ABSTRAKSumber daya manusia adalah salah satu komponen terpenting yang ada di dalam suatu perusahaan.Peranan sumber daya manusia di era perkembangan teknologi tampak berperan sekali. Walaupunteknologi secanggih apapun tidak dapat berjalan jika tidak diproses oleh manusia. Tulisan ini mencobamembahas mengenai model Bengkel Kerja Komunikasi dari sisi manajemen sumber daya manusia.Mahasiswa merupakan sumber daya manusia potensial dalam Bengkel Kerja Komunikasi ini. IstilahSDM mengandung konotasi yang bersangkutan dengan kondisi manusia pada umumnya, baik didalam maupun di luar organisasi. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk menggali tentang motif , persesi, konstruksi masyarakat Madura terhadap sunat perempuan. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini untuk menganalisis motif (alasan) di balik sunatperempuan serta proses sunat perempuan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalahwawancara mendalam terhadap informan. Informan penelitian adalah dukun (medis) yang melakukansunat perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alasan motif sunat perempuan adalah untukmembuang najis perempuan, melestarikan adat istiadat dan sesuai dengan ajaran agama. The life cycle of Madurese women is full of local wisdom, which can be the basis of the improvement of their economic welfare if it is well developed. Yet, the Madurese women are not aware of this potential. Hence, the objective of this research is to design a local wisdom based strategy to empower the economy of Madurese women. The communication strategy is in the form of a model which is validated by Madurese women. From the implementation of the model, then, the Madurese women entrepreneur which is based on local wisdom is formedThis research which was conducted in Sampang regency applied descriptive qualitative analysis. This research employed some methods, specifically (1) documentation analysis of the result of the first research to design the strategy of madurese women empowerment, (2) FGD, (3) action research to validate the strategy, (4) observation, and (5) deep interview to accomplish the model of Madurese women empowerment strategyFrom the data analysis the communication strategy is then designed as follows: (1) the communicator is the successful businesman, TKB, and the entrepreneur,' (2) the message is the entrepreneurship training with direct practice as well as the training of how to create creative industrial product which matches the local potential; (3) the media is props and slide; (4) the communicant is the member of kopwan. The communication strategy done by the components of the communication above is as follow.. the communicator visits the communicants and does an informal approach to give an entrepreneur training in the field of industrial creativity which is based on the local potential. The feedback may be gained directly and the face-to-face meeting is carried out as informal as possible without classical format. Then, the products as the result of their works are marketed directly to the Sara, i.e. by visiting crowded places like traditional market or by conducting "grebeg pasar7 The communication techniques in this communication strategy of the economic empowerment of madurese women is persuasive technique, informative technique, and human relation technique.Keywords: communication strategy, local wisdom, women empowerment, Madurese women entrepreneur

Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan dan mengkaji tentang penggunaan saluran komunikasi dalam membentuk minat wisatawan berkunjung ke wisata Bangkalan Madura. Penelitian ini merupakan studi saluran komunikasi yang bersifat kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menelaah, mereduksi, menyajikan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data hasil observasi disajikan dalam bentuk gambar (foto). Data hasil studi kepustakaan disajikan dalam bentuk kutipan-kutipan untuk memperkuat temuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses penggunaan saluran komunikasi dalam membentuk minat wisatawan berkunjung di wisata kabupaten bangkalan dalam proses penggunaan saluran komunikasinya sesuai dengan pengalaman mereka ada yang mengetahui dari media massa tersendiri maupun mengetahui secara langsung dari teman sebayanya maupun keluarga terdekatnya yang sudah pernah berkunjung kesana kemudian memberikan informasi mengenai seperti apa wisata di Bangkalan tersebut

Posyandu cadres have a role as the main movers of all activities carried out at the posyandu. The existence of important and strategic cadres, when the services provided receive sympathy from the community, will have positive implications for community awareness and participation. Stunting is one of the national development problems in Indonesia which can hamper economic growth, increase poverty and inequality. This research aims to determine the role of posyandu cadres in dealing with stunting in Pesanggrahan Village, Kwanyar District, Bangkalan Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Using the case study method (case studies). The data collection technique for this research is using in-depth interviews, observation, documentation. To determine the informants, what was done was to determine the target population elements that were thought to be most suitable for collecting data, including posyandu cadres, family planning cadres and village midwives. Based on e-PPGBM data, the prevalence of stunting in 2022 will reach 85 toddlers spread across 16 villages. The Pesanggrahan village of Kacatan Kwanyar is one of the villages with a relatively high stunting rate compared to other villages, namely reaching 10 children under five in 2022. From the research results, posyandu cadres have carried out their duties and roles optimally. This is proven by the very drastic reduction in stunting rates in a relatively fast period, namely from 10 in 2022 down to 2 in 2023.

This research aims to find out whether the role of the PKK has an effect on reducing the rate of stunting, so within the PKK it has a role in stunting, so within the PKK it has a role in stunting by always coming to the health center or posyandu. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, and the samples used were 50 samples. This approach uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using questionnaires. The type of data used is primary and secondary. Primary data in this research was obtained from the results of questionnaires that had been distributed to respondents, while secondary data was obtained from several literatures and data from the relevant departments. The data analysis technique used is chi square or chi square using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) software. Conclusion: Through Chi Square software research, it also shows that there is a relationship between PKK and stunting incidence of 7.936 with ɑ 0.05. Keywords: PKK, Stunting
