Abstract

SMK PGRI 31 JAKARTA is a vocational school located in Central Jakarta and has 3 majors, namely Marketing, Accounting and Office Administration. The information system for violation points and student achievements at SMK PGRI 31 Jakarta currently is in the process of recording violations still using handwritten cards, so the problem that occurs is that sometimes there is often loss of data that has not been recorded in the case book, as well as the slow process of point recapitulation. students thus hindering the action taken by the school. In defining needs and analyzing system development, it is done through data collection methods by means of observation, interviews with the counseling / BK section. The information system for points of violation and student achievement proposed in the process of awarding points made by the teacher has been systemized and immediately accepted by the guardians of the students, the proposal for making input points is expected to make it easier for counseling guidance teachers to make calls. The information system for violation points and student achievements uses the PHP and SQL Server programming languages ​​as databases. The information system for violation points and student achievement is expected to minimize the possibility of errors in making monthly reports

Abstract

The development of information technology is growing so fast which has resulted in the emergence of increasingly fierce business competition. The application of information technology in the retail business can certainly help in simplifying and accelerating business processes. Toys Amanah is a family shop located on Jl. Kemandoran Pekayon RT 04/RW 023 Pekayon Jaya Village, South Bekasi District, Bekasi City, West Java Province. This shop sells a variety of toys and office stationery supplies. In its business process, this store still carries out sales transaction activities manually using receipts and notebooks for recording sales data and collecting data on goods. Therefore, in the transaction process, errors often occur in calculating the amount of money that must be paid by customers and it takes a lot of time to record reports and frequent inventory data errors that result in discrepancies between the inventory data and the physical goods. The next problem is that the store wants to give discounts to customers who often come in order to increase customer loyalty, but there is no system that can record loyal customers. In defining requirements and analyzing and designing systems for companies, data collection methods are needed by means of literature study, observation, interviews, design, implementation, and testing. For the analysis method and the concept of this information system, the unified modeling language (UML) model is used. The results of this study will be the construction of a web-based point of sale information system which is expected to be able to deal with the problems that exist in the store. This information system is made using the PHP programming language, MySQL database. With this point of sale information system, it can handle complaints experienced by the store in the process of the system running. Such as an error in the sales transaction process and data collection of goods and the length of time required to process sales reports.

Abstract

Employees are one of the most important components in an organization or company in order to make the best contribution to a company. PT. Mitraniaga Ciptasolusi is a company engaged in personnel consulting, requiring human resources (employees) who are not only competent. but also can survive and compete with human resources (employees) of other companies. Employee recruitment carried out at PT. Mitraniaga Ciptasolusi currently still uses the conventional method in the sense that the employee recruitment process still uses the old method in each process, this is considered to be still lacking in effectiveness and efficiency. For the method of designing and developing an employee recruitment system, namely by using Unfield Modeling Language (UML), the programming language uses PHP and MySQL as the database. The method used in building this application is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which has stages, namely planning, analysis, design, implementation, use. With this employee recruitment system, it can help actors in every process in determining new employees to be accepted in the company.

Abstract

Tamansiswa Elementary School was founded on July 3, 1922, which was founded by Raden Mas Soewardi Soeryanagih or commonly known as Ki Hajar Dewantara. Tamansiswa Elementary School is one of the private schools that is not only used for learning but also for fighting for culture and creating a more literate society by developing education for the welfare of the nation. The method used to complete this thesis is the method of interview, observation and literature study. The system model used is Undifield Modeling Language (UML) using the PHP programming language and MySql database. This e-learning information system was created so that the private elementary school Tamansiswa Cab Matraman implements e-learning so that its students can still carry out the teaching and learning process without being constrained by the place and time when there is a dangerous virus attack

Abstract

Bung Karno University is a university located in central Jakarta. The Tracer Study Information System at Bung Karno University currently is in the process of distributing tracer study forms and filling out tracer study forms, they still have to come to campus, not to mention that in this pandemic era it is difficult to do which results in delays in the process of processing the results of tracer study data filled out by college student. and it takes time to return the completed tracer study form to the faculty. In defining requirements and analyzing and designing systems in order to achieve this, data collection methods are needed by means of literature study, observation, interviews, design, and testing. The result of writing this thesis will be the construction of a web-based tracer study information system which is expected to be able to experience the existing problems. The tracer study information system proposed for filling out the tracer study form has been systemized and can be directly received by students when the campus makes a filling schedule and makes it easier for students to fill in without having to take the tracer study form to campus, so that faculty can quickly receive tracer study forms that have been submitted. filled in by students. The Tracer Study Information System is expected to minimize the possibility of errors in making the results of the tracer study survey that has been carried out by the faculty

Abstract

PT. Surya Marga Luhur yang biasa disingkat menjadi PT. SML merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang mekanikal atau elektrikal (ME) teknik dan AC, PT Surya Marga Luhur berdiri pada tahun 1980. Dunia usaha yang dijalanin pada era modern ini sangat bergantung terhadap komputerisasi yang semakin berkembang dan menjadi pendukung dalam berbagai kegiatan didalam perusahaan atau organisasi. Pada kegiatan monitoring pada suatu perusahaab dibutuhkan adanya sistem yang sudah terkomputersasi untuk dapat mendukung kegiatan menjadi lebih berkembang. Untuk mewujudkan sistem monitoring yang terkomputerisasi maka dirancang aplikasi sistem informasi monitoring untuk PT. SML khusunya untuk divisi Custom Project dengan melakukan analisis terhadap sistem monitoring yang telah berjalan agar aplikasi yang akan dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Metode analisi yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode perancangan Unified Modelling Language (UML) dan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database MySQL. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, estimator, manager dan admin dapat lebih mudah dalam melalukan monitoring dari kegiatan yang dilakukan di divisi Custom Project dan tidak terjadi adanya duplikasi data.

Abstract

Putra Jaya Teknik perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa service Air Conditioner. CV. Putra Jaya Teknik berkomitmen akan terus berupaya memperbarui sistem kerja, manajemen, serta terus berinovasi untuk memberikan pelayanan semaksimal mungkin agar pelanggan merasa nyaman ketika menggunakan jasa kami. CV. Putra Jaya Teknik berada di depok tepatnya di Jl. Kemang Raya No.66 B, Sukmajaya, Kecamatan Sukmajaya, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat. Permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi yaitu customer harus datang ke lokasi untuk memesan teknisi atau service AC, bagaimana menganalisa dan merancang sistem informasi pelayanan service AC pada CV. Putra Jaya Teknik, bagaimana mengimplementasikan sistem tersebut, bagaimana menguji dengan metode black box dari permasalahan yang ada maka dirancang dan dibangun Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Service AC Berbasis Web pada CV. Putra Jaya Teknik yang diharapkan dapat menangani permasalahan tersebut. Dalam mendefinisikan kebutuhan dan analisa pengembangan sistem dilakukan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan pengkajian pustaka dari berbagai sumber informasi. Untuk metode analisa dan perancangannya menggunakan Unifield Modelling Language (UML). Abstract

Armada Jaya adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pengiriman (Paket) yang berlokasi di kota Jakarta yang menawarkan juga memberikan kemudahan untuk pelanggan dalam pengiriman paket secara cepat lewat udara, laut dan darat ke seluruh Indonesia, mulai dari proses penerimaan paket, dibuatkan surat, hingga pengiriman paket, dalam pengiriman paket pelanggan masih harus datang langsung untuk mengantarkan paket, tidak bisa melakukan tracking paket dan masih menggunakan form kertas dalam pendataannya maka dari permasalahan yang adadirancangdan dibangunsistem informasi tracking pengiriman paket pada PT. Armada Jaya untuk metode analisa dan perancangannya menggunakan UML (Unfield Modelling Language), sistem informasi tracking pengiriman paket inimenggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagaidatabasenya dan dengan adanya sistem informasi tracking pengiriman paket berbasis web ini, maka proses yang terkait dalam hal pengiriman paket menjadi lebih mudah digunakan, akurat dan terintegrasi.

Abstract

Karya Globalindo Pratama didirikan pada tahun 2008. Perusahaan ini bergerak di penjualan distributor alat-alat sparepart dan aksesoris Komputer. Perusahaan tersebut merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang melakukan proses perekrutan karyawan baru secara mandiri dan tidak menggunakan sistem terkomputerisasi dalam perkurtan karyawan atau masih manual. Dalam proses tersebut melibatkan beberapa faktor yang menjadi penilaian. proses tersebut perekrutan karyawan baru membutuhkan waktu selama hampir satu bulan untuk mendapatkan hasilnya, Kondisi semacam ini apabila tidak disikapi dengan tepat dapat menjadi sumber masalah bagi perusahaan di kemudian hari, apabila proses penerimaan karyawan tidak diposisikan secara benar, maka calon karyawan yang diterima tidak memenuhi kriteria yang diharapkan, dan akan menjadi beban perusahaan di kemudian hari secara berkelanjutan. maka dirancang dan dibangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan karyawan terbaik dengan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang diharapan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Untuk metode analisa dan perancangannya digunakan Unfield Modelling Language (UML). Sistem pendukung keputusan perekrutan karyawan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan Mysql sebagai databasenya. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan ini dapat membantu HRD dalam proses penilaian, perhitungan nilai, dan membantu HRD untuk membuat keputusan perkerutan karyawan dengan tepat.
