Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. With the aim to identify and analyze Influence of climate organization and job satisfaction to turnover intentions and organizational commitment as an intervening variable at PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Where in this study population was all employees at PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. totaling 148 people . The sample used in this study were 108 employees and data processing using path analysis with SPSS. Based on the test results if the data using path analysis can be drawn some conclusions, namely: Organizational climate effect on turnover Intention employees at PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Rokan Hulu, job satisfaction influence on turnover Intention employees at PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Rokan Hulu, employee commitment effect on turnover Intention employees at PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Rokan Hulu, organizational climate affect the commitment of employees at PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Rokan Hulu, job satisfaction affect the commitment of employees at PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Rokan Hulu, Climate influential organizations through employees commitment to turnover Intention in PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Rokan Hulu, influence job satisfaction through employee commitment to the turnover Intention in PT. Panca Surya Agrindo Rokan Hulu, So it is expected to the company to be able to impose sanctions on employees who are lazy bekrja, for example by reducing the compensation, both financial and non-financial. Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Multi Auto Intrawahana Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) against work stress and its impact on the retention of employees at PT. Multi Auto Intrawahana Pekanbaru. Total population in this study were 53 employees and a sample is taken from the entire population of 53 employees. The determination of the sample using census method or technique of total sampling is a sampling technique that is done by taking the entire population. The results of the study of job satisfaction significant positive effect on employee retention, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has no effect on employee retention, job stress significant negative effect on employee retention, job satisfaction significant negative effect on job stress of employees and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) negative effect significantly to the stress of employees of PT Multi Auto Intrawahana Pekanbaru. Advice can be given that the leaders should provide equitable opportunities for all employees in career development, to employees in order to always maintain good communication and continue to think positively with each other and the company should be able to pass training on cooperation and responsibility to cultivate an attitude and awareness of responsibility and cooperation on the employee.Keywords: Job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), work stress and Retention.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Inecda Indragiri Hulu, this study aimed to determine the effect of variables Health and Safety at Work and Motivation simultaneously and partially on the productivity of employees of PT. PT. Inecda Indragiri Hulu. The sampling method using census method with a total sample of 64 people. Data collection methods used were interviews directly to parties - parties involved with the issues that are being discussed and gave questionnaires to employees in accordance with the research conducted. Data were analyzed using Method Qualitative and Quantitative Methods that use a formula that Descriptive Statistics, Data Quality Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Testing Hypotheses, with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results showed that simultaneous Occupational Safety and Health Program of Work and Work Motivation significant effect on the productivity of employees working at PT. Inecda Indragiri Hulu, partially variable Occupational Safety and Health Program of work and motivation significant effect on the productivity of employees of PT. Inecda Indragiri Hulu. regression coefficient is positive (+) indicates a unidirectional relationship, in other words the Occupational Safety and Health Program crimes and motivation will increase the productivity of employees working at PT. Inecda Indragiri Hulu. Correlation or relationship between the Occupational Safety and Health Program of work and work motivation denganProduktivitas Employees working at PT. Inecda Indragiri Hulu is strongly at (r = 0.818) and the coefficient of determination or the number of R-square is equal to 0.669.Keywords: Health, Safety, Work, Motivation, and Productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Influence Quality of working life, job satisfaction and employee commitment to Performance aganizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable in PT. Crumb Rubber Industry and Trade Pekanbaru in 2009 to 2013. Random sampling method is used to determine our samplengs. Of the 365 field employees, 108 employees were taken as samples. For the analysis of this data using network analysis / path analisisbe. T-test, F-test, and determine coefficient were used to test our hypotheses. The results of this research show that each dependent variable; quality of work life, job satisfaction, employee commitment is significant positive effect on performance. Assessed in relation to the dependent variable, it directly influences the dependent variable (quality of work life, job satisfaction, employee commitment) greater employee on the performance of the indirect effect through intervening variables (organizational citizenship behavior). And the quality of working life is a variable that has the most significant effect on the comparison of direct and indirect influence on performance.Keywords: Quality of work life, job satisfaction, employee commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, employee performance.
