Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan bermitra dengan Asosiasi UMKM Bengkulu Utara, banyak sekali ditemukan pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam asosiasi UMKM yang belum mengenal e-commerce dan market place untuk meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran produk UMKM dengan itu tim PkM mengadakan sosialisasi pemanfaatan e-commerce dan marketplace untuk meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran produk UMKM. Namun tidak hanya memberi pelatihan saja tapi juga mengenalkan cara penggunaan e-commerce dan marketplace itu sendiri, agar pelaku usaha paham akan pentingnya kegunaan e-commerce dan marketplace dalam meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran produk UMKM. Adapun tujuan sosialisasi ini memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya pemanfaatan e-commerce dan marketplace untuk meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran produk UMKM di Asosiasi UMKM Bengkulu Utara.

Abstract

Kampung Adat Gebong Memarong in Bangka Regency represents a cultural heritage of the Bangka Malay community and holds significant potential as a cultural-based tourism destination. However, tourism management in this area remains suboptimal due to low community involvement and the absence of an integrated development strategy. This study aims to formulate development strategies for Kampung Adat Gebong Memarong as a sustainable Community-Based Tourism (CBT) destination that empowers the local community. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed, integrating the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method to explore community perspectives and aspirations in a participatory manner. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, focus group discussions (FGDs), and community mapping. The data were analyzed using descriptive SWOT analysis, along with Internal Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS) and External Factors Analysis Summary (EFAS). The findings reveal that community involvement is still symbolic and limited to ceremonial activities. However, the PRA method proved effective in fostering a sense of ownership and collective responsibility among the community. The SWOT analysis identified strengths in cultural authenticity and community solidarity, while weaknesses were found in human resource and institutional capacity. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of strengthening community capacity, establishing multi-stakeholder partnerships, and integrating cultural narratives into digital promotion. This study contributes to the development of an inclusive and sustainable tourism model based on local wisdom.

Abstract

The title of this research is the effect of Service Quality and Marketing Strategy on the Purchasing Decisions at One Point Computer Shop Bengkulu City. This study aims to know the effect of service quality and marketing strategy on the purchasing decision at one point computer shop Bengkulu city. The research was conducted from September to December 2022. The sample of this research is consumers of One Point Computer Shop Bengkulu City with the total number 130 people. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. The method used inthis study is a quantitative method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS 24 for windows. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the following equation is obtained: Y = 1.295 + 0.685 (X1) + 0.100 (X2), the research results and hypotheses in this study indicate that service quality (X1) and marketing Strategy (X2) has a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions (Y) at the One Point Computer Shop Bengkulu City.
