Abstract

Low affective competence is the cause of student behavior in elementary school. One of the problems faced by elementary school students in the city of Magelang is their attitudes that deviate from the norm, such as difficulty being managed both in class and at school, bad speech, behavior against teachers, and behavior that deviates from the norm. Students do not have sufficient affective abilities, which results in their tiresome behavior. This research aims to learn more about student deviation and the reduction of affective competence in schools located in the urban community of Magelang City. In addition, researchers will study further the reasons why students have low levels of affective abilities. It is hoped that this research can improve the quality of education and educate a golden generation with traits. To dig deeper into students' affective competence and the reasons behind it, this research uses a mixed type of research. The research location is SD Negeri Magersari 3 in Magelang City. In the first stage of data collection, observation and documentation questionnaires were used; in the second stage, interviews, documentation and observation are used. The results show that students' affective abilities in learning are very good, and the school environment is also very good. The shortcomings include three elementary school students who are considered to have low interest, seven students who are considered to have low caring affective competence, and one student who is considered to have a very low level of self-confidence.

Abstract

The behavior of elementary school students is caused by students' low affective competence. Problems related to elementary school students that occur in the city of Magelang include various deviations in students' attitudes, namely being difficult to manage in class and at school, bad words, and behavior against teachers. This weak student behavior is due to the students' low affective competence. The presence of this research wants to explore more deeply regarding student deviation and the management of affective competence. Apart from that, researchers will explore in more depth the causes of students' low affective competence. The hope with this research is to improve the quality of education and educate a golden generation with character. This research uses qualitative ethnographic research to explore more deeply the affective competence of students and the causes of low affective competence. This type of research is descriptive with mixed research methods. Quantitative research methods are used to measure students' affective abilities using questionnaire data collection techniques, observation and documentation. Qualitative research methods were used to determine the causes of students' low affective abilities. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews or FGD, and documentation. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Wates 3 in Magelang City. The results of the research show that the overall affective abilities of students are very good, but there are low affective abilities in learning as many as 5 students, and the affective abilities of students in the school environment are 8 students. This low affective ability is caused by wrong parenting patterns from parents, excessive use of technology, and students' friendship environment.

Abstract

Perlunya materi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan lebih dekat dengan nilai-nilai kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia. Perlunya nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang dijadikan materi pembelajaran mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Tujuan artikel ini ialah menjelaskan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang terdapat di wilayah Magelang untuk dijadikan materi pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Pendidikan Kewargangeraan yang berbasis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dapat mampu membentuk warga negara memiliki identitas atau kepribadian bangsa. Adanya nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam memperkenalkan warga negara muda untuk nilainilai luhur dan kebudayaan yang baik. Pengalaman nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai bentuk penguatan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal bangsa Indonesia. Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganeagraan. Nilai kehidupan bangsa Indonesia, meliputi gotong royong, kekeluargaan dan tepo sliro, eling lan waspodho, andhap asor dan halus budi pekertinya. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses berpikir siswa tunagrahita ringan dalam menyelesaikan masalah kontekstual persegi dan persegi panjang berdasarkan pemecahan masalah IDEAL. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 2 siswa tunagrahita ringan di SLB-C TPA Negeri 1 Branjangan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan wawancara. Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu peneliti, soal tes, dan pedoman wawancara. Proses berpikir kedua subjek cenderung mengalami proses disequilibrium, asimilasi, akomodasi dan equilibrium pada lima tahap IDEAL. Subjek mengalami disequilibrium ketika subjek tidak dapat memahami maksud dari soal karena belum pernah menjumpai masalah kontekstual sebelumnya, mengalami asimilasi ketika subjek menjawab pertanyaan dari peneliti secara spontan, mengalami akomodasi ketika subjek dapat menjawab pertanyaan dengan benar yang awalnya salah, dan mengalami equilibrium ketika subjek mampu memahami serta menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan dengan benar. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi bagi dunia Pendidikan khususnya sekolah yang memiliki siswa tunagrahita ringan dalam mendesain pembelajaran yang dapat memfasilitasi pemecahan masalah. Abstract The purpose of this research was to analyze the thought process of mildly retarded students in solving square and rectangular contextual problems based on IDEAL problem solving. This type of research was descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects were 2 mildly retarded students at SLB-C TPA Negeri 1 Branjangan. The data collection methods used were tests and interviews. The instruments of this research were researchers, test questions, and interview guidelines. The thinking process of the two subjects tends to experience the process of disequilibrium, assimilation, accommodation and equilibrium at the five stages of IDEAL. The subject experienced disequilibrium when the subject could not understand the meaning of the problem because he had never encountered contextual problems before, experienced assimilation when the subject answered questions from the researcher spontaneously, experienced accommodation when the subject could answer questions correctly which were initially wrong, and experienced equilibrium when the subject was able to understand and answer the questions. The results of this study have implications for the world of education, especially schools with mildly retarded students in designing learning that can facilitate problem solving.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum has a program called the Driving School Program, the Driving School is the catalyst to realize the vision of Indonesia Education, a school that focuses on developing student learning outcomes holistically by realizing the Pancasila Student Profile, starting with superior Human Resources This research is included in the type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Initial socialization of the new curriculum was carried out to educators, students, and parents in the education unit. Educators will receive training from the ministry of education through IHT and PMM programs. Socialization to students and parents will explain the new curriculum system, changes in class majors, and improvement of the Pancasila Student Profile. Adjustments to new mindsets and methods are needed to understand curriculum changes. The school strives to develop the Operational Curriculum of the Education Unit (KOSP) and CP and TP to ensure meaningful and enjoyable learning. The learning tools involve teaching modules, project modules, and teaching materials according to the needs of students. Schools face obstacles in implementing the independent curriculum, ranging from the mindset to the readiness of schools, educators, students, and parents. The development of CP in each school is adjusted to the environment and the needs of students. The design of modules in the curriculum is more flexible but poses problems in its creation. The cost of implementing the project is also an issue, especially for schools with P5 projects and learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi komunikasi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan di Hotel Arinas Lampung, sebuah perusahaan perhotelan yang melayani wisatawan lokal dan mancanegara. Dalam menghadapi penurunan tingkat hunian, Hotel Arinas Lampung mengimplementasikan strategi komunikasi pemasaran sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan tingkat okupansi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Hotel Arinas Lampung. Teori yang digunakan mengacu pada strategi komunikasi pemasaran dari Belch & Belch, yang menekankan pentingnya rencana komunikasi pemasaran yang terstruktur dan sistematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hotel Arinas Lampung menyusun strategi komunikasi pemasaran mulai dari tahap riset, tinjauan, analisis situasi program pemasaran, proses komunikasi, penyusunan anggaran, hingga implementasi program pemasaran. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, Hotel Arinas Lampung memanfaatkan berbagai komponen bauran promosi, termasuk iklan, penjualan langsung, promosi penjualan, publisitas, serta pemasaran digital/internet, sambil memperbarui program promosi untuk mendorong peningkatan jumlah kunjungan ke hotel.
