Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest by including entrepreneurial mindset as a mediating variable. Quantitative descriptive methods are used to gain a clearer understanding of the relationship between variables using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) variants. The research was conducted at SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo with a population of 436 students and a sample of 209 students. Data were collected using an online questionnaire assisted by google forms. The findings of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest and entrepreneurial mindset, then entrepreneurial mindset has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Finally, the existence of an entrepreneurial mindset is able to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial interest of vocational students.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine the influence of attitudes on the intention to purchase environmentally friendly skincare among teenagers in Surakarta, (2) determine the influence of concern on the intention to purchase environmentally friendly skincare among teenagers in Surakarta, (3) determine the influence of willingness to pay on the intention to purchase skincare environmentally friendly among teenagers in Surakarta, (4) to find out whether eco-literacy strengthens the influence of attitudes on the intention to buy environmentally friendly skincare among teenagers in Surakarta, (5) to find out whether eco-literacy strengthens the influence of environmental concern on the intention to buy environmentally friendly skincare in teenagers in Surakarta, (6) to find out whether eco-literacy strengthens the influence of willingness to pay on the intention to buy environmentally friendly skincare among teenagers in Surakarta. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with 97 female adolescent research subjects in Surakarta. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed online via Google Forms. The validity test technique used is Pearson Product Moment. Data analysis uses multiple regression with Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The research results showed that the variables attitude (0.016 < 0,05), environmental concern (0.001 < 0,05), and willingness to pay (0.009 < 0,05) had a significant positive effect on the intention to purchase environmentally friendly skincare. Meanwhile, the interaction of attitude variables, environmental concern, and willingness to pay with eco-literacy failed to strengthen its influence on purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the number of loan accounts, the number of ATMs, and the number of branch offices on the profitability of conventional banks in Indonesia in 2019 - 2022. This research is a quantitative study using the Robust Least Square method regression with Eviews 10. The data collection technique was carried out using secondary data in the form of conventional banking annual reports from 2019 to 2022 totaling 144 samples.. Based on data analysis and discussion, it is concluded that the variable number of loan accounts and the number of ATMs has a negative effect on the profitability of conventional banks, while the variable number of loan offices has a positive effect on the profitability of conventional banks in Indonesia in 2019-2022. Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the influence of conformity and financial literacy on the consumer behavior of FKIP UNS Economics Education students. The research method used is quantitative with a population of Economic Education students class 2019-2021. The sampling technique applies the Proportional Random Sampling technique with a sample size of 168 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses simple regression analysis, simultaneous regression test (f test), partial regression test (t test), and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the research are (1) there is a positive influence between the conformity variable and the consumptive behavior of FKIP UNS Economics Education students with a calculated t value of 9,713 > t table 1,65414. The significance value in the F test is 0,000 (< 0,05), (2) there is a negative influence between the financial literacy variable and the consumptive behavior of FKIP UNS Economic Education students with a calculated t value of 5,661 and t table 1,65414 and a significance value of 0,000 (> 0,05). (3) There is a positive influence between the conformity and financial literacy variables on the consumer behavior of FKIP UNS Economics Education students with an F table value of 3,05 < F count 36,864. The significance value in the F test is 0,000 (< 0,05).

Abstract

Objective: The present study focused on exploring the influence of parents’ economic vulnerability in the agricultural sector on students’ enrollment in the Dambatta Local Government Area of Kano State, a rural community in Nigeria. Method: The quantitative and qualitative methods (mixed mode) were employed throughout this study. Two separate questionnaires were administered to 108 teachers and 28 parents who were randomly selected for interview. Results: indicates a moderate negative relationship between vulnerability in economic and students’ school enrolment in the rural community, with r = -0.686, p = 0.000, P < 0.01. That means an increase in vulnerability in agricultural jobs leads to a decrease in students’ enrolment. However, it was discovered that most parents in the rural community hold negative views regarding their children’s education during economic vulnerability. Novelty: The study signified that economic vulnerability caused by climate change, like negative precipitation and agricultural productivity, directly influences school conditions and educational decisions in rural communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan sosial terhadap kebiasaan menabung mahasiswa yang bekerja paruh waktu, dengan mempertimbangkan peran literasi keuangan dan pengendalian diri sebagai variabel mediasi. Fenomena yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah tingginya jumlah mahasiswa yang bekerja paruh waktu, namun banyak yang belum mampu mengelola pendapatan mereka secara optimal untuk ditabung. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu di Yogyakarta yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui literasi keuangan dan pengendalian diri. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa dukungan sosial dari teman, keluarga, dan lingkungan sekitar dapat meningkatkan kesadaran finansial serta kemampuan mengatur keuangan. Dengan demikian, literasi keuangan dan pengendalian diri memainkan peran kunci dalam memperkuat hubungan antara lingkungan sosial dan kebiasaan menabung.

Abstract

Background: Amid global digital disruption and ecological crises, economic education faces significant challenges regarding the relevance of graduates to the labor market. Objective: This study aims to construct a transformative model of economic education that is adaptive to technology-based market signals to enhance external efficiency within the green industry sector. Methods: Employing a mixed-methods approach with an exploratory sequential design, this research integrates Research and Development (R&D) procedures to design a dynamic curriculum framework. Data were collected through big data analytics from digital labor platforms and validated by a panel of experts and circular industry practitioners. Results: The findings reveal a significant information asymmetry between conventional curricula and the actual green competency requirements in the field. The primary results confirm that the “Adaptive-Green Economic Education” (A-GEE) transformation model, integrated with real-time market-monitoring technology, significantly improves external efficiency. Statistical tests demonstrate a positive correlation between the precision of technological signal capture and the reduction of graduate competency mismatches. These findings indicate that economic education can no longer exist as a static theoretical discipline but must instead function as an adaptive ecosystem responsive to ecological shifts. Conclusion: This study provides theoretical implications for the expansion of Signaling Theory within the context of the circular economy and offers practical recommendations for higher education institutions to reform their curricular structures so they become more agile and data-driven. This transformation is essential for producing competitive human capital in the era of the global green economy transition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) terhadap pembelian kompulsif dan peran mediasi depresi, kecemasan sosial, dan materialisme, serta moderasi mindfulness. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dan berbantuan software SmartPLS 4. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel 280 responden dengan kriteria pengguna Tiktok, Instagram, X, dan/atau Facebook yang berusia minimal 18 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FOMO memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pembelian kompulsif, depresi memediasi pengaruh FOMO terhadap pembelian kompulsif, kecemasan sosial memediasi pengaruh FOMO terhadap pembelian kompulsif, materialisme memediasi pengaruh FOMO terhadap pembelian kompulsif, mindfulness melemahkan pengaruh FOMO terhadap depresi, mindfulness melemahkan pengaruh FOMO terhadap kecemasan sosial, dan mindfulness melemahkan pengaruh FOMO terhadap materialisme

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap kesiapan pensiun pada guru SMA Negeri se- Surakarta. 2) Pengaruh perilaku pengelolaan keuangan terhadap kesiapan pensiun pada guru SMA Negeri se- Surakarta.3) Pengaruh pengaruh literasi keuangan dan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan terhadap kesiapan pensiun pada guru SMA Negeri se-Surakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Negeri di Surakarta yang akan memasuki masa pensiun dengan kriteria usia 50 – 59 tahun sebanyak 143 guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling menggunakan jenis metode pengambilan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel literasi keuangan terhadap variabel kesiapan pensiun Guru SMA Negersi se-Surakarta. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel perilaku pengelolaan keuangan terhadap variabel kesiapan pensiun Guru SMA Negeri se-Surakarta. 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel literasi keuangan dan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan terhadap variabel kesiapan pensiun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan semakin tinggi tingkat pemahaman literasi keuangan dan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan yang dimiliki oleh guru, maka akan semakin tinggi dan percaya diri akan kesiapan pensiun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, efikasi diri, serta tekanan keuangan terhadap eprilaku kredit berisiko dalam penggunaan paylater pada mahasiswa di Kota Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan model yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Kota Surakarta yang pernah menggunakan paylater. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap efikasi diri finansial; 2) literasi keuangan berpengaruh megatif terhadap perilaku kredit berisiko; 3) efikasi diri finansial tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku kredit berisiko; 4) efikasi diri finansial memediasi hubungan antara literasi keuangan terrhadap perilaku kredit berisiko; dan 5) tekanan keuangan memoderasi hubungan antara literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku kredit berisiko
