Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh model pembelajaran VAK (Visual, Auditory, Kinestetik) terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks eksposisi siswa kelas X SMK Sandhy Putra 2 Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TKJ 3 dan X TKJ 4 yang berjumlah 60 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes kinerja siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan model two-groups posttest design. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh bahwa nilai rata-rata pada kelas eksperimen 84,5 sedangkan di kelas kontrol memiliki nilai rata-rata 63,16. Penggunaan video yang memicu keaktifan dan meningkatkan minat siswa dalam belajar. Aspek penilaian tulisan siswa dinilai dari empat aspek yaitu struktur, ciri kebahasaan, kosakata, dan mekanik. Berdasarkan uji persyaratan analisis data melalui tes normalitas dan homogenitas maka diperoleh data penelitian berdistribusi normal dengan perhitungan Lhitung< Ltabel atau 0,13 <0,16 dan sampel berdistribusi homogen dengan perhitungan dan X2 hitung < X2 tabel yaitu 2,67 < 42,6. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa, to yang diperoleh lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 12,62 > 1,67, maka hipotesis alteratif (Ha) diterima. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran VAK (Visual, Auditory, Kinestetik) terhadap kemampuan siswa menulis teks eksposisi oleh siswa kelas X SMK Sandhy Putra 2 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2018/2019.

Abstract

Real Work Lectures (KKN) can be said to be a way of student service to society. The service method is carried out in several stages, including observation and site visits to obtain information on abilities that can be developed and problems that must be resolved. Batang Onang is a sub-district in Indonesia, located in North Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra Province. The STAIN Madina KKN Student Program includes activities that have been discussed and accepted by the village so they are easy to carry out. The activities carried out include community empowerment and improving the quality of education and religion. Because the research carried out was carried out in Gunung Tua Julu Village. The conclusion that can be drawn from the STAIN Madina Real Work Lecture activities is that you should be smart in contributing to society because every human being will essentially return to society and it is also a good place to socialize in society. Based on research results obtained from data in the field, this research is still less than perfect and needs to be improved further.

Abstract

This study was conducted on the basis of describing the Role of Cooperatives in Increasing Teachers' Interest in Joining the Musthafawiyah Employee Cooperative (Case Study of the Musthafawiyah Employee Cooperative of the Musthafawiyah Islamic Boarding School). This study was conducted from October 2023 to July 2024. The study used a phenomenological approach. The data validation technique was carried out by digging up information from several informants who were directly related to the cooperative. In addition, the researcher also conducted direct observations at the research location to verify the data whether the data obtained from the informants was in line with the reality in the field or not. The results of this study, the author concluded that the cooperative had not been able to carry out its role properly in increasing teachers' interest in joining and actively participating in the Musthafawiyah Employee Cooperative, as can be seen from the cooperative members who left the cooperative, the number of members did not increase every year. This is also referred to by several factors, namely individual factors and environmental factors. To overcome the lack of interest of teachers to join the Musthafawiyah employee cooperative, namely by increasing socialization and communication, strengthening the role of leadership, providing incentives and ease of joining, improving the quality of cooperative services, and creating synergy with related institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of public service principles in the Legal Bureau of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, which aims to provide an in-depth understanding of public service practices applied in the agency. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with related parties, direct observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of public service principles such as transparency, accountability, responsiveness, and participation in the Legal Bureau of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat has been carried out well, although there are several challenges faced, such as limited human resources and adequate infrastructure. The improvement efforts made include increasing employee capacity and utilizing information technology to accelerate the service process. This study provides an important contribution in understanding the dynamics of public services in the legal sector and becomes a consideration for the improvement and development of the service system at the provincial government level. It is hoped that this study can be a reference for further research and to improve the quality of public services in Central Kalimantan.
