Abstract

This study implemented the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to select scholarship recipients from eight candidates studied. The selection process considers four main relevant criteria, namely Cumulative Achievement Index (GPA), Parental Income, Non-Academic Achievement, and Number of Family Dependents.  The weights for each criterion were 0.35 for GPA (benefit), 0.25 for Parental Income (cost), 0.20 for Non-Academic Achievement (benefit), and 0.20 for Number of Family Dependents (cost). The TOPSIS method is applied through several stages, starting from the normalization of the decision matrix and weighting, to the determination of positive and negative ideal solutions and the calculation of distance to obtain the relative proximity value. The results showed that the candidates with the highest relative proximity scores were the most recommended to receive the scholarship. The study provides a systematic and transparent framework in scholarship selection decision-making, which can help ensure fair and effective scholarship allocation.

Abstract

Adaptasi teknologi di seluruh lapisan masyarakat, salah satunya organisasi PKK yang menghadapi kesenjangan digital dalam pengelolaan data dan administrasi kegiatan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital anggota PKK Kelurahan Mampang, Kota Depok melalui pelatihan Google Form. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dan pembelajaran berbasis praktik dengan 15 peserta anggota PKK. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 10 Mei 2025 di Aula Serbaguna Kelurahan Mampang melalui tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kemampuan teknis peserta dalam menggunakan Google Form untuk digitalisasi sistem pendaftaran kegiatan, survei kebutuhan komunitas, dan koordinasi organisasi. Program ini berhasil mendorong transformasi sosial dengan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya data dalam pengambilan keputusan, transparansi organisasi, dan motivasi pembelajaran berkelanjutan di tingkat komunitas.

Abstract

Modern residential housing planning faces substantial complexity, spanning regulatory compliance, diverse user preferences, and demands for resource efficiency and sustainability. These challenges are often magnified by insufficient coordination, resulting in inefficiencies and potential errors. Through a purposive literature review, this study addresses a critical gap in the literature regarding conceptual frameworks that integrate architecture and information systems, particularly during the residential planning phase. Information System (IS) integration has become essential, enabling holistic building data management, analysis, and design optimization. Although technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Decision Support Systems (DSS) are widely recognized for their potential, existing studies emphasize specific technologies or practical implementations, leaving a need for a more abstract and foundational integrative model. This study develops an innovative conceptual framework model depicting the essential synergy between architectural design principles and information systems capabilities to optimize the planning process. The proposed model positions information systems as the main enabler, supporting data management, analysis, and visualization through an Integrated System that combines BIM, DSS, and the Internet of Things (IoT), producing data-driven, collaborative, and optimized planning outputs. This framework provides a theoretical foundation for future interdisciplinary research in technology-driven residential planning.

Abstract

Modern manufacturing companies face significant challenges from large data volumes and fragmented information systems, which hinder effective data-driven decision-making. This study aims to address these issues by designing a dimensional model for a data warehouse in an electronics manufacturing company, integrating scattered operational data into a single, unified repository. By applying Kimball's Business Dimensional Life Cycle methodology, this study systematically goes through four stages: defining core business processes, declaring data granularity, identifying dimensions, and identifying facts. The result is a fact constellation model (star schema) consisting of 11 grains, 8 fact tables, 8 star schema models, and 1 dimensional model. This proposed model simplifies data access for in-depth analysis, providing a robust and reusable framework to support strategic decision-making in a modern manufacturing environment

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perancangan dan pembuatan sistem informasi pemesanan E-ticketing berbasis web untuk layanan kapal tradisional pada PT Samudra Sumber Artha (SSA) yang melayani rute Pulau Kelapa, Kepulauan Seribu. Sistem pemesanan tiket yang masih dilakukan secara manual menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, di antaranya sulitnya akses informasi jadwal keberangkatan, risiko kehilangan tiket, keterbatasan metode pembayaran, antrean panjang, dan manajemen waktu yang kurang efisien. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dalam proses analisis dan perancangan sistem, serta Unified Modeling Language (UML) sebagai notasi perancangan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL. Pengujian fungsional dilakukan menggunakan metode Black-Box Testing. Sistem ini memungkinkan pemesanan tiket secara online, pembayaran digital melalui saldo akun, serta pengembalian saldo otomatis saat pembatalan, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi layanan dan pengalaman pelanggan secara signifikan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) khususnya SDG 9 (Industri, Inovasi, dan Infrastruktur) serta SDG 11 (Kota dan Permukiman yang Berkelanjutan).

Abstract

Peminjaman dan pengembalian buku di perpustakaan SMA Negeri 69 Jakarta saat ini masih dikelola secara manual, yang kerap memicu kesalahan pencatatan, hilangnya data, kesulitan melacak riwayat transaksi, serta antrean panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web untuk mengatasi kendala operasional tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall. Analisis dan perancangan dimodelkan dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Framework Laravel 10, dan basis data MySQL, serta dievaluasi fungsionalitasnya menggunakan metode Black-Box Testing. Sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web berhasil diimplementasikan dengan fitur utama meliputi pengelolaan katalog buku, data anggota, transaksi sirkulasi, perhitungan denda otomatis, dan pembuatan laporan. Pengujian Black-Box membuktikan bahwa seluruh sepuluh fungsionalitas sistem berjalan valid dan sesuai spesifikasi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pencapaian Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 (Pendidikan Berkualitas) melalui digitalisasi layanan perpustakaan sekolah.
