Abstract

Semenjak mulai diumumkannya pandemi coronavirus diseases (Covid 19)di Indonesia pada awal bulan Maret 2020, pemerintah sudah mulai berupaya meningkatkan penanganan  pandemi global Covid-19 ini. UPT. Perpustakaan UTM menerapkan WFH sebagai pilihan untuk antisipasi penularan Covid19, sesuai dengan surat edaran Rektor. Tentunya WFH adalah pilihan sulit bagi pustakawan, karena merupakan hal baru diluar kebiasaan, ada beberapa kendala yang ditemukan selama pelaksaan WFH, tetapi semua dapat diatasi dengan komunikasi yang intens antara pustakawan yang WFH dengan pimpinan, serta aturan yang jelas yang telah disepakati dari awal, dengan begitu penerapan WFH berjalan dengan lancar dan pustakawan dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang maksimal sehingga fungsi perpustakaan sebagai penyedia sumber informasi dapat tetap berjalan dalam situasi pandemi ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif interaktif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is an important process in organizational performance management, including in the public sector. Goal-setting appraisal is an increasingly popular performance appraisal method in the public sector. The purpose of this research is to describe the goal-setting appraisal strategy in increasing employee motivation in public sector organizations. This research was conducted through a literature study that collected and analyzed the results of previous research on the impact of goal-setting appraisal on employee motivation, the factors that influence it, along with strategies for determining goal-setting appraisal. The results of this study indicate that goal-setting appraisal has a positive and negative impact on employee motivation. Factors that influence goal-setting appraisals on work motivation include goal certainty, organizational commitment, social support, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction. In addition, there are several strategies that can be implemented by organizations in determining effective goal-setting appraisals. increasing employee motivation and organizational performance. This research can provide recommendations for practitioners and managers in the public sector to develop more effective performance management policies and practices.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept, design, potential implications and challenges of using HRIS in the performance management of the Madura batik industry. This study used the literature study method, with data collection using editing, organizing, and founding techniques, with data analysis techniques using data reduction techniques, data presentation and taking conclusions. The results of this study indicate that HRIS can be applied to manage the performance of the Madura batik industry, taking into account aspects of the needs and budget of the batik industry in choosing and using HRIS optimally. In addition, there are several potential implications and challenges in the use of HRIS that need to be addressed by the Madura batik industry in developing industrial performance.

Abstract

CV Buana Tengka Garment adalah produsen pakaian yang berada Kota Madura. Pekerja di perusahaan ini sering tidak masuk kerja karena sakit, izin, atau lainnya, yang bervariasi dari tahun ke tahun tetapi tetap dari tahun 2020 hingga 2022. Pelanggan yang berkunjung antara tahun 2020 dan 2022. Selain itu, 5 pekerja berhenti pada tahun 2022 karena ketidaksesuaian dengan pengawas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menemukan hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 pekerja dari sebuah perusahaan pakaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan regresi linier berganda, serta analisis koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji F, dan uji korelasi. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh signifikan variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformatif dan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. waktu yang sama. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi, terlihat jelas bahwa model gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif memiliki hubungan yang lebih kuat daripada variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformatif, dengan tingkat hubungan 0,705–0,551, yang berarti bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif lebih cocok untuk perusahaan garmen ini.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the role of the PKK has an effect on reducing the rate of stunting, so within the PKK it has a role in stunting, so within the PKK it has a role in stunting by always coming to the health center or posyandu. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, and the samples used were 50 samples. This approach uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using questionnaires. The type of data used is primary and secondary. Primary data in this research was obtained from the results of questionnaires that had been distributed to respondents, while secondary data was obtained from several literatures and data from the relevant departments. The data analysis technique used is chi square or chi square using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) software. Conclusion: Through Chi Square software research, it also shows that there is a relationship between PKK and stunting incidence of 7.936 with ɑ 0.05. Keywords: PKK, Stunting

Abstract

This research is a literature review that presents a holistic picture of the impact of unethical behavior in a business context. The impact of unethical behavior includes implications for companies, employees, consumers and society in general. This literature review analyzes the consequences of unethical actions, explores ethical frameworks that can assist in addressing unethical behavior, and presents relevant business ethics principles and ethical theories. Professional ethics, business law, and the development of business ethics theory are also the focus of this research. Apart from that, this research also covers other topics such as ethical leadership, transparency practices, accountability, and implementing clear policies in business. Literature studies show that business ethics plays an important role in overcoming unethical behavior such as corruption, discrimination, and neglect of environmental protection. Apart from that, this research also covers the application of artificial intelligence in information systems, the challenges of non-utilitarian ethics, as well as an analysis of challenges and opportunities in the development of economic globalization in business law in Indonesia. Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the evolution of the relationship between business ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its impact on modern corporate business practices. The method used is a literature review with data collection from reputable journal databases such as Scopus, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect and then selected based on topic relevance and methodological quality. The data obtained was analyzed qualitatively to identify concepts related to the relationship between business ethics and CSR, look at existing empirical studies, and summarize relevant findings. The results show that there is a paradigm shift from separate social responsibility to full integration of business ethics and sustainability in core corporate strategies. This is driven by global factors and rising stakeholder expectations. The global implications of this research are that it provides guidance and insights for companies in developing CSR policies that are more effective and responsive to social and environmental issues, as well as enhancing corporate social responsibility globally. This research provides an accurate and well-established picture of the relationship between business ethics and CSR in the current context and can serve as a strong foundation for sustainable and responsible business decision-making. Abstract

Pelatihan merupakan komponen vital dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia di organisasi, bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan perilaku karyawan. Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas dua metode pelatihan utama: on the job training (OJT) dan off the job training. OJT dilakukan di tempat kerja, memfokuskan pada pengalaman praktis dan relevansi konteks kerja, sedangkan off the job training dilaksanakan di luar lingkungan kerja untuk mendalami teori dan keterampilan strategis. Meskipun keduanya memiliki keunggulan dan keterbatasan, kombinasi dari kedua metode ini terbukti paling efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. OJT mempercepat adaptasi praktis dan aplikasi keterampilan, sementara off the job training memperluas pemahaman teoritis dan strategi. Integrasi dari kedua pendekatan ini memungkinkan pengembangan keterampilan teknis dan manajerial secara optimal, mendukung kinerja karyawan dan kesuksesan jangka panjang perusahaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peningkatan kinerja dengan mengintegrasikan analisis SWOT dan perencanaan strategis berbasis bukti melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Berdasarkan telaah terhadap sepuluh jurnal yang diterbitkan dalam rentang 2020–2024, ditemukan bahwa penggunaan analisis SWOT dalam pengembangan kinerja telah mengalami perubahan metodologis yang signifikan. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa metode kuantitatif semakin sering diterapkan dalam analisis SWOT untuk meningkatkan objektivitas dalam perencanaan strategis. Selain itu, adaptasi sektoral dalam manajemen kinerja di berbagai bidang, seperti pendidikan dan kesehatan, berperan penting dalam efektivitas implementasi SWOT. Studi ini juga menyoroti bahwa efektivitas analisis SWOT sangat dipengaruhi oleh integrasinya dengan sistem manajemen kinerja yang adaptif dan berbasis data. Untuk meningkatkan akurasi strategi yang dihasilkan, digunakan mekanisme prioritisasi berbasis matriks serta pembobotan faktor. Selain itu, validasi empiris melalui pendekatan statistik diperlukan guna memastikan keandalan hasil analisis SWOT dalam perencanaan kinerja. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai strategi optimal dalam menghubungkan analisis SWOT dengan manajemen kinerja berbasis data untuk meningkatkan daya saing organisasi.
