Abstract

Fulfillment of development needs in the context of economic growth is often carried out without regard to environmental conditions. Likewise, remnants of expositions/activities in every building that are not managed properly will pollute the surrounding environment which of course has a negative impact on life. The reduction in productive land and the narrowing of green open spaces as water catchment areas are also the driving factors for the emergence of the green structure movement. With the design of the green house area in Gondrong Village, it is hoped that it can reduce the effects of Global Warming which is currently happening, and that less land is used in accordance with local government regulations. Green Architecture is here to solve a problem that occurs in Gondrong Village.

Abstract

Indonesia as a developing country still considered as a country that has inadequate health facilities if compared to other countries. Maternal and child health is one of the priorities in health development in Indonesia. West Java Province has the highest/largest number of maternal deaths (AKI) if compared to other provinces. With the highest maternal mortality cases, namely in Karawang, West Java. The existence of a Maternity Hospital in Karawang is still lacking so that the reach of maternal and child health facilities is urgently needed. Seeing from the problems that occur, this encourages the need for Maternity hospital in Karawang. The Renjana Maternity Hospital will be planned to be built in Telukjambe Timur, Karawang. This Hospital will apply Modern Architecture concept. Modern architecture has the principle of prioritizing building shapes compared to ornaments so that buildings are more functional with the intention of minimizing the use of empty and wasted space which will create negative space in the building. The design of this hospital will be equipped with facilities, including: emergency room, outpatient polyclinic, inpatient care, laboratory, pharmacy, surgery, ICU, NICU and radiology. With the implementation of Modern Architecture concept, it is hoped will create a clean design, stylist, and a simple room atmosphere that is also comfortable for mothers and children.

Abstract

Sport is one of the activities that is very popular with many people who have gone worldwide and become an integral part of people's daily lives. Sports activities can be a way to get away from the boredom and mental stress of daily routines. Sports are also useful to restore and refresh the body and soul as well as provide pleasure. The Ball Game Sports Building and the Cilegon Athlete's House is a sports venue that provides various types of indoor sports and a home for athletes in Cilegon City with a Biophilic Architecture approach. Visitors besides exercising can also have recreation, gather and enjoy the atmosphere in one area. The existence of the Ball Game Sports Building and the Cilegon Athlete's House can be an alternative for urban sports and recreation facilities which are currently lacking. The Sports Building has the potential to become a new icon for people who like to exercise in Cilegon City and its surroundings. The design of the Ball Game Sports Building and the Cilegon Athlete's House is directed more towards fulfilling facilities and is expected to become a place that can support and accommodate the development of the world of sports which has now become the lifestyle of many people in Indonesia. Abstract

The design of a creative industry center with a green architecture approach is a building for activities, such as advertising; architecture; art and antiques market; craft; design; fashion; video, film and photography; interactive games; music; performing Arts; publication and printing; computer and software services; television and radio; and research and development. The development of this creative industry center is a commercial building by applying green architectural approaches such as energy conservation, working with climate, respecting sites, respecting users, limiting new resources, and being holistic. The application of green architecture principal to buildings is such as energy saving resulting from Photovoltaice technology which converts solar thermal energy into electrical energy, buildings are built elongated and thin to maximize lighting, the orientation of the building to sunlight and with the facade material is wood plus a roof garden that functions so that creates a spacious impression, lowers temperature, reduces air pollution and reduces the greenhouse effect. The design of this creative industry center in South Tangerang is due to the low post-pandemic economic growth as well as the still high activity and poverty rate which has resulted in low industrial competitiveness in Indonesia. That way this arrangement is a real step that comes from the utilization of individual creativity, skills and talents to create prosperity and employment.

Abstract

The design of the Nusantara culinary center with a contemporary architectural concept is a place that provides facilities for culinary activities which not only include food but also various kinds of drinks which can be used as a recreation place for tourists and the local community. The application of the principles in the design of the Indonesian culinary center building is contemporary architecture such as having lots of openings, using neutral colors, and using glass material to maximize lighting, building orientation towards sunlight and the facade material is wood. This Indonesian culinary center is in the city of Malang because there are still minimal Indonesian culinary centers. With the existence of this Indonesian culinary center, it not only provides culinary specialties from the city of Malang, but also various kinds of traditional foods and foods that are currently trending in Indonesia so that tourists who come can experience the regional culinary specialties found in Indonesia.

Abstract

Perancangan shopping mall dengan pengedekatan arsitektur hijau dengan fungsi utama sebagai sarana dan wadah bagi jenis kegiatan berbelanja serta berbagai macam aktifitas lainnya. Kegiatan dengan konsep semi outdoor dimana ruang diantara dalam dan luar, sehingga terjalinnya suatu aktifitas yang menyenangkan. Pada perancangan ini merupakan bangunan komersial yang menerapkan pendekatan arsitektur hijau berupa respect for user, conserving energy, working with climate, respect for site, limiting new resources, dan holistic. Penerapan prinsip pada site adalah hemat energi dengan memanfaatkan potensi matahari sebagai cahaya alami dan sirkulasi alami. Penyesuaina dengan iklim sekitar dengan site yang mengarah pada utara dengan penyesuaian penggunaan vegetasi, serta penggunaan ramp dan lift untuk penerapan respect for user. Pada bangunan menerapkan prinsip hemat energi dimana penggunaan bukaan yang lebar serta skylight dan roof garden dibagian tengah bangunan serta membuat taman indoor dibagian dalam bangunan, sebagai memaksimalkan udara yang berada didalamnya. Dikarenakan sinar matahari yang masuk ke dalam bangunan maka penggunaan material fasade adalah partisi kayu untuk memberikan kesan yang sesuai dengan penerapan konsep arsitektur hijau. Perancangan shopping mall semi outdoor ini di Bintaro Jaya, Tangeran Selatan dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang pesat dan kurangnya sarana berkumpul dengan ruang hijau yang besar. Perancangan ini dapat menjadi solusi dari permasalahan kurangnya wadah untuk kegiatan dengan ruang hijau yang memadai

Abstract

iPhone adalah pioneer teknologi dari smartphone. iPhone merupakan salah satu produk dari Apple dengan perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras yang dimanufaktur sendiri. Saat ini, Apple belum memiliki gerai resmi yang mereka kelola langsung di Indonesia, sehingga perbaikan kerusakan diluar garansi masih ditangani oleh pihak lain selain Apple. Saat ini belum ada sistem terbuka yang dapat diakses guna mendiagnosis kerusakan pada iPhone. Para pengguna memutuskan untuk berkonsultasi secara online, namun konsultasi online tidak selalu memberikan hasil diagnosis dengan cepat karena Teknisi perlu menggali informasi lebih lanjut mengenai ciri-ciri kerusakan lainnya yang dialami pada iPhone pengguna, tanpa dapat melakukan proses checking secara langsung.Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan sistem pakar sebagai media baru untuk mendiagnosis kerusakan Integrated Circuit (IC) pada iPhone, menggunakan metode inferensi Forward Chaining, dimana kerusakan akan ditelusuri dengan cara mengikuti setiap alur menuju kepada hasil diagnosis. Metode yang dipakai adalah Prototyping sebagai metode penelitian dan pengembangan perangkat lunak, melalui proses Communication, Quick Plan, Quick Design, Prototype Construction, dan Delivery & Feedback.Aplikasi sistem pakar ini dirancang menggunakan pendekatan Object Oriented Programming (OOP), dan tools Unified Modelling Language (UML) dengan diagram Use Case, Activity, Class, Sequence, dan State. Aplikasi istem pakar dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, serta SQL. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing, dan pengujian langsung dengan pengguna dan tempat service, hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah. sistem. pakar.yang.dirancang.menjadi aplikasi atau media online untuk para pengguna iPhone dalam melakukan diagnosa atau proses konsultasi kerusakan iPhone.Kata Kunci: Forward Chaining, Sistem Pakar, Intergrated Circuit, Kerusakan iPhone

Abstract

Hotel merupakan salah satu bentuk akomodasi yang dikelola secara komersial dengan menyediakan jasa penginapan dan fasilitas lainnya. Namun saat ini keberadaan hotel sudah berkembang sebagai kebutuhan lainnya seperti terdapat tempat hiburan, meeting room, kegiatan sosial, olahraga dan lainnya. Hotel XYZ merupakan hotel bintang empat yang sudah berdiri sejak 1995. Meskipun sudah berdiri sejak lama, tetapi masih terdapat permasalahan seperti belum optimalnya fungsi teknologi dan sistem informasi dalam mendukung kegiatan proses bisnis hotel dan manfaat SI sebagai alat strategis dalam mendukung keputusan. Kini, Hotel XYZ perlu merencanakan strategi SI/TI yang bisa mengintegrasikan beberapa divisi yang ada dalam memenuhi kebutuhan proses bisnisnya sehingga diharapkan mampu membantu pihak hotel dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi dan kemudahan dalam bisnis nya. Rencana strategi SI/TI yang peneliti lakukan, terdapat pada divisi pemasaran menggunakan Critical Success Factor (CSF). Hasil penelitian ini adalah rumusan CSF strategis sistem informasi yang mengacu pada rencana bisnis organisasi Hotel XYZ, berdasarkan data yang diperoleh melalui analisis yang digunakan serta melibatkan seluruh komponen organisasi. Dengan tujuan agar sistem informasi dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alat pendukung keberhasilan Hotel XYZ dan mampu mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di Hotel XYZ diantaranya dalam memperluas kerja sama dengan mitra dan melakukan promosi secara luas serta usulan beberapa portofolio aplikasi sebagai rencana pengembangaan SI/TI.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Auditorium is meeting closed space that designed for acoustical quality purposes. In education field, auditorium is needed as primary supporting education facilitation. University generally use auditorium for multifunction activities such as public lecture, art performance, research seminar and exibition. Reverberation timeis one of methodto measure acoustic quality in closed spaceespecially auditorium. For multifucntion auditorium, reverbaration time target range around 0,5 – 1 second. Existing reverberation time calculation become a reference in prequisites achievement that is targeted. Space planes surface redesign included floor, wall, plafond and interior influences prequisites achievement. Another, space planes surface redesign should improve aesthetic value and space fucntion supporting value.comparasion between existing and redesigned calculation shows that prequisites is achieved with change interior arrangement (chairs and tables), correct stage backgroud material, streamline coridor plafond shape, replace diffuser on main plafond, and repair unefective reflective wall Keywords : reverberation time, diffuser, acoustic
