Abstract

Sumber daya manusia atau karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan, merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi suatu perusahaan. Meningkatkan semangat kerja karyawan sangat penting guna mencapai tujuan dan perkembangan perusahaan. Salah satu metode untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dengan memberikan program penghargaan. Tentu saja dalam pemberian penghargaan harus melalui perhitungan yang kompleks dan dengan metode perhitungan yang sesuai. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengembangkan sistem rekomendasi karyawan berprestasi menggunakan metode Item Based Collaborative Filtering dengan tujuan membantu pihak HRD dalam menentukan karyawan berprestasi. Kriteria dan nilai yang digunakan dalam penelitian ditentukan oleh pihak manajemen kemudian dilakukan perhitungan dengan metode item based collaborative filtering dimana perhitungan nilai similarity menggunakan metode pearson correlation based similarity dan perhitungan nilai prediksi menggunakan metode weight average of deviation lalu dilakukan pengujian tingkat error atau akurasi prediksi menggunakan Mean Absolute Error(MAE). Pengujian interface dilakukan dengan menguji semua fungsi sistem dan pengujian hasil perhitungan dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil perhitungan manual dan hasil perhitungan pada sistem. Hasil dari pengujian terhadap sistem rekomendasi pemberian penghargaan nilai rata-rata error sebesar 0,359 atau tingkat akurasi sebesar 3,59%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem rekomendasi dengan metode item based collaborative filtering dapat membantu pihak manajemen dalam menentukan karyawan berprestasi dengan baik.

Abstract

This research develops the Youniverse mobile application to support community event activities, specifically for the Mobile Class Community of Malang. The application aims to address various issues in event management that are still conducted manually, such as registration difficulties, delays in information dissemination, and data security risks. The research methods include problem identification, problem analysis, data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, as well as literature studies and competitor analysis. The Youniverse application is designed using Dart and Flutter technology for multiplatform compatibility, and Firebase for a secure and scalable backend. The main features of the application include online event registration, real-time notifications, QR code-based check-in, event calendar, ticket management, and feedback collection. The application implementation is carried out with thorough testing to ensure all functions run smoothly. The research results indicate that the Youniverse application successfully improves efficiency, security, and user experience in community event management. This research provides practical contributions to the development of technology to support community activities and offers suggestions for further research in various fields beyond informatics.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan kelompok ekonomi mikro,  kecil dan menengah sejak kemerdekaan menjadi perhatian pemerintah dan termuat di UUD’45. Kelompok usaha ini, menjadi perhatian pada kategori usaha rumah tangga untuk produsen dan penjual. UMKM ini dapat mengakses pendampingan, bantuan pengawasan, pelatihan dan bantuan usaha dari BUMN dan Swasta melalui kepedulian sosial perusahaan (CSR). Sejalan pertumbuhan UMKM Produksi, Pasar UMKM juga mendapat dukungan untuk pembukaan pasar yang lebih luas, dapat diterima pasar ekspor dan pasar modern. BUMN, Industri swasta dan perhotelan banyak berperan memberikan fasilitas gerai dan display produk UMKM. Sedangkan pengembangan market UMKM di pasar modern masih memiliki hambatan dan tantangan karena adanya kesenjangan kebutuhan market dan kualitas produk UMKM. Karena itu, Pusat Perbelanjaan dapat berperan sebagai Link and Match di pasar modern untuk produk UMKM. Sehingga, ada tiga yang terlibat yaitu (1) Lembaga pemerintah (regulator), (2) Lembaga BUMN / Swasta (pendamping produksi) dan (3) Pasar Modern (market produk) UMKM. Kajian kualitatif terhadap ketentuan hukum normatif secara berurutan dari peraturan pemerintah pusat, peraturan pemerintah daerah, dan peraturan di pusat perbelanjaan modern menghasilkan hipotesa tentang sistem perundang-undangan yang berhubungan dengan UMKM, yang dapat memperjelas peluang pelaku UMKM menjadi UMKM formal. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat membuka tabir penghalang dan memberikan rekomendasi UMKM di Pusat Perbelanjaan.

Abstract

Cooking is the process of preparing food from its raw state until it is ready to be served, using heat to make it easier for the body to digest. However, nowadays, many teenagers lack an understanding of how to cook due to limited practice and a tendency to buy food from outside, which is considered more convenient. High levels of activity outside the home also contribute to the decreasing frequency of cooking among teenagers. Additionally, the convenience offered by food delivery applications, coupled with various attractive promotions, further contributes to the decline in interest in cooking. To address this issue, an educational single-player game application based on Android was developed, utilizing Unity 3D as the game engine and Blender for 3D object modeling. This application is designed to provide a more detailed cooking experience by offering 11 recipes that users can learn. Moreover, there is a mini-game in the form of a quiz to test users' understanding of the cooking process. Testing results show that this application successfully increased users' interest in learning to cook by 80.3%.

Abstract

Knowledgebase adalah sebuah sistem yang terdiri dari heuristik sejumlah rule-rule / aturan-aturan yang tersusun secara sistemtis dan spesifik, juga relasi antara data dan aturan / rule dalam pengambilan kesimpulan. Dengan adanya knowledgebase pengetahuan yang dimiliki para pakar akan tetap terjaga dan dapat disalurkan kepada rekan kerja yang lain pada saat seorang pakar sudah tidak lagi bekerja atau berada pada instansi atau divisi terkatit. Untuk mendukung sistem dalam menentukan rekomendasi solusi penanganan terhadap layanan Kantor Teknologi Informasi STIKI Malang digunakan algoritma Nearest Neighbor. Algoritma Nearest Neighbor merupakan teknik sederhana untuk mencari jarak terdekat dari tiap-tiap kasus (cases) yang ada didalam database, dan seberapa mirip ukuran kemiripan (similarity) setiap source case yang ada didalam database dengan target case. Dalam pengujian algoritma Nearest Neighbor untuk menentukan rekomendasi solusi penanganan, dilakukan sampling terhadap data keluhan yang masuk ke KTI STIKI Malang. Penulis berharap dengan diterapkannya algoritma Nearest Neighbor ini dapat memperoleh tingkat akurasi yang cukup kuat.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are one of the educational institutions that provide non-formal education in the Islamic religious field. Many Islamic boarding schools carry out Qur'an memorization programs (tahfizhul quran). Memorizing Qur'an is an activity that is very noble in the eyes of Allah SWT, because the Prophet Sallallaahu'alaihi Wasallam said which means "the best of you are those who study the Qur'an and teach it" (Narrated by Al Bukhari 4639). In Malang, there are many tahfizhul Qur'an Islamic boarding schools which have their respective strengths and weaknesses, thus making some people confused in determining where they or their children will study. On the basis of these problems, a system is needed to support decisions in the selection of a Islamic boarding school in Malang using the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Promethee Methods. The purpose of this system is to be able to assist some people in selecting the Islamic boarding schools with the criteria of the education system, education level, facilities, environmental conditions, the reputation of the boarding school, alumni and fees. The AHP method is used to find the weight of the criteria while the Promethee method is used to rank the Islamic boarding schools. After analyzing, designing, implementing and testing the system, it can be concluded that the system was successfully created using the PHP programming language by implementing the AHP and Promethee methods, so the best suggestions are obtained with the results of calculations on the system same as manual calculations that have been previously calculated.

Abstract

In the Madiun, the recording process (incident reporting) carried out by members of the Sector Police still uses printed type and is sent in the form of an official letter. In the police supervision section, the police in this area are still manual, namely recapitulating and printing activities to be reported to the police chief. The purpose of this research is to create a website-based information system that will feature the process of reporting criminal & non-criminal events as well as performance features for police officers who function as supervision and monitoring of police performance. The development method used in this research is a waterfall with the stages of gathering requirements, the design process, implementation, integration or testing and the last is operation. In testing the system, the author uses the Blackbox Testing method in which the functionality of this system will be tested whether it is as expected or not. Based on these tests the authors can draw the conclusion that with this system it can make it easier for police members in the process of reporting criminal and non-criminal events around them and make it easier for the police chief in the process of monitoring or monitoring the performance of his members.
