Abstract

Technology development and advancement, especially Indonesia as a country that has a lot of natural and human resource potential, cannot be equated with developed countries. Therefore, the knowledge possessed will be shared so that it can be useful for the community, by holding an introduction to the Canva application. Canva is an online graphic design that's easy to use, even for beginners. Not only that, But Canva can also be accessed via desktop and mobile devices. Thus, training related to the Canva application is carried out and it is hoped that this knowledge can improve the ability of Karang Taruna friends to be more creative and creative.

Abstract

QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is a transaction technology that is currently in demand by the public. QRIS started to become a payment method of choice after COVID-19, which required the government to issue regulations to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In the current digital era, QRIS is increasingly developing as a digital financial transaction tool. As a tourist area, the development of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) requires the people of Gunung Sari Village, Pamijahan Subdistrict, Bogor Regency follows developments in financial technology to attract tourists to visit. Lack of knowledge about QRIS technology and QRIS security is the reason why the Lecturer and Student Team carry out training for the community. The implementation of QRIS training is expected to increase community knowledge so that QRIS technology can be utilized by the community of Gunung Sari Village, Pamijahan Subdistrict, Bogor Regency is an easy and safe means of payment, so it can attract and make it easier for tourists to make transactions and can improve the community's economy.

Abstract

PT Nutraco Mesindotama is a distributor of coffee machines with a wide range of automatic and semi-automatic coffee machines for homes, offices, cafes and hotels. The current problem at PT Nutraco Mesindotama is that there are frequent errors in recording sales and purchase transaction information. Inaccurate information regarding the availability of stock items is caused by the negligence of the sales department in recording the number of items that have been sold into the report book. To deal with these problems, a web-based coffee machine sales information system was designed and built using Unified Modeling Language (UML) system modeling, PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database, so that the process of recording sales transactions and stock information becomes easier to use, accurate, and integrated.

Abstract

WM Clinic is an outpatient public clinic that provides primary health or health services including general poly, dental poly, physiotherapy, acupuncture, homecare, and payment. The current problem at WM Clinic is the frequent delays in handling health services due to the absence of service scheduling so that it cannot serve patients optimally, such as difficulty dividing patient service times that often clash. To deal with these problems, a web-based health service information system was designed and built using the scrum method as a system development method, PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database, so that the health service process for patients becomes easier, faster and more accurate.

Abstract

Posyandu are types of activities that trying to build health of people and used for the maintenance of community. But currently the implementation of information service in posyandu are still experiencing several problem, including data on activities that still use paper so that processing activity report data takes longer, accumulated report data, as well as allowing for loss of posyandu activity data in Tangki ward West Jakarta. Based on the existing problem, a posyandu service information system was designed and built which is expected to be able to handle these problems. In defining needs and analyzing system development data collection methods were carried out by means of observation, interviews and review of literature from various sources of information. For analysis and design methods using Unified Modeling Language (UML), the posyandu service information system uses the Kotlin programming language and the database uses the MySQL database.

Abstract

Appel Specialist Repair is a business that operates in Smartphone and Computer repair and maintenance services. Currently, the financial management process uses Google services, namely spreadsheets, and recording is still done manually, such as recording financial transactions, checking stock of goods, and preparing financial reports. This manual approach carries the risk of data duplication and accidental data deletion. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method consisting of literature studies related to the thesis title, field studies observations at Appel Specialist Repair, interviews with related parties, analysis of needs related to the system required, design and creation of an Android-based information system, and testing black box financial management application. Based on the research and analysis, UML models for designing and creating an Android-based financial management information system for Apple Specialist Repair in its finance.

Abstract

PT NQA (National Quality Assurance) Indonesia is a company that operates in the field of ISO (International Standard Organization) standard certification. ISO certification is a conformity assessment procedure carried out to provide a written guarantee that a company or organization is declared to have met the standards set by ISO. In the PT NQA Indonesia ISO certification management process, it is difficult for clients to find information related to certification management documents, such as certification approval, certification schedule, and status, up to certificate delivery. Based on these conditions, this research aims to design and create an ISO certification management information system at PT NQA Indonesia. The system development stages in creating this information system use methods consisting of observation, interviews, literature study, system planning, or SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), running system analysis, system design and creation, black box testing, and using the MySQL programming language. With this information system, it is hoped to help the existing organizational structure at PT NQA Indonesia in carrying out the ISO certification management process and monitoring the certification management process for clients.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Monitoring Kegiatan Kemahasiswaan Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (FIKOM) Universitas Bung Karno (UBK) bertujuan untuk mempermudah pelaporan kegiatan kemahasiswaan, sehingga penilaian dan evaluasi proses kegiatan kemahasiswaan di FIKOM-UBK dapat dipertanggung jawabkaan atas penggunaan yang dikelola (prinsip akunstabilitas). Dalam kegiatan kemahasiswaan FIKOM-UBK memiliki berbagai macam kegiatan kemahasiswaan yang diadakan oleh mahasiswa dan para dosen di FIKOM-UBK. Kegiatan tersebut meliputi kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), Seminar dan Kuliah Umum yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi mahasiswa untuk membangun jiwa kreativitas dalam berorganisasi. Pada aplikasi ini memungkintkan panitia melakukan submit laporan proposal, laporan anggaran, serta biaya yang merupakan bagian dari kegiatan yang ada. Aplikasi monitoring kegiatan mahasiswa berbasis web, diarancang dengan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dan diimplementasikan menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL untuk basis data.

Abstract

Bank sampah ASYIK 19 Desa Bojonggede saat ini memiliki sistem yang belum terkomputerisasi sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya kesalahan pada perhitungan transaksi penjualan sampah dan pencatatan tabungan nasabah, hal ini mendorong penulis untuk merancang sistem informasi bank sampah ASYIK 19 Desa Bojonggede. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi bank sampah ASYIK 19 Desa Bojonggede yang dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam perhitungan transaksi penjualan sampah dan pencatatan tabungan nasabah. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode analisis deskriptif dan metode waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan, sistem informasi bank sampah ASYIK 19 Desa Bojonggede ini menggunakan kotlin sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya, UML (Unified Modelling Language) sebagai pemodelan sistem secara visual, dan MySQL sebagai Database Management System. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan dalam pengelolaan data nasabah, data pengepul, dan pengelolaan transaksi, pihak pengelola bank sampah juga dapat menyajikan data dan informasi mengenai bank sampah ASYIK 19 secara lebih baik dibandingkan sebelumnya saat sistem masih manual. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian Blackbox memperoleh semua fungsi berjalan dengan benar dan sesuai seperti yang diharapkan, dan pengujian dengan metode McCall berdasarkan faktor correctness menghasilkan persentase 90% dan faktor usability menghasilkan persentase 90,25%

Abstract

Perjalanan dinas merupakan suatu kegiatan bepergian dari satu tempat ke tempat lainnya yang dilakukan oleh seorang pegawai pemerintahan, baik pegawai negeri sipil maupun non pegawai negeri sipil. Perjalanan dinas ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan suatu tugas seorang pegawai yang mengharuskan melakukan perjalanan menuju ke tempat dinas sebagai bagian dari kegiatan dinas. Pada proses penyusunan laporan maupun pembuatan surat perjalanan dinas saat ini tengah dilakukan secara semi komputer yaitu memakai word dan excel. Metode analisa yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menerapkan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dan perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Dari paparan permasalahan yang terjadi, maka dirancang dan dibangun sebuah Sistem Informasi Perjalanan Dinas Berbasis Android menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Delphi dan Database MySql yang diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan di lingkungan Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia
