Abstract

The aim of this research was to investigate the influence of rabbitproduction factors on rabbit farmers income in the District of Berastagi Regency ofKaro which include Litter Size, Sum of Wean, Sum of Deaths, Feed Cost and Sum ofLabor; and knowing rabbit business in District of Berastagi Regency of Karo isdeserves to be forwarded. The research method used census method done twice for twomonths to take as many as 48 respondent farmers. Factor analysis was obtained byregression analysis while business feasibility obtained by Revenue Cost Ratio (RatioR/C), Benefit Cost Ratio (Rasio B/C) and Break Event Point (BEP) analysis. Theresults showed that the factor affect rabbit farmers income were Sum of Deaths andSum of Labor. Financial analysis of rabbit farmers were R/C=5,61, B/C=4,24, PriceBEP=Rp 9.875 dan Production BEP=22 pieces. It conclude that the factor affect rabbitfarmers income were Sum of Death and Sum of Labor. Rabbit business is profitableand feasible to conduct.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSistem informasi tempat kos berguna sebagai penyedia informasi yang lengkap mengenai tempatkos, mahasiswa tidak perlu menghabiskan waktu untuk mendatangi tempat kos satu persatu demi mencariinformasi mengenai tempat kos. Dengan adanya Sistem Jasa Pencarian Kos ini sangat bermanfaat bagikeefektifan dan keefisienan waktu. Ketersediaan informasi mengenai rumah kos yang bisa memberikangambaran bagi pencari kos seperti fasilitas, ketersediaan kamar, informasi biaya sewa, dan lokasi rumahkos, dan peta untuk menunjukan lokasi rumah kos.Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Extreme Programming. ExtremeProgramming (XP) merupakan suatu pendekatan yang paling banyak digunakan untuk pengembanganperangkat lunak cepat. Alasan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) karena sifat dariaplikasi yang di kembangkan dengan cepat melalui tahapan - tahapan yang ada meliputi : Planning /Perencanaan, Design/ Perancangan, Coding/Pengkodean dan Testing/Pengujian.Dengan adanya sistem ini dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam pencarian lokasi lokasi kos danpenginapan di wilayah Lampung Utara.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana kualitas produk, harga, dan pelayanan di Apotek Mega Bandung mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, untuk membantu manajemen meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan layanan. Penelitian ini menerapakan metode penelitian kuantitatif untuk menganalisis statistik deskritif dan verifikatif. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer yang berasal dari pengamatan dan penyebaran angket kepada para responden serta data sekunder yang berasal dari dokumen dan literartut terkait. Total populasi dari penelitian adalah 638 konsumen yang melakukan pembelian di tahun 2024 dari bulan Januari sampai Maret, yang bila diterapkan pada rumus slovin, maka diperoleh 86,4 atau sebanyak 87 sampel penelitian. Sedangakan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak menggunakan metode Random Sampling tanpa kriteria khusus tertentu. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, dan pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Apotek Mega Bandung. Korelasi kuat antara kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen serta antara harga dan kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan konsumen ditemukan. Semakin baik produk dan pelayanan, semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has drastically influenced human interaction, particularly between different generations such as Generation Z (Gen Z) and Baby Boomers. This study aims to analyze the differences in communication styles between Generation Z and Baby Boomers in social and professional contexts. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, the research analyzes various literature, articles, and relevant documents to understand the communication characteristics of each generation. The results indicate that the differences in communication styles are influenced by factors such as technology, social values, and the ways each generation interacts with the world around them. Generation Z, raised in the digital era, tends to use technology for quick and efficient communication, relying on instant messaging applications, social media, and video calls. In contrast, Baby Boomers, who grew up before the era of digitalization, prefer more formal and structured communication, primarily utilizing telephones and emails. To improve intergenerational interactions, this study recommends technology training for Baby Boomers, the adoption of flexible communication approaches, and the encouragement of open dialogue between generations. By integrating new communication technologies with traditional methods, organizations can create an inclusive, harmonious, and productive environment where intergenerational communication can thrive. Perkembangan teknologi digital telah secara drastis memengaruhi cara manusia berinteraksi, khususnya antara generasi yang berbeda seperti Generasi Z (Gen Z) dan Baby Boomers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan gaya komunikasi antara Generasi Z dan Baby Boomers dalam konteks sosial dan profesional. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai literatur, artikel, dan dokumen relevan untuk memahami karakteristik komunikasi masing-masing generasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan gaya komunikasi antara kedua generasi ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti teknologi, nilai-nilai sosial, dan cara mereka berinteraksi dengan dunia di sekitar mereka. Generasi Z, yang dibesarkan dalam era digital, lebih cenderung menggunakan teknologi untuk berkomunikasi secara cepat dan efisien, menggunakan aplikasi pesan instan, media sosial, dan video call. Sebaliknya, Baby Boomers, yang tumbuh dalam era sebelum digitalisasi, lebih memilih komunikasi formal dan lebih terstruktur, dengan mengandalkan telepon dan email sebagai alat utama komunikasi. Dalam rangka meningkatkan interaksi antar generasi, penelitian ini menyarankan pelatihan teknologi untuk Baby Boomers, penerapan pendekatan komunikasi yang fleksibel, serta mendorong dialog terbuka antar generasi. Dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi komunikasi baru dengan metode komunikasi tradisional, organisasi dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif, harmonis, dan produktif, di mana komunikasi antara generasi dapat berlangsung dengan baik.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to find out and analyze whether there was an influence of dividend policy on the value of companies listed in the LQ-45 index. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between dividend policies on company value. The dividend policy variable has a tcal value of 4,284 and a ttable value of 2,160. This shows that the tcount is larger than the table so that HO is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the dividend policy has an effect and is significant on the value of companies listed in the LQ-45 index. This the hypothesis put forward is acceptable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of personal selling, advertising, and service quality on consumer buying interest in OPPO mobile phones at Halup Cell Store Berau. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 90 respondents. The results showed that personal selling and service quality had a significant partial effect on buying interest, while advertising did not. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influenced consumer buying interest.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to find out and analyze the Influence of Brand Image, Product Quality and Price on Consumer Loyalty in Ms Glow Skincare Products in Berau Regency. This study was conducted on 85 Ms Glow skincare users in Berau Regency as respondents using the purposive sampling method. The analysis tools used are: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient, T Test and F Test. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the results of the T Test show that the variables of Brand Image, Product Quality and price partially have a significant effect on the variables of consumer loyalty. Then based on the F test, it is known that the variables of Brand Image, Product Quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on the variables of consumer loyalty. Then, based on the determination coefficient (R Square) of 0.796 (79.6%). This illustrates that the variables of Brand Image, Product Quality and Price are able to influence the Consumer Loyalty variable in Ms Glow skincare products in Berau Regency by 79.6% while the remaining 20.4% is explained by other factors that are not included in this study.

Abstract

This research embarks on an exploration of the intricate relationship between social media use and social anxiety within the millennial generation. Grounded in the context of the digital age, our study aims to unravel the complexities, nuances, and implications of this dynamic interplay. Employing a cross-sectional design, a diverse sample of millennials participated in surveys that probed their social media habits, experiences, and levels of social anxiety. The findings of our research reveal a significant positive correlation between the frequency and duration of social media use and heightened levels of social anxiety among millennials. This confirmation aligns with existing literature, emphasizing the robustness of the observed relationship. Furthermore, the study introduces novel dimensions, elucidating platform-specific nuances, the mediating role of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), gender dynamics, and temporal adaptations in the correlation. Implications drawn from these findings offer valuable insights for mental health interventions, societal reflections, and future research endeavors. Tailored strategies addressing the unique stressors associated with digital engagement are crucial, considering the identified correlation. Platform-specific awareness and education become imperative for empowering individuals to make informed choices about their digital interactions.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the effect of the regional financial accounting system on the accountability of regional financial management at the Berau Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKAD), and to assess the moderating role of the government’s internal control system in this relationship. Primary data were obtained from 67 employees of BPKAD Berau through structured questionnaires. Data analysis employed validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, t-tests, the coefficient of determination, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings reveal that the regional financial accounting system has a positive and significant impact on financial management accountability (t = 2.903 > 1.997, p = 0.005 < 0.05). Moreover, the implementation of the government’s internal control system strengthens this relationship, as indicated by a significant moderating effect (p = 0.038 < 0.05). The inclusion of the internal control system increases the explanatory power of the model by 41.1%, underscoring its importance in enhancing accountability within regional financial management.
