This study aims to determine the differences in critical thinking skills that are significant in the Basic Concepts of Mathematics course in learning using the Inquiry and Discovery Learning learning models. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent control group design. The study population was students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Educational Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra, with a total of 66 students. The data collection technique uses the integrated critical thinking skills rubric instrument of description questions. The data analysis technique uses the t-test with the Independent Sample T Test technique. The results of this study indicate that the level of critical thinking skills in learning using the Inquiry model is higher than in Discovery Learning. This can be seen from the results of the t-test which shows a probability value of 0.000 because the probability value is ? 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there are significant differences in the Inquiry and Discovery Learning learning models for critical thinking skills in mathematics

Penelitian tentang pengaruh Islamic Human Capital terhadap kinerja Amil di BAZNAS Provinsi Sumatera Utara ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari variabel Islamic Human Capital terhadap variabel kinerja Amil di BAZNAS Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Populasi yang digunakan ialah seluruh Amil di BAZNAS Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Sampel dan penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode total sampling yakni dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana untuk menguji ada atau tidaknya pengaruh satu variabel bebas (Independen) yaitu Islamic Human Capital, terhadap variabel terikat (dependen) yaitu kinerja Amil di BAZNAS Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Islamic Human Capital (X) berpengaruh positif dam signifikan terhadap Variabel Kinerja Amil di BAZNAS Provinsi Sumatera Utara (Y).

This study aims to determine whether age, gender, level of education affect employee work productivity. This research was conducted at BMT Mandiri Abadi Syariah. This study uses quantitative research methods. The type of research use is survey research. The sample in this study were employees at BMT Mandiri Abadi Syariah as many as 30 people who were selected using a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled. The research instrument that will be used in this study is a questionnaire. In this study, data analysis was carried out descriptively and multiple linear regression analysis.

Persepsi Muzaki tentang zakat bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hal yang penting dalam membayar zakat di kota Medan, karena persepsi tentang zakat yang luas akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap minat Muzaki membayar zakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesignifikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Muzaki (variabel X) dalam membayar zakat (variabel Y). Subjek penelitian ini adalah Muzaki BAZNAS (Badan Amil Zakat Nasional) Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian ini termaksud penelitian field research. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel insidental dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sesuai karakteristik yang diberikan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji hipotesis. Hipotesis adalah prosedur yang didasarkan pada bukti yang dipakai untuk menentukan apakah hipotesis merupakan pernyataan yang wajar dan oleh karenanya diterima atau hipotesis tersebut tidak wajar dan oleh karena itu ditolak. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Muzaki (X) dalam membayar zakat di BAZNAS Kota Medan (Y) berpengaruh dan signifikan dikarenakan thitung > ttabel (18.511 > 1.661) dan taraf signifikan lebih kecil dari 0.05 (0.000<0.05). Dalam penelitian ini H0 ditolak artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap Muzaki, nilai R-Square sebesar 78,8% besaran sumbangan dalam membayar zakat dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan sisanya 21,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

This study aims to understand the impact of Halal Awareness and Halal Label on Consumer Preferences in the Shopee E-commerce Platform: A Case Study of Shopee Users in the Belawan Sicanang District. The research employs a quantitative approach. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires and using a Likert scale to measure respondents' responses. The study involved 94 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Multiple regression analysis was used for data analysis using SPSS version 26.

This study aims to determine the effect of packaging attributes and quality of halal products on purchasing decisions for cake at Nurul Bakery Stores. This study uses a qualitative research method with an associative approach. The analysis used is descriptive analysis to determine the influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research findings show that the test results (F), Fcount is 9.435 FTable 3.49, this means Ho is rejected, meaning that simultaneously there is no positive and significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The probability value (Sig.) is 0.002<0.05, indicating that the effect of the independent variable simultaneously is not significant on the dependent variable. However, the results of the (-t) test, show that partial packaging attribute variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for cake products at Nurul Bakery Shops and product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for cake products at Nurul Bakery Shops. R Square of 0.526 means 52.6% of purchasing decision factors can be explained by the attributes of packaging and product quality. While 47.4% can be explained by factors not examined in this study such as Price, Promotion, and Lifestyle.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are encouraged to leverage social media as an online marketing tool to reach a broader market. Currently, social media is easily accessible and widely favored by people worldwide. Therefore, MSME entrepreneurs are recommended to utilize social media as a means to share information about their products with consumers online. This research aims to assist and convince MSME entrepreneurs in Hamparan Perak Village about the benefits of social media for expanding their marketing reach. Through research on marketing enhancement strategies via social media, it can be determined how significant the impact and benefits of social media are for the development of MSME marketing in Hamparan Perak Village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency.

KKN Mandiri is a real work lecture activity carried out by students individually. It aims to increase awareness and understanding of early childhood children about the importance of saving as a provision for the future. The activity was carried out in two schools, namely Nur Ilmi Kindergarten, Jaranguda Village and Muhammadiyah 01 Medan Mandala Islamic Senior High School. Through socialization and motivation to save, it is hoped that children can develop a habit of living frugally and being responsible in managing money from an early age. The methods used in this activity include lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and making creative piggy banks from recycled materials. This activity is designed to provide an understanding that is easily accepted by children with a fun and interactive approach. The results of this community service activity show an increase in students' understanding of the benefits of saving. Students become more enthusiastic in setting aside their pocket money to save, both in piggy banks and in the bank. Through making creative piggy banks, students gain direct experience in the practice of saving and feel motivated to continue this habit at home. In addition, the involvement of parents and teachers also strengthens the positive impact of the program, where they are expected to continue to support children in saving. The conclusion of this activity is that the socialization of saving in early childhood has a positive impact in raising awareness of the importance of saving. The creative approach taken has proven effective in motivating students to start saving. This program is expected to be a foundation for children in forming good financial habits in the future. Continuous support from schools and families will greatly assist in maintaining the sustainability of saving habits in children.

This research aims to analyze the role of entrepreneurship socialization and education in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit among the millennial generation, with a case study focus in Kelurahan Perdagangan I, Simalungun Regency. Entrepreneurship socialization and education are crucial steps in fostering entrepreneurial awareness and skills, especially for the younger generation who will face economic challenges in the future. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with program participants, direct observation in the field, and document analysis related to the KKN program in Kelurahan Perdagangan I. The results showed that the program was successful. The results showed that the entrepreneurship socialization and education program implemented through KKN succeeded in increasing participants' entrepreneurial knowledge, interest, and skills. In particular, SMK students showed increased motivation to start a business after participating in entrepreneurship education. The success of the program was supported by active community involvement and a contextually relevant approach. However, there are some challenges, such as limited access to technology and financial resources, that affect the sustainability of entrepreneurial interest among the millennial generation.

This research aims to analyze the role of Financial Technology (Fintech) in increasing the profits of MSMEs in Medan City and analyze the risks and obstacles in using Fintech to increase the profits of MSMEs in Medan City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the type of data used being primary data and secondary data regarding Fintech, and with descriptive analysis techniques through observations, interviews and documentation. The population used is MSME actors in Medan City and the sample used is 20 MSME actors in Medan City who use Fintech as non-cash payments. The results of this research show that the role of fintech in increasing the profits of MSMEs in Medan City includes: a) providing convenience, speed and comfort for MSMEs in making transactions via digital payments; b) make it easier for MSMEs to manage finances and increase income; c) attract customers and increase sales volume by means of MSME players making promotions via fintech platforms; d) makes it easier for MSMEs to monitor sales and profits because the bookkeeping system is automatic; e) make MSME players more active in innovating to increase types of business and expand their marketing. Meanwhile, the obstacles to using fintech in increasing the profits of MSMEs in Medan City are: a) the use of fintech depends on the internet network, if the network is not good then online payment transactions cannot be used; b) MSME players must pay fees to fintech service providers for their use. Meanwhile, the risks of using fintech to increase MSME profits in Medan City are: a) website disruption caused by hackers.
