Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the form of openness of millennial business actors to the digital economy, primarily as a support for marketing activities. This study is a quantitative approach study using survey techniques. Data collection uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire by millennials who have businesses. The sample used in this study was determined using a purposive sampling technique as many as 32 people who have met the criteria that have been set. The results of this study indicate the openness of millennial business actors to the digital economy as a support in marketing activities. The millennial generation is a generation that is very familiar with the use of technology so it is not difficult to adapt to the digital economy. This research has implications for awareness about the importance of using technology to support business activities.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a way or effort to take advantage of opportunities by applying innovation in business development. This research aims to determine the development of culinary variants on consumer satisfaction in the Baked Steamed Bread Business in managing the business so that it is able to compete and survive in running the business. This research uses quantitative methods. The research in the article shows the results of a simple linear regression analysis which proves that product innovation has an effect on consumer satisfaction at the Baked Steamed Bread Business in Bajeng District. This can be seen from the constant value of 23,156 and the X regression coefficient value of 0.471, which states that the consumer satisfaction value has increased by 0.471. This means that the direction of influence of variable X on Y is positive

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan sistem penganggaran berbasis kinerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penganggaran berubah karena pada sistem penganggaran tradisionl terdapat banyak kelemahan dalam pelaksanaannya. Perubahan sistem anggaran tradisional menjadi anggaran berbass kinerja ditandai dengan terbitnya Undang-Undang Nomor 17 tahun 2003 tentang keuangan negara. Kenyataannya, penerapan sistem penganggaran berbasis kinerja ternyata masih jauh dari yang diharapkan. Ada beberaa kesulitan dalam meneapkan sistem penganggaran berbasis kinerja, yaitu maslah menyepakati ukuran kinerja yang tepat. Oleh akrena itu penerapan sistem penganggaran berbasis kinerja hanya sebatas memenuhi ketentuan. Kata Kunci: Anggaran, Sistem Penganggaran Tradisional, Sistem Penganggaran Berbasis Kinerja.

Abstract

Mastery of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based technology is one of the important skills for students in the digital era. This community service activity aims to improve the digital competence of students from the Department of Family Welfare Education (PKK), Faculty of Engineering, Makassar State University through training in the use of AI-based websites, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini AI, and Grammarly. The training, which was attended by 56 students, lasted for two days, from 20 to 21 September 2024. Activities included an introduction to AI technology, a workshop on using websites, case simulations, and evaluation and reflection. The results of the training showed a significant increase in students' understanding and skills in utilizing AI technology to complete academic assignments, search for information, and manage projects. Participatory, problem-based, and collaborative training methods have proven effective in increasing participant engagement and understanding. This activity is expected to be the first step to integrating AI technology into the learning process and support students' readiness to face the challenges of the digital era.
