Abstract

This study examines the factors that influence firm value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. These factors are sustainability-occurrence, capital structure and company size as moderating variables. The population used in this study are companies from the energy sector, the non-cyclical consumer sector, the industrial sector, and the raw material sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2021. The sample used in this research is 114 data that match the criteria. The sampling method used purposive sampling. Based on the results of research and tests conducted on 114 sample data from 2019 to 2021, it can be interpreted that sustainability reports have a positive effect on firm value, capital structure has a negative effect on firm value, but company size can strengthen the effect of sustainability reports on firm value. Meanwhile, the capital structure variable has no effect on firm value and firm size can strengthen the relationship between sustainability reports and firm size on firm value

Abstract

This research explores the threshold dynamics of investor overconfidence in the Indonesian equity market using daily data from firms comprising the IDX80 (2015-2024). We proxy for overconfidence using excess turnover and analyze it with fixed-effects panel regression, and with Hansen's (1999) panel threshold model. We found that excess turnover significantly affects trading activity, the lagged returns reinforced self-attribution bias, and the smaller or undervalued firms primarily garnered speculative trading. The threshold analysis revealed regime dependency: firm-specific returns exceeding 1.15% will nearly double the trading intensity and if the volatility exceeds 2.61% either condition would have nearly tripled effect. Aggregate returns do not condition the overconfidence-trading link. These findings contribute to behavioral finance by suggesting that overconfidence is not static but intensified as strong performance and high volatility are observed. Practically, the indicators at the thresholds offer regulators early-warning indicators of speculative surges and offer investors risk management strategies even amid such risks. .

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors inhibiting creative thinking in students in learning science and science in the independent curriculum for class IV SDN 022 Muara Langsat. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with data collection techniques namely interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The subjects of this research were class IV students consisting of 25 students and 1 homeroom teacher, and data collection instruments in the form of interview guidelines, observation guidelines, questionnaires, and documentation review. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman Model which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the research questionnaire showed that there was 21,8% reaching level 4 (very creative), 31,4% reaching level 3 (creative), 36,6% reaching level 2 (quite creative), and 10,2% reaching level 1 (less creative).

Abstract

Cuti merupakan salah satu kewajiban perusahaan yang diberikan kepada karyawan. Proses pengelolaan cuti di Pusat Dukungan Operasional Layanan Pendapatan Daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada saat ini masih dinilai belum efektif. Dari proses pengajuan cuti, informasi sisa cuti dan pesetujuan cuti masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga karyawan tidak bisa mengetahui sisa hak cuti pribadi dan kelemahan yang lain adalah proses pengajuan cuti kurang efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, untuk meminimalisir kesalahan dalam proses pengajuan cuti karyawan, maka dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi pengajuan cuti karyawan berbasis web guna mempermudah proses pengajuan dan persetujuan cuti tanpa harus bertatap muka secara langsung. Pembuatan aplikasi pengajuan cuti karyawan berbasis web ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman seperti Laravel, PHP, CSS, HTML dan JavaScript. Adapun tools yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini yaitu Visual Studio Code sebagai teks editor, Xampp sebagai web server, dan web server seperti google atau yang lainnya sebagai alat menampilkan hasil project.
