Abstract

The educational problems experienced in Indonesia are many, one of which is the Covid-19 pandemic. With the Covid-19, school learning has obstacles until the learning process cannot be done completely, both structural and non-structural learning. The study used a short series of kuantitatf statistics with quasi-experimental research models and used control groups of pretest-posttes design because the study applied pretest before being given treatment and provided post test after treatment. The study was conducted at SMAN 1 Tuban. The subject of this study was a student of class X MIPA daughter SMAN 1 Tuban. The study also included three variables including learning outcomes from attitude values, knowledge values and skill values. The results of research that has been obtained state that the blended learning model with EUKBM media has a significant influence on learning outcomes. This can be known from the average pretest and postest knowledge scores between the experimental class and the control class. Through the application of blanded learning researchers also found changes in attitudes, behavior, knowledge and also skills of students during the learning process. Students become more participating and interacting with teachers and other students. Through the development of this blended learning model, students are more active when learning both online and offline. So that in the process of his defense does not seem monotonous.

Abstract

AbstractEducation is currently still one of the most interesting topics to discuss, an education can be considered successful if it can produce generations that are ready to jump in and develop in society. This can be obtained by providing appropriate learning to students, one of which is by using the inquiry-discovery approach. Learning is very important to accelerate the understanding and skills of students, in this case an appropriate learning model is needed. In line with that, the discovery-inquiry learning model is a suitable model to be applied in learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah with the aim of implementing a more optimal learning. For the sake of creating Islamic character and full of courtesy, it is necessary to instill in children who can start early, namely by providing an understanding of morals through the Akidah Akhlah subject. The Akhlas subject itself can be obtained in Islamic schools, one of which is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.Keywords : Optimization of Learning, Inquiry-Discovery Approach

Abstract

Real Work Lectures (KKN) can be said to be a way of student service to society. The service method is carried out in several stages, including observation and site visits to obtain information on abilities that can be developed and problems that must be resolved. Batang Onang is a sub-district in Indonesia, located in North Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra Province. The STAIN Madina KKN Student Program includes activities that have been discussed and accepted by the village so they are easy to carry out. The activities carried out include community empowerment and improving the quality of education and religion. Because the research carried out was carried out in Gunung Tua Julu Village. The conclusion that can be drawn from the STAIN Madina Real Work Lecture activities is that you should be smart in contributing to society because every human being will essentially return to society and it is also a good place to socialize in society. Based on research results obtained from data in the field, this research is still less than perfect and needs to be improved further.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative research approach design with a qualitative descriptive research type. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The sources for this research were the principal, homeroom teacher, students, and Nahwu and Shorof teachers of the Ulya class at the Fathul Ulum Islamic boarding school in Jombang.The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques, researchers use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. To test the validity of the data, researchers used source triangulation.The results of the research show that, the implementation of power point learning in increasing the reading of the yellow book at the Fathul Ulum Jomba Islamic Boarding School: 1) The implementation of power point learning in increasing the reading of the yellow book at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School is creating learning tools, adjusting the theme or learning material, implementing the learning power points, and evaluating power point learning; 2) The implication of power point learning in increasing the reading of the yellow book at the Fathul Ulum Diwek Jombang Islamic boarding school is that there is a change in students' understanding and student involvement in the sense that students are actively involved and more enthusiastic in learning.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out starting from data collection and checking the validity of the data. To check the validity of the research data using the data triangulation method.The research results show that: 1) Planning by: a) integrating curriculum objectives, namely using the same vision and mission, b) integrating the organization of curriculum content by pairing Islamic boarding school material and school material in general knowledge, this curriculum organization is included in the form of integration in the form of extracurricular activities;. 2) Implementation by: by: a) integrating curriculum implementation programs, namely academic calendars and joint school and Islamic boarding school academic activity plans, academic activities such as daily schedules for students, matsada, wama, high school and family convergence, student achievements, graduation certificates, b) integrating supervision of curriculum implementation with cooperation between Islamic boarding schools and schools; 3) Evaluation by: a) evaluating the context of the joint curriculum, which includes: socio-cultural development, development of science and technology, b) evaluating joint input, which includes: competency of teaching staff, readiness of students and availability of learning media/facilities, c ) conducting joint process evaluations, including: weekly evaluations and incidental evaluations, and d) conducting joint product evaluations, which include: mid-year evaluations and end-of-year evaluations. Abstract

The trend of cases of intolerance and radicalism continues to increase from year to year, influenced by political contestations, lectures or speeches containing hate speech, as well as hateful uploads on social media (social media), the lack of aswaja lessons in schools makes students less understanding of moderate Islam which respect differences. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) How is the religious development carried out at MDTA Nurul Ilmi Sumberjati Mojoanyar Mojokerto? 2) How are the activities of lailatul ijtima' guided by NU at MDTA Nurul Ilmi Sumberjati Mojoanyar Mojokerto? 3) What is the strategy to reject radicalism at MDTA Nurul Ilmi Sumberjati Mojoanyar Mojokerto? This research approach uses discrete qualitative because in this research it produces conclusions in the form of data that describes in detail, not data in the form of numbers, and this type of research is a case study, which is part of a qualitative method that wants to explore a particular case. in more depth by involving the collection of various sources of information. The results of this research are 1) The religious guidance carried out at MDTA Nurul Ilmi is different from other MDTA 2) Lailatul ijtima' is an NU program and is collaborated by MDTA Nurul Ilmi Sumberjati 3) The strategy carried out by MDTA Nurul Ilmi in rejecting radicalism by understand the teachings of Islam ASWAJA NU correctly.

Abstract

Berdirinya bangsa ini tak dapat di katakana mudah karena banyaknya pengorbanan yang telah di lakukan oleh para pejuang. Dengan memiliki tekad yang kuat jiwa nasionalis yang tinggi dan semangat akan harapan bangsa ini merdeka. jiwa nasionalis harus terus di jaga untuk menghormati para pejuang yang rela menyumbangkan nyawa demi bangsa. Sebuah konsep nasionalis dari para ulama yang berhasil membakar semangat anak muda menjadi tanda akan peran ulama akan kemerdekaan bangsa ini. Di era globalisasi juga di perlukan rasa nasionalis demi menjaga keberlangsungan tegaknya bangsa ini. Toleransi juga hal yang harus di lestarikan untuk dapat hidup yang rukun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah library research serta pendekatan kualitatif, yakni penelitian yang di lakukan dengan menganalisis literatur tertulis seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah sebagai sumber utama. Pendekatan penelitian ini kualitatif, yakni penelitian yang menekankan pada analisis terhadap data-data yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Kemudian peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu suatu bentuk penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena fenomena yang ada, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Kembali menghidupkan rasa nasionalis para generasi muda dengan mengkaji konsep yang di gagas oleh kh. Abstract

Motivasi kerja merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan motivasi kerja antara karyawan laki-laki dan perempuan di PT.X Gresik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain komparatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 orang (30 karyawan laki-laki dan 42 karyawan perempuan) dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Motivasi Kerja. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Independent Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam motivasi kerja antara karyawan laki-laki dan perempuan. Baik karyawan laki-laki maupun perempuan menunjukkan tingkat motivasi kerja yang relatif sama pada faktor motivator seperti prestasi dan tanggung jawab. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah manajemen perusahaan dapat merancang program dan kebijakan motivasi kerja yang bersifat umum tanpa harus membedakan berdasarkan gender, karena kebutuhan motivasi karyawan laki-laki dan perempuan cenderung serupa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Flipped Classroom terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik di MA Ihyaul Ulum Dukun Gresik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan pretest dan posttest dan angket dengan skala likert Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Paired T-test. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya Hasil analisis model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom dengan uji paired T-test pada program komputer SPSS terhadap Prestasi Belajar siswa efektif dengan diperoleh Sig. 0,00 < 0,05, berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima karena adanya adanya efektivitas Flipped Classroom dalam meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar siswa. Selanjutnya berdasarkan angket dari respon siswa Kelas X MA Ihyaul Ulum Dukun Gresik menunjukkan bahwasanya validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen penelitian juga terbukti dengan nilai Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0.740, menunjukkan bahwa setiap pernyataan dan pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini valid.

Abstract

Akhlak memegang peranan yang penting dalam kehidupan manusia, dengan akhlak manusia dalam kehidupannya dapat menuju kearah martabat yang tinggi, baik di hadapan Allah SWT dan manusia. Selaras dengan tujuan pendidikan islam yaitu untuk mewujudkan manusia seutuhnya, sedangkan tujuan pendidikan agama islam adalah membimbing akhlak agar mereka menjadi muslim sejati, yang salah satunya melalui Lembaga non formal yakni madrasah diniyah melalui kitab akhlaq lil banin yang dikarang oleh Syaikh Ahmad Umar Baraja. Fokus penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana implementasi pembelajaran akhlaq melalui kitab Akhlaq Lil Banin pada santri madrasah diniyah Darus Shobiy Penumpaan Desa Semambung Kec. Jabon Kab. Sidoarjo?, 2) Apa kontribusi pembelajaran kitab Akhlaq Lil Banin dalam membentuk akhlaq santri madrasah diniyah darus Shobiy Penumpaan Desa Semambung kec. Jabon kab. Sidoarjo?. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Implementasi Pembelajaran akhlaq melalui Kitab Akhlaq Lil Banin pada santri madrasah Diniyah Darus Shobiy dibangun melalui pembelajaran yang saling mempengaruhi antara kemauan dari dalam diri peserta didik itu sendiri untuk bertingkah laku yang baik dengan linkungan belajar yang ada di sekitarnya. 2) Kontribusi Pembelajaran Kitab Akhlaq Lil Banin Dalam Membentuk Akhlak santri Madrasah diniyah Darus Shobiy Dalam Membentuk Akhlak Siswa Kepada Guru dikembangkan melalui pendekatan habitualisasi humanistik integratif yaitu pembiasaan melakukan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan yang terintegrasi dalam kegiatan sehari-hari.
