaman bagi Hungaria dan masyarakatnya sehingga memutuskan untuk menolak semua kedatangan mereka saat mencoba mengajukan perlindungan internasional di Hungaria. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas alasan penolakan Hungaria terhadap kedatangan pengungsi di Eropa. Dalam menjawab pertanyaan tersebut peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian diskriptif kualitatif dan untuk metode pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan studi keperpustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini, dalam kepentingan nasional, keputusan Hungaria dalam menolak pengungsi didasarkan bahwa pengungsi dapat mengguncang stabilitas keamanan dan perekonomian Hungaria, sehingga secara tegas pemerintah mengeluarkan serangkaian kebijakan yang mencerminkan sikap penolakan Hungaria dalam memberikan bantuan kemanusiaan kepada pengungsi.]]>

<![CDATA[Covid- 19 menjadi pandemi yang memukul hampir semua kawasan di dunia ini. Negara anggota ASEAN juga tidak luput dari pandemi. Bahkan ASEAN menajdi negara pertama di luar Tiongkok yang melaporkan kasus infeksi pertama dan kematian pertama. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan diplomasi yang dilakukan ASEAN di tengah pandemi. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif denagn studi dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data utama. Tulisan menemukans sejumlah langkah diplomasi ASEAN baik melalui konferensi setingkat menteri hingga konferensi tingkat tinggi. Sejumlah kesepakatan dan langkah penting penanganan pandemi dilakukan baik terkait kerjasama pencegahan dan penanganan penyebaran virus, penyediaan vaksin, dan upaya pemulihan ekonomi.]]>

<![CDATA[In 2014, Houthi rebels seized control of the Yemeni capital, Sana'a. This causes instability in Yemen and disrupts Yemen's neighboring countries, one of which is Saudi Arabia. Houthi rebels. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, using secondary data as the source and complemented by the theory of national interest put forward by Donald E. Neuchterlein. The data collection technique used is literature study. The results of this study state that the military intervention carried out by the Arabs against Yemen was driven by national interests including defense interests, economic interests, world order interests, and ideological interests.]]>

<![CDATA[Coffee is one of the most popular drinks in the world. As one of the largest coffee producing countries in the world, of course Indonesia will improve and manage processed coffee, both in the form of production and market share. In connection with the increase in coffee lovers in the country of Sakura (Japan) and also bilateral relations that have existed for a very long time, Indonesia has made Japan a destination for Indonesian coffee exports, through a Non-Government Organization or non-governmental organization that oversees the coffee industry called the Association of Exporters and Industries. Indonesian Coffee (AEKI), farmers and entrepreneurs as well as Indonesian coffee industry players who are members of the AEKI membership want to encourage the Indonesian government to export coffee to Japan as an effort to improve the National Economy. The state economy will be strong if the individual economy is also strong, this is as stated by Andrew Moravcsik, the state exists as a forum for individuals who become community groups.]]>

<![CDATA[This thesis departs from the Diplomatic Crisis between Saudi Arabia and Qatar in 2017. In relation to the diplomatic crisis, it was explained that Qatar issued a Policy in the Diplomatic Crisis, and refused to fulfill the 13 demands given by Saudi Arabia and its allies. However, the policy issued by Qatar is inseparable from the encouraging factors. For this reason, this Thesis Writing aims to find out the Factors that encourage Qatar's Policy in the Diplomatic Crisis in 2017. By using KJ Holsti's Foreign Political Study and Literature Study Research Methods, this thesis discovers the Driving Variables namely Oil and Gas Sales Guarantee nature to other countries, Diversification of Economic Sources from the Non-Oil and Gas Sector, Resilience of the Transportation Sector to the Diplomatic Crisis, Alternative Flight Lines, Guaranteed Food Supply from the Outside, Endurance of the Trade Sector against the Diplomatic Crisis and Donald Trump's Defense against Saudi Arabia.]]>

<![CDATA[This article presents the international cooperation between Regional Police of West Kalimantan and Polis Diraja Malaysia Kontinjen Sarawak (PDRM) in eradicating transnational crime in the border region. The purpose of this research is to know the reason or the driving factor of Regional Police of West Kalimantan estabilished close cooperation on cross-border crime eradication (transnational crime). Researcher found that cooperation for the eradication of transnational crime effected by increasing cross-border crime in the region of West Kalimantan had threatened the safety and order of society. Descriptive-qualitative research methods are used through library research and interviews (indepth interview). From the results of the analysis using the theory of international cooperation K.J. Holsti there are internal factors and ekternal are (1) to enhance the capacity of law enforcement agencies, (2) avoiding the transfer of the burden and responsibility, (3) meet the needs of the exchange of information and handling in konprehensif, (4) Recognizing that transnational crime is a form of shared security threats, (5) the issue of transnational crime has already threatened the safety and order of society, stability and security of the State, (6) combat entry of transnational crime by road area of the border. Through this partnership, Regional Police of West Kalimantan continue to increase prevention efforts and commitment to the eradication of transnational crime in the region of his authority.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims: To determine the concept of the principles of applicable Islamic law and International Humanitarian Law regarding war; To know the implementation of the principles of applicable Islamic law and International Humanitarian Law regarding War; The scope of this research is the principles of Islamic Law regarding the regulation of war in International Humanitarian Law regarding the involvement of children and women in war; The research method, using a normative juridical approach, is a law-oriented research method that regulates the principles of Islamic law regarding war in International Humanitarian Law. This means collecting primary and secondary data, and tertiary data based on the object of research. The data in question is processed descriptively. The results of the study found that: From a juridical point of view, the Islamic Law System and humanitarian law question the protection of the rights and obligations of the civilian population against the rules regarding how to resolve conflicts and the consequences of the conflict itself. Implementation of the Islamic law system and humanitarian law in regulating legal protection for humans due to armed conflict, namely the existence of fair treatment of fellow human beings as well as respect and protection in the sense that the humanitarian element must be prioritized, so as to prevent acts that excessive as contained in the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and its Additional Protocol to Islamic Law derived from the Qur'an and Al-Hadith. This is meant, broadly speaking, stipulating a prohibition on killing civilians who did not participate in the war, killing children, women and the prohibition of destroying cultural objects, places of worship and other places of benefit.]]>

<![CDATA[This thesis aims to find out the reasons that prompted Bhutan to open diplomatic relations with Israel in 2020. This study was written using a qualitative approach, namely a study that uses data obtained through library research techniques such as books, official state documents, news and other mass media. This study uses the theory of national interest to determine the goals and interests of Bhutan. In this study, two reasons were found that pushed Bhutan to open diplomatic relations with Israel in 2020, namely the existence of Bhutan's national interests in the economic and military security fields.]]>

<![CDATA[Sebagai organisasi keagamaan terbesar, Nahdlatul Ulama memiliki peran internasional bahkan sejak awal pendiriannya. Salah satu peran itu diwujudkan melalui pembentukan Pengurus Cabang Istimewa di luar negeri. Artikel ini bertujuan menjelaskan alasan pendiriannya serta mendeskripsikan aktivitas dan kontribusinya bagi dunia maupun politik luar negeri Indonesia. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data studi pustaka ditambah wawancara. Penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi ideasional terkait keterpanggilan untuk menyebarkan ajaran Islam rahmatan lil ‘alamin menjadi alasan pendirian. Aktivitas menjelaskan wajah Islam sebenarnya yang memberi kontribusi positif baik dalam kerangka hubungan Islam dan Barat maupun bagi politik luar negeri Indonesia.]]>
