Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) terhadap peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan lingkungan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, Adapun subyek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas I sampai dengan kelas VI samapai dengan Idi SDN 1 Jenangan. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari sikap guru berdiskusi diskusi adalah 79,6 katagori”cukup, sedangkan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah 85,16, katagori “baik”,nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari penilaian skenario pembelajaran pada siklus I yaitu 78,30 katagori “cukup” sedangkan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah 85,0, nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari penilaian pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus I yaitu 78,3 katagori “cukup”, sedangkan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah 87,20 katagori“baik”.Melihat nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari siklus I ke siklus II , terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari masing-masing komponen yang di observasi maupun yang dinilai, yang berarti pembinaan dan bimbingan melalui pendekatan diskusi kelompok kerja guru dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pemanfaatan lingkungan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar. Berdasarkan keberhasilan tersebut di atas disarankan kepada guru-guru di SDN 1 Jenangan, agar lebih mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan lingkungan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar dengan memperbanyak variasi metode pembelajaran dalam penyusunan skenario pembelajaran maupun dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Leadeship Agility, Employee Resilience, and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Performance at PT. Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sidomuncul, Tbk.  Organizational Performance is identified as the dependent variable, while the independent variables include agile leadership, employee resilience, and organizational commitment. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected from a population and sample of 100 employees, using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research results show that 1) Leadership Agility has an impact on Organizational Performance, 2) Employee Resilience has a significant positive effect, and 3)  Organizational Commitment does not have a significant effect on Organizational Performance.

Abstract

One of the most crucial components of any business or organization is its human resources; these people are what set the company on its path to success. Employees must be able to provide their best work for the organization. Since employee performance, whether good or bad, affects a company's objectives and level of success. This study sought to ascertain the impact of numerous role conflicts, work-related stress, and motivation on female employees' performance at PT. Starlight Garment Semarang. The approach of quantitative research is implemented through the use of surveys, or data collection methods. Purposive sampling, or sampling with specific concerns, is a technique used in data collection methods. Non-probability sampling is the method utilized, and a sample of 75 responders is the result. The findings demonstrated a substantial relationship between job stress, motivation, and multiple role conflict and employee performance indicators. Employee performance is impacted by a number of role conflict variables, work stress, and motivation all at once. Based on the study's findings, it can be said that female employees' performance is partially and simultaneously impacted by the variables of numerous role conflicts, job stress, and motivation.
