Abstract

Farming is the business of breeding and raising animals, divided into two groups: large animals (cows, buffaloes, horses) and small animals (chickens, ducks, birds). The demand for livestock, especially poultry like free-range chickens, is on the rise. However, many small to medium-sized free-range chicken farms still rely on conventional methods for disease treatment, which depend on the experience of the farmers. An expert system is a piece of computer software that mimics the choices and behaviors of a person or group with in-depth knowledge and expertise in a certain field. The objective of this study is to enhance the effectiveness of disease treatment for free-range chickens and streamline the diagnosis procedure. Farmers can determine which diseases are harming their free-range hens by using the Certainty Factor approach. Experts were surveyed to provide the data used in this study. Accurate diagnosis of diseases in free-range chickens and suitable treatment recommendations are provided by the system's diagnostic results.

Abstract

A Flip is a Financial Technology (fintech) company providing admin fee-free money transfer services that has been used by more than 10 million users. Along with technological developments in the financial sector, Flip must be able to compete and survive against similar service providers. Efforts that can be made to compete include measuring satisfaction levels in using Flip. The purpose of this study is to assess the level of satisfaction of Flip users so that the results of this research can be used to provide recommendations for evaluating the Flip information system. In conducting satisfaction level analysis, the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) approach can be applied. EUCS is able to evaluate usage satisfaction in using information systems in the areas of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness based on information system usage experience. The research was conducted with sample data from university student users of the Flip application in Pekanbaru City. Based on the test results, the highest result with a percentage value of 80% in the Very Satisfied category was observed in the Ease of Use variable from the Likert scale results. The average satisfaction level of Flip application users was 77% in the Satisfied category. The Classical Assumption Test results showed that in the normality test, the testing was normal, and in the multicollinearity testing, it was found that multicollinearity did not occur in the test results. In the Multiple Linear Regression Test, the variable equation result obtained was Y = 0.158 + 0.114X1 + 0.031X2 + 0.054X3 + 0.111X4 + 0.001X5. Based on the Coefficient of Determination Test results, it was found that the content variable, accuracy variable, format variable, ease of use variable, and timeliness variable were able to explain their relationship to the dependent variable and showed an influence of 53%.

Abstract

BC 4 HNI Pekanbaru is a subsidiary of PT. HNI-HPAI Indonesia offers a diverse range of items for sale. Insufficiently effective promotions, despite high transaction volumes, can result in certain items being less recognized and thus impractical. The purpose of employing the FP-Growth algorithm in data mining is to uncover product association patterns and produce rules for sales tactics using the CRM approach. Implementing CRM strategies that incorporate cross-selling and up-selling techniques can enhance sales. Cross-selling involves offering additional products or services connected to the items purchased, while up-selling involves encouraging customers to buy higher-value goods than initially intended, boosting sales of more expensive items. Among the 20 results obtained from analyzing transaction data from July 2023 to December 2023 using FP-Growth, only the rules with a minimum support value of 5% and a minimum confidence of 70% are considered for cross-selling strategies. Additionally, the rules with a minimum support value of 5% and a minimum confidence of 10% are considered for up-selling.

Abstract

The Riau Province Tourism Office implements E-Government by building a website as a media public relations. This website is used to provide information on tourist destinations, facilities and news about Riau Province. Previously this website had never been evaluated so that the community's assessment of the quality of the Riau Province Tourism service site was unknown. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the service quality of the Riau Province Tourism Office website based on the perception or point of view of its users, in this case especially the people of Riau Province using the Electronic Government Quality (E-GovQual) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. To assess the service quality of the Riau Province Tourism Office website using 6 dimensions and 28 E-GovQual attributes. The results of this study show that the total value of the performance score is Likert 3 (good) which is 3.30, the value of importance is 3.27, and the gap between performance and importance is 0.002 or > 0. The results of this study indicate that service performance has met the interests user. Thus the overall performance of the Riau Province Tourism Office website service is good and has fulfilled the interests of users. Furthermore, from the results of the IPA analysis, 7 attributes (EU1, TR1, FIE2, EU2, TR3, CS2, CAI3) are obtained with top priority and 5 attributes (EU3, FIE1, RB3, CA12, TR2) that need to be improved.

Abstract

Abstract - Smart Academic Integrated System (SAINS) is an information system used to improve the quality and facilitate students, lecturers and staff in carrying out lecture activities at Universitas Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai. Nevertheless, certain challenges persist, as revealed through interviews and observations with the Head of Student Affairs and Active Students. These include insufficient details regarding the KRS filling schedule and lecture information (content), an unappealing SAINS appearance (format), an inaccessible forgotten password menu (case of use), and a lengthy login process (timeliness). In order to gauge how happy SCIENCE users are with the system, this study used the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) approach and polled 97 people. The results showed that three variables had a positive effect, namely accuracy, format and ease of use, and two variables had a negative effect, namely content and timeliness. The variables that have a positive influence have T-statistic values of 2.804, 2.414, and 3.528, while the variables that have a negative influence have T-Statistic values of 0.576, and 0.326. Research recommendations can add information about the KRS filling schedule and lectures on the SAINS system homepage, as well as increase the speed of access to the SAINS system by users.

Abstract

This research analyzes user sentiment towards three major online transportation applications in Indonesia—Gojek, Grab, and Maxim using the \SVM algorithm. The analysis results indicate that Maxim has the highest positive sentiment rate (42.45%) compared to Grab (32.83%) and Gojek (20.21%). Maxim's advantages lie in its competitive pricing and driver professionalism. However, Gojek recorded the best performance in sentiment classification with an accuracy of 94%, followed by Maxim (90%) and Grab (87%). The evaluation based on five main variables (general sentiment, drivers, services, applications, and pricing/costs) reveals the strengths of each application in different categories. Maxim excels in general sentiment and driver satisfaction, Grab dominates in pricing/cost, and Gojek stands out in the application category. Wordcloud visualization reveals frequently mentioned words such as "driver," "application," and "order," reflecting users' primary concerns and experiences. This research provides valuable insights for online transportation service providers to improve service quality, although it has limitations in exploring external factors such as user demographics and marketing strategies, as well as relying on a single algorithm without comparison. The choice of the SVM algorithm is based on its ability to handle well-structured data and provide high accuracy in classification. SVM is effective in finding the optimal hyperplane that clearly separates data classes, making it suitable for sentiment analysis involving multiple variables.
