Abstract

THIS  research is motivated by the defunct local company’s drinking water, so the need for water is a mobdatory requirement for the community. Water inftrastructure is one that is important to remember that water is a basic requirement is always consumed. The purpose of this study to influence the district govermment meranti islands and the inhibiting factors in the provision of clean water. The method used is a qualitatif research method with a descriptive type of reasearch that can be defined that can be interprated as a problems-solving process to describe the state of the subject and object of reseacrh at the presesnt time based on the facts that appear. Basa on the research that govermment efforts are still not up to the water supply in the districh high clifss theree are several factors that influence the govermment, namely the geographical conditions and economic factors Keywords : disctrict government, in provition of clean water.

Abstract

Background: Patient satisfaction in palliative care is an important dimension that can describe a patient’s experience acceptable of care. Patient satisfaction is used to evaluate performance and improve the quality of palliative care. Objective: This study aimed to know the description of patient satisfaction of palliative cancer against palliative care which has been given in IRNA I RSUP Dr.Sardjito Yogyakarta based on a ranking that includes 5 subscales of satisfaction in palliative care. Method: Type of research was mixed methods with sequential explanatory design, collecting data began from collecting quantitative data and followed by collecting qualitative data. Subject of study involved cancer patient in Central Hospital of Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta during September and October 2016 number of respondent was 48 patients and 8 participants. Sampling technique in quantitative research used purposive sampling, while the qualitative research used the techniques sampling criterion. Instrument used FAMCARE-P to measure satisfaction and the interview based on interview guideline. Quantitative data analysis used descriptive analysis and analysis of qualitative data used the content analysis. Integration of the results of quantitative research and qualitative used the joint displays. Results: Cancer patients have a high satisfaction on the subscale of support in decision-making with a mean (4,60±0,49), followed by a subscale of symptom management (3,96±0,42), communication and information (3,93±0,35), coordination and consistency (3,8±0,38) and accessibility (3,7±0,44). Qualitative research gained eight categories. Conclusion: Cancer patient satisfaction on palliative care was high with score on every subscales above mean score.   Keyword: Satisfaction, Cancer Patient, Mixed Method, Palliative Care

Abstract

Cultural globalization entered Indonesia through the media, such as television. Foreign culture be able to enter freely into the Indonesian market through the television. Television one of popular medium because it is combine the audio and visual. The discovery of television not only brought thet changes in technological development, but it changes to people's lives. People's lives can be influenced by television, such as influenced on education, economy, social life and even culture in society. In line with its development, television has also transformed in terms of technology and content presented to audiences. Along with the development of various programs in Indonesia, the television choose to show of programs that contained Bollywood content. Globalization of Bollywood media and culture is brought and disseminated to Indonesian people through programs on television.

Abstract

Background: Puberty is a crucial time where a child has a rapid growth physically, psychologically and emotionally. The children who are ready to face the puberty will appear confident and comfort, on the other hand those who have difficulty to face the puberty will appear insecure and not confident. The parents’ support hoped helped the children to be ready to face the puberty. Objectives: To determine the relation between parents’ support and children readiness to face the puberty of the student in 5th year and 6th year of Elementary School 1 Reco, Kertek, Wonosobo. Methods: This research is descriptive analitic with cross sectional. The sample were taken by total sampling pairing, which took all the 68 students and their parents of 5th and 6th year of Elementary School 1 Reco, Kertek, Wonosobo. The used instrument is questionaire whose validity and realibility has already tested. The used data analizing is chi square, with significance α=0,05. Result: The support of the parents are in good range,the support of the family in facing physical change 57,4%, psychological 73,5% and sexually 41,2%. Most of the students of Elementary School 1 Reco, Kertek, Wonosobo about 67,6% are ready to face the puberty. Conclusion:A positive and significant relation are found bertween the support of the parents and the children readiness to face the puberty, it is based on significantcy p=0,000<0,05 with the strength of the relation is average (C=0,454) in phsical changes, significantcy p=0,003<0,05 with the strength of the relation is average (C=0,379) in psychosocial changes, and in sexual changes with the strength of the relation is average (C=0,553). Suggestion: The children considered ready to face the puberty because that is a normal phase and every person will face it in their childhood, also the parents must support of their children to face the puberty. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan produk berupa bahan ajar trigonometri berbasis literasi matematika. Pengembangan bahan ajar dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Four-D (Model Thiagarajan). Model ini terdiri dari 4 tahap pengembangan yaitu Define (pendefinisian), Design (perancangan), Develope (pengembangan), dan Desseminates (penyebaran). Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah dokumentasi, observasi, lembar penilaian, dan lembar angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Uji Kelayakan produk dan Analisis uji kepraktisan produk. Adapun hasil penelitiannya adalah produk yang dihasilkan berupa bahan ajar trigonometri berbasis literasi matematika layak digunakan. Hal ini berdasarkan analisis data para ahli yaitu ahli materi masing-masing diperoleh persentase 78% dengan kriteria layak dan 86% dengan kriteria sangat layak, ahli penyajian masing-masing diperoleh 79% dengan kriteria layak dan 89% dengan kriteria sangat layak, dan ahli bahasa diperoleh persentase 90% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tanggapan mahasiswa pada uji coba skala besar diperoleh bahwa sebanyak 82% yang menyatakan bahwa bahan ajar trigonometri berbasis literasi matematika sangat baik dan sisanya 12% menyatakan bahwa bahan ajar trigonometri berbasis literasi matematika baik.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem of this research is "How Effectiveness Feedback Feeding Test Results Students Class XI IPS On Economics Subjects In Islamic High School Bawari Pontianak Year Teaching 2016/2017". To see the effectiveness of giving feedback will be done comparison between variables X1 with X2 using different test (Test T) and effect size. In this research will use 2 treatment that is the first treatment is giving feedback written, and second treatment is giving written and oral feedback. From result of SPSS test got result that at first treatment mean result of student learning 55,07 (0% completeness) before treatment become 85 (89% completeness) after given treatment. Then on the second treatment average learning outcomes from 71.83 (37% complete) before treatment to 88.26 (100% completeness) after treatment is given. Based on t test, the value of sig 0,000 <0,05 indicates that Ho is rejected or there is difference of learning result before treatment with after treatment. The value of effect size obtained is the first treatment 3.11 and the second treatment 1.91 so it can be concluded the effective feedback in improving student learning outcomes class XI IPS on economic subjects in Islamic High School Bawari Pontianak.Keywords: Feedback Feedback, Economic Learning Results

Abstract

Banyak permasalahan yang&nbsp; nampak&nbsp; pada dunia pendidikan, terutama pada kebijakan penyelenggaraan sekolah inklusi. Sekolah inklusi sendiri adalah sekolah reguler yang menerima siswa Berkebutuhan khusus dan menyediakan pelayanan sesuai kebutuhan siswa. Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini pihak sekolah yang ditunjuk masih tidak optimal dalam menjalankan kebijakan sekolah inklusi. Pelanggaran yang dilakukan salah satunya adalah&nbsp; berkeliaran ketika jam pelajaran dimulai, hal ini menimbulkan kecemburuan pada siswa reguler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motif Kepala Sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan sekolah inklusi di SDN Panjunan II Kalitidu Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Afred Schutz menggunakan metode kualitatif, subjek penelitian dipilih menggunkan teknik purposive yaitu Kepala Sekolah. Pengambilan data di lapangan dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan proses wawancara, menggunakan analisis data dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian&nbsp; menjelaskan temuan because motif&nbsp; kepala sekolah menerima tataran sekolah inklusi karena perintah dari pemerintah dan tidak dapat menolak perintah tersebut, serta penyetaraan semua siswa dapat membantu mewujudkan harapan orangtua, pada temuan in order to motif&nbsp; meliputi kepala sekolah berharap mendapatkan dana tambahan, berharap agar di&nbsp; lengkapi kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana sekolah, adanya guru pendamping khusus yang professional agar kegiatan pembelajaran menjadi optimal, walimurid ikut serta dalam perkembangan siswa ABK kedepan agar tercipta kesetaraan antara siswa reguler dengan ABK. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Inklusi, Kesetaraan, Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus.

Abstract

Background: Efforts to increase exclusive breastfeeding have become a Global Action since 1990. However, exclusive breastfeeding in Yogyakarta in 2010 was still low at 40.57%, still far from the national target of 80%. Several studies have shown that the onset of lactation may be an obstacle of mothers in breastfeeding their babies exclusively. One cause in the delay of the onset of lactation is body mass index (BMI). Objective: To determine the relationship of body mass index (BMI) to the onset of lactation in primiparous postpartum mothers in Panembahan Senopati Hospital of Bantul. Methods: The study design was a prospective cohort with primiparous postpartum mothers as the study subjects. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 62 people. The data were collected using observation sheet instruments. The data were analyzed with univariable and bivariable analysis using Chi-square test with a significance level of p <0.05. Results: Based on the results of the research, overweight BMI with a slow onset of lactation was 30.6%, and with a rapid onset of lactation was 3.2%. Normal BMI with a slow onset of lactation was 6.5%, and with a rapid onset of lactation was 59.7%. The result of Chi-square showed a significance of p value of 0.00 (p <0.05) and a value of contingency coefficient of 0.62. Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between BMI and the onset of lactation in primiparous postpartum mothers in Panembahan Senopati Hospital of Bantul. It is recommended that pregnant women prepare themselves for pregnancy in order to keep their body mass index in the normal range to avoid the delay of the onset of lactation. Abstract

Background : Based on WHO (World health Organization), amount 3,6 million (3%) from 120 million baby birth befound neonatorum asfiction almost 90%, baby mortality happen in developing country. Main factor of neonatal mortality are neonatorum asfiction (27%) and low Birth Weight. Purpose : For know relation low birth weight with neonatorum asfiction. Methode : Analitik survey with observasional crossectional design place of riset in perinatologi ward RSUD Wates. Subject of riset is all baby birth in perinatologi ward year 2 on with inclusion and exclusion standart. Data seek by medical record with secondary data used analysis kendall,s tau technique and correlation coefision. Result : Amount 326 subject of riset, almost baby birth is median birth weight 217 baby (67%). Almost asfiction in baby birth with apgar score 4 ? 6 is 159 baby (49%). There was relationship low birth weight with neonatorum asfiction with p value 0,013. Conclusion : There was relationship low birth weight with neonatorum asfiction is very low.
