Abstract

The Internet is an electronic means, which can be used for various activities, such as: communication, research, or other business transactions. Internet technology connects thousands of individual computer networks and organizations, worldwide. There are at least six reasons why internet technology is so popular. The six reasons are: the internet has wide connectivity and range, can reduce communication costs, lower transaction costs, can reduce agency costs, interactive, flexible, easy, and have the ability to distribute knowledge more quickly. Online shopping is more interesting with the ever-expanding Internet deployment, at this time. The study looked at whether: risk factors, benefit perceptions, perceptions of ease of use, and reputation perceptions affect consumer confidence in online shopping, as well as to know whether trust affects the willingness to shop online. Population and sample research, is elementary school teacher (SD) in Bantul regency. Data analysis in this research is done by SEM (Structural Equation Model). Respondents were 150 respondents. Perceptions of social trust, perception of benefits, perceptions of ease of use have a positive effect on trust. Risk perception has a negative relationship to trust. Perception of reputation has no positive effect on trust. Trust positively affects the willingness to buy online.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan Internet of Thing (IOT) di abad ke-21 ini sangat pesat. Meskipun IoT menawarkan peluang baru, namun memunculkan tantangan pada resistensi. Resistensi adalah suatu reaksi konsumen terhadap inovasi produk, reaksi dapat berupa penundaan pembelian ataupun penolakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendasari resistensi konsumen terhadap produk smartwatch. Sampel yang digunakan adalah konsumen di Indonesia yang mengetahui namun tidak berminat untuk memiliki produk smartwatch sebanyak 163 responden. Hasil studi ini mengindikasi bahwa variabel gangguan berpengaruh terhadap resitensi konsumen. Selain itu masalah privasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap gangguan dan ketergantungan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kekhawatiran privasi. Selain itu persepsi ketidakbermanfaatan, persepsi harga, persepsi kebaruan dan efikasi diri tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap resistensi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the impact of ethical leaders, leader effectiveness, and work stress on the intention to move employees of CV Rimba Sentosa Tawangsari. The sample in this study was 115 employees of CV Rimba Sentosa Tawangsari. The sampling method used is nonprobability sampling, while the sampling technique used is convenience sampling. Testing the hypothesis in this study using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. The results of this study, showed that the ethical leader variable and the effectiveness of the leader, had no effect on work stress. The variable of ethical leader and work stress, does not affect employee intention to move. The leader effectiveness variable has a significant effect on employee turnover intentions. Keywords: Ethical leader, leader effectiveness, work stress, employee turnover intentions

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence transformational leadership, servant leadership and organizational learning on organizational performance in restaurants at Wonogiri Regency. The sample used was 154 employees of Restaurants in Wonogiri Regency, including Pak Glinding Restaurant, Titoti Wonogiri Restaurant, Karminah Restaurant, Pondok Dahar Tidar Raos Restaurant, Oke Resto, Pak To Buffet Restaurant, Titoti Ngadirojo Restaurant. Testing the hypothesis in this study using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Based on the results of the study, showed that the variables of transformational leadership and servant leadership, have a positive effect on organizational learning. Abstract

Environmentally friendly business practices (PBR) are often overlooked by small and medium enterprises (SMEs), even though they are proven to provide competitive advantages, reduce risks, encourage environmental sustainability, and increase organizational efficiency. This research analyzes the factors that influence PBR in local culinary SMEs, with a focus on process performance (PP) and SME resources. This research uses a quantitative approach with structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyze the influence of process performance (PP) and SME resources (fundamental resources (FR), upgrading capability (UC), and dynamic capabilities (DC)) on PBR in local culinary SMEs in North Kuin Village, South Kalimantan. The research results show that only fundamental resources (FR) and improvement capabilities (UC) influence PBR in local culinary SMEs. SMEs with access to resources and the ability to increase capacity have more potential to implement PBR.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, karakteristik individu dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja di CV Sumber Berkah Abadi Semarang. Sebagai organisasi yang bergerak dibidang produksi dan jasa konstruksi, CV Sumber Berkah Abadi dalam memproduksi barang dan jasa belum mencapai target yang telah ditentukan perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan CV Sumber Berkah Abadi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel sensus yaitu 80 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel (variabel gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, karakteristik individu dan motivasi kerja) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil uji sobel menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan karakteristik individui terhadap produktivitas kerja
