Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest by including entrepreneurial mindset as a mediating variable. Quantitative descriptive methods are used to gain a clearer understanding of the relationship between variables using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) variants. The research was conducted at SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo with a population of 436 students and a sample of 209 students. Data were collected using an online questionnaire assisted by google forms. The findings of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest and entrepreneurial mindset, then entrepreneurial mindset has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Finally, the existence of an entrepreneurial mindset is able to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial interest of vocational students.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine the influence of attitudes on the intention to purchase environmentally friendly skincare among teenagers in Surakarta, (2) determine the influence of concern on the intention to purchase environmentally friendly skincare among teenagers in Surakarta, (3) determine the influence of willingness to pay on the intention to purchase skincare environmentally friendly among teenagers in Surakarta, (4) to find out whether eco-literacy strengthens the influence of attitudes on the intention to buy environmentally friendly skincare among teenagers in Surakarta, (5) to find out whether eco-literacy strengthens the influence of environmental concern on the intention to buy environmentally friendly skincare in teenagers in Surakarta, (6) to find out whether eco-literacy strengthens the influence of willingness to pay on the intention to buy environmentally friendly skincare among teenagers in Surakarta. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with 97 female adolescent research subjects in Surakarta. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed online via Google Forms. The validity test technique used is Pearson Product Moment. Data analysis uses multiple regression with Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The research results showed that the variables attitude (0.016 < 0,05), environmental concern (0.001 < 0,05), and willingness to pay (0.009 < 0,05) had a significant positive effect on the intention to purchase environmentally friendly skincare. Meanwhile, the interaction of attitude variables, environmental concern, and willingness to pay with eco-literacy failed to strengthen its influence on purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the number of loan accounts, the number of ATMs, and the number of branch offices on the profitability of conventional banks in Indonesia in 2019 - 2022. This research is a quantitative study using the Robust Least Square method regression with Eviews 10. The data collection technique was carried out using secondary data in the form of conventional banking annual reports from 2019 to 2022 totaling 144 samples.. Based on data analysis and discussion, it is concluded that the variable number of loan accounts and the number of ATMs has a negative effect on the profitability of conventional banks, while the variable number of loan offices has a positive effect on the profitability of conventional banks in Indonesia in 2019-2022. Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the influence of conformity and financial literacy on the consumer behavior of FKIP UNS Economics Education students. The research method used is quantitative with a population of Economic Education students class 2019-2021. The sampling technique applies the Proportional Random Sampling technique with a sample size of 168 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses simple regression analysis, simultaneous regression test (f test), partial regression test (t test), and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the research are (1) there is a positive influence between the conformity variable and the consumptive behavior of FKIP UNS Economics Education students with a calculated t value of 9,713 > t table 1,65414. The significance value in the F test is 0,000 (< 0,05), (2) there is a negative influence between the financial literacy variable and the consumptive behavior of FKIP UNS Economic Education students with a calculated t value of 5,661 and t table 1,65414 and a significance value of 0,000 (> 0,05). (3) There is a positive influence between the conformity and financial literacy variables on the consumer behavior of FKIP UNS Economics Education students with an F table value of 3,05 < F count 36,864. The significance value in the F test is 0,000 (< 0,05).
