Abstract

This article seeks to examine the child's learning environment. In education is better known as Tri Education Center. Namely three educational environments that can support the learning process of children. The three environments are the family environment, school environment and the environment (community). In the context of education, society is the third environment after family and school. In this article the authors would like to invite a look back that the community environment has an important influence on the learning process of children. Because most of the time the child is in the family and society. For it becomes a necessity of the community participate in education either directly or indirectly. Because the community is a maid in the process of maturation of individuals as members of groups in a society. The learning process in society is not limited by time and space. As long as the children interact and socialize with the environment it can be said that as their learning process. Through this library research hope can determine how far the role of the community environment in helping children's learning process.

Abstract

This article aims to identify the role of moral education in the family as aneffort to form the spiritual intelligence of children. Lately the spotlight on morals is quiteserious in other words the quality of morality is still far from expectations. The quality ofmorality should always be strived to be better again. The family as the first and maineducational environment is a solid foundation in the process of moral formation. Moralformation requires early habituation because morals can not be formed in a short time.The existence of the role of education, especially family education will be very helpful inthe formation of the main person. The family is one of the institutions that are responsiblefor the implementation of education that will determine the success or failure of children'seducation. Therefore, parents in Islam have an obligation to provide education andguidance to their children as one of the mandate of Allah SWT. Children are in need ofeducation from their parents, so that he grows and develops into a child who has goodcharacter, and has a good spiritual intelligence.Keywords: Pendidikan karakter, keluarga, kecerdasan spiritual.

Abstract

Abstrak Kepala sekolah merupakan pemimpin yang berada di lingkungan sekolah yang memilikitugas, wewenang dan tanggungjawab dalam mengelola dan membimbing. Selain itujuga kepala sekolah memiliki kedudukan dalam proses pengembangan kinerja guruyang paling efektif karena kepala sekolah lebih faham kebutuhan yang ada dilapangan.Oleh karena itu, kepala sekolah harus memiliki dan menghasilkan guru yang profesionaldalam proses belajar mengajar. Guru tidak akan profesional ketika tidak adanya upayadalam pengembangan kompetensi. salah satunya yang mampu mewujudkan hal tersebutharus adanya supervisi dari pengawas madrasah. Supervisi pendidikan bisa meliputibimbingan, pengarahan, observasi, motivasi dan evaluasi untuk kepala madrasah danguru agar tercipta lingkungan yang relatif menyenangkan. Tujuan dari penelitian iniuntuk memperoleh data tentang pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan yang dilakukan olehpengeawas madrsah dalam meningkatkan kinerja kepala madrasah dan profesionalitasguru di MTs Kalitidu. Pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan dalam rangka meningkatkatkankinerja kepala sekolah dan profesionalitas guru dilakukan melalui observasi kelas,pertemuan individu, diskusi kelompok.Kata kunci : Supervisi Pendidikan, kinerja kepala sekolah, profesionalitas guru

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Amaliah Keagamaan ala Nahdlatul Ulamaterhadap Prestasi Akademik Santri. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh modelpembelajaran berbasis amaliah yang sering dijumpai di kalangan pondok pesantren bercirikanNahdlatul Ulama terhadap perkembangan prestasi santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatanex post facto. Populasi adalah santri pondok pesantren di wilayah Kabupaten Bojonegoro dansekitarnya. Sampel sebanyak 147 responden ditentukan menggunakan teknik proportional randomsampling. Pengumpulan data dengan instrumen angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis datamenggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensia. Penelitian menunjukkan modelpembelajaran berbasis amaliah keagamaan ada di setiap pondok pesantren bercirikan NahdlatulUlama di wilayah Kabupaten Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Santri yang mengamalkan denganmaksimal amalan keagamaan yang diagendakan di pondok pesantren relatif masih rendahmencapai angka 38,78%. Pencapaian akademik santri dengan prosentase 38,78% tersebut yangmemiliki nilai rata-rata rapor diatas 9 (skala 10) relatif tinggi 91,23%. Sedangkan santri yangkurang memaksimalkan amaliah keagamaan yang ada di pondok pesantren relatif tinggi mencapaiangka 61,22%. Pencapaian akademik santri dengan prosentase 61,22% tersebut yang memilikinilai rata-rata rapor diatas 9 (skala 10) relatif rendah mencapai angka 16,67%. Terdapat pengaruhsignifikan terhadap prestasi akademik santri yang memaksimalkan amaliah keagamaan dan yangkurang memaksimalkan amaliah keagamaan.

Abstract

This article examines the tradition of Safari Da'wah as a character formation medium for OSIS MTs Al-Yakin Pungpungan. Safari Da'wah is a da'wah activity going from house to house members of the OSIS held every two weeks. This activity is one of the routine agenda undertaken by members of OSIS and accompanying teachers. No other purpose is to brief the character of the members of OSIS. For example by growing the soul of leadership, and then discipline, obey the rules and so forth. This activity was originally the idea of the principal, the teachers and the entire school community. Starting from idea, then applied and running until now well. This activity is evaluated at all times, selected activities that are related to the growth of children's character. The content of these activities is the reading of prayers and religious speech that speakers are taken from students in turn. Hopefully this Safari Dakwah activities can be carried out consistently on MTs Al Yakin or on other MTs.

Abstract

An in-depth study of the perspective of beekeepers in the Village Joho towards zakat becomes very urgent. Because in general research about honey zakat only tends to the naqli arguments and ijtihad of the scholars without involving the farmers themselves who in this case are the main actors in honey zakat. From the description above, it can be formulated the research problem as: the following (1) How is the process and management of honey in Joho Village? (2) How the perspective of beekeepers on the obligation of zakat honey in Joho Village? This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Source primary data, namely honey farmers in Joho Village with data collection in the form of in-depth interviews, observations and documentation which are then analysis using data codification, data presentation, and withdrawal methods conclusion/verification. The results of the study, namely (1) the process and governance in producing honey for beekeepers is by looking at the weather conditions. Because weather conditions have serious consequences on bee stamina and flower growth, where these two things affect the scale of honey income for farmers bee. (2) two according to the perspective of the honey beekeeper community in Joho . Village that, the obligation of zakat honey is considered not an obligation that must be carried out. They consider honey is not something that must be zakat. However, the habit that occurs there is that the breeders give part of the honey harvest to the local community. The gift considered as a form of gratitude for the harvest obtained. There the farmers The majority of Joho Village honey distributes their harvested honey when the results are abundant, so the concept is alms.

Abstract

The research aims to find out that independent work training can improve the performance of Ki Hajar Dewantara PKBM learning residents, Ngronggot District, Nganjuk Regency. One of the efforts to improve the performance of learning citizens is through self-employed training which starts from the problem, so the point to be revealed in this study includes the implementation process that is used to support the successful implementation of the training with several stages, namely, identification and determination of training needs , the purpose of shared motivation, the purpose of teaching materials, time efficiency, study funds, training venues, supporting facilities, learning resources, learning atmosphere, supporting factors, and evaluation. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is interview observation and documentation study.From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the implementation of self-employment training for Learning Citizens is Performance.seen from the comparison between changes in learning residents before attending self-employment training and after attending training there is an increase in performance seen from performance achievement indicators. What supports the achievement of the effectiveness of self-employment training in improving performance is good cooperation between tutors and good training participants, very high motivation and enthusiasm of Learning Citizens for self-employment training, as well as support from the local community.
