Abstract

To achieve the principle of good university governance, the use of state finances must be managed orderly, regulatory, efficiently, economically, effectively, transparently, responsibly and having fair sense and properly from the planning, implementation and its accountability process. In reality, not all universities are able to achieve the good university governance principles. This article aims to find out how the role of Internal Control Unit (SPI) in achieving the principles of good university governance in universities. We used qualitative method to find out how the role of SPI in achieving the good university governance principles. The informants in this study were selected by purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by interview and the data analysis technique was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and making conclusion. The conclusion of this research was that the SPI had important role in the effort to achieve the principle of good university governance. However, there were some problems related to ineffectiveness of the SPI's role. The results of this research were to provide recommendation as well on the importance of research related to the effectiveness of internal control in higher education.

Abstract

The research objective to be achieved in this study is to determine the effect of the variables of entrepreneurship education, need for achievement, and internal locus of control on entrepreneurial interest. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 358 students and a sample of 189 in class XII students of SMKN 1 Sukoharjo from proffesional competences, namely Online Business and Marketing, Accounting and Financial Institutions, Automatication of Office Management, and Computer and Network Engineering. Proportionate random sampling is a technique used in sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale with a closed questionnaire and using multiple regression analysis for data analysis. The results showed that there was a simultaneous or partial influence of the variables of entrepreneurship education, need for achievement, and internal locus of control on entrepreneurial interest. Adjusted R square has a value of 0.673 which shows that 67.3% entrepreneurial interest is influenced by entrepreneurship education, need for achievement, and internal locus of control and the remaining 32.7% is influenced by other variables. This shows that the relationship of entrepreneurial interest with the three independent variables is very strong because the value is greater than 0.50. Results sffective contribution to entrepreneurship education is 46.2%, need for achievement is 8.8%, and internal locus of control is 12.9% towards entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle and financial education in the family on the personal financial management of Economics Education students at UNS class of 2018 and 2019 both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 2018 and 2019 UNS Economics Education students with a total sample of 110 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire and analyzing data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between financial literacy on personal financial management of UNS Economics students 2018 and 2019 (2) there is a positive and significant influence between lifestyle on personal financial management of UNS Economics students 2018 and 2019 (3) there is a positive and significant influence between financial education in the family on the personal financial management of UNS Economics students class of 2018 and 2019 (4) there is a positive and significant effect between financial literacy, lifestyle and financial education in the family on the personal financial management of Education students UNS Economics Class of 2018 and 2019.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) mengetahui pengaruh kontinuitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas X IIS SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar, 2) mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas X IIS SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar, dan 3) mengetahui pengaruh kontinuitas belajar dan fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas X IIS SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X IIS SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah proporsionate random sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 147 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persamaan regresi berganda sebesar Y = 15,928 + 0,274X1 + 0,322X2. Koefisien regresi bernilai positif artinya kontinuitas belajar berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) kontinuitas belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, (2) fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar, (3) kontinuitas belajar dan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar.Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kontinuitas belajar siswa serta didukung dengan fasilitas yang baik, maka akan meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah kurang optimalnya prestasi belajar siswa yang dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan guru mengajar dan kemandirian siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) ada tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan guru mengajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran Ekonomi Bisnis di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta; (2) ada tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemandirian siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran Ekonomi Bisnis di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta; (3) ada tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan guru mengajar dan kemandirian siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran Ekonomi Bisnis di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta. Penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X BDP di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta dengan jumlah 106 siswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 84 siswa dengan propotionate stratified random sampling. Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda dan menggunakan program SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan persamaan regresi berganda sebesar Y = 2,796+ 0,185X1 + 0,564X2 .Maka dapat disimpulkan (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan guru mengajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Ekonomi Bisnis kelas di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kemandirian siswa terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Ekonomi Bisnis di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kemampuan guru mengajar dan kemandirian siswa terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Ekonomi Bisnis di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of internal locus of control on student academic procrastination, the effect of social support on student academic procrastination, and the effect of internal locus of control and social support simultaneously on academic procrastination of FKIP UNS students. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used probability sampling technique, namely proportionate stratified random sampling with a sample of 378 FKIP UNS students. Validity test using product moment and reliability test using Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. The results of this research indicate that (1) there is a negative and significant effect of internal locus of control on academic procrastination of FKIP UNS students, (2) there is a negative and significant effect of social support on academic procrastination of FKIP UNS students, (3) there is a significant effect simultaneous internal locus of control and social support on academic procrastination of FKIP UNS students.

Abstract

The research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of financial literacy on household financial inclusion with social networks as a moderating variable for the poor in Blora Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive research where the research subjects are the poor people of Blora Regency, amounting to 391 respondents. Sampling was carried out using probability sampling with stratified random sampling technique. The process of collecting data is carried out by means of a questionnaire or questionnaire which is distributed to every house that has received a lottery number as a sample. The validity test technique uses the pearson product moment correlation formula. Data analysis used is hierarchical regression using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The research results obtained include. First, financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the financial inclusion of poor households in Blora Regency. Second, social networks have a positive and significant impact on the financial inclusion of poor households in Blora Regency. Third, social networks strengthen the relationship between financial literacy and the financial inclusion of poor households in Blora Regency.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of money attitude, financial knowledge, and financial self-efficacy on financial management behavior of undergraduate students of Sebelas Maret University. This research was a quantitative descriptive study with 395 respondents as research subjects. They were undergraduate students of Sebelas Maret University. The sampling technique was carried out using a probability sampling technique with a proportionate stratified random sampling. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed via the Google form link. The data validity test employed the CFA technique. The data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results obtained were as follows. First, money attitude had a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of undergraduate students. Second, financial knowledge had a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of undergraduate students.Third, financial Self Efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of undergraduate student.

Abstract

Post COVID-19 Pandemic conditions pose a challenge to the world of education, especially for teachers so that they can encourage students to think critically after studied from home for so long. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the collaboration of jigsaw learning model with problem-based learning (PBL) model on students’ critical thinking skills in economics subject at SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta post COVID-19 Pandemic. The reasearch method used a quasi experimental design type non-equivalent control group design. The research subject was 11th grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta who were divided into two sample class, namely experimental class and control class. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used tests, observation and documentation. The research data analysis techniques used hypothesis tests with paired sample t-test, independent sample t-test, and ANOVA. The result of this research showed that the application of the collaboration of jigsaw learning model with PBL model had positive and significant effect on students’ critical thinking skills in economics subject at SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta post COVID-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to examine (1) the influence of Introduction to the Schooling Field (PLP) on interest in becoming a teacher, (2) the influence of perceptions of the teaching profession on interest in becoming a teacher, (3) the influence of self-efficacy on interest in becoming a teacher, (4) the influence of the family environment in moderating Introduction to the Schooling Field (PLP) on interest in becoming a teacher, (5) the influence of the family environment in moderating perceptions of the teaching profession on interest in becoming a teacher, and (6) the influence of the family environment in moderating self-efficacy on interest in becoming a teacher among FKIP UNS Economic Education students. The data collection method used was a questionnaire distributed via Google Form with a population of 118 students and a sample of 91 students. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique and the type of sampling technique is proportionate random sampling. The analysis in this research uses MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis). Based on the test results, it was found that (1) Introduction to the Schooling Field (PLP) had no significant effect on interest in becoming a teacher, (2) Perception of the Teacher Profession had a negative and significant effect on interest in becoming a teacher, (3) Self-Efficacy had a positive and significant effect on interest in becoming teachers, (4) Family environment is not able to moderate Introduction to the Schooling Field towards interest in becoming a teacher, (5) Family environment is not able to moderate Teacher Professional Perceptions towards interest in becoming a teacher, and (6) Family environment is able to moderate Self-Efficacy towards interest in becoming a teacher. Therefore, the results of this research can be a benchmark for students to increase their interest in becoming a teacher.
