Abstract

This reseach comprehending on the relation between mathematics anxiety and the academic competence of the first level students. This research is constituted by the performance of most students of the early study program of mathematics education still feel anxiety when dealing with mathematical problems in the learning of calculus, the emerging discomfort felt by the students. The method of this research is survey with corelation technique. The use of this method is to see how strong and how far the influence of mathematics anxiety on the students academic competence. The population of this research is the students of Mathematics Department faculty of teacher training and education in  Muhammadiyah University of Cirebon in the academic year 2016/2017. The sample of the research is purposive sampling which consists of 20 students who contracted differential calculus subject. The instrument  used in this research is mathematics anxiety scala. The result of the research shows that there is a negative relation between mathematics anxiety and students’ academic competence. The mathematics anxiety gives a contribution 35% to the students’ academics competence, and 65% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji akan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa MTs setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran project based learning pada pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa MTs dan kurangnya keaktifan siswa MTs dalam pembelajaran matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan serta peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model Project Based  Learning dengan pembelajaran secara konvensional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Experimental Design dengan bentuk Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII MTs NU Putra 1 Buntet Pesantren tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 32 siswa pada kelas VII C dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based  Learning dan sebanyak 30 siswa pada kelas VII A dengan pembelajaran secara konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan Independent Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning lebih baik daripada kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang pembelajarannya secara konvensional; (2) Peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning lebih baik daripada peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang pembelajarannya secara konvensional. Keywords : Project Based Learning, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Matematis.

Abstract

The research is based on the law of critical thinking and the less of the students’s activation in learning process. The research objective is to know the improvement of critical thingking which the learning process used is ASSURE learning model with conventional learning. The research is Quasi Experimental research.The research design is used Nonequivalent Control Group Design and sample collection technique is Sampling Purposive .The population in the research is the students of class 8th  SMPN 1 Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon, academic year 2017/2018. The sample of the research is the 8th qraders 36 th student class 8th D is classes eksperimental and 38 th student class 8th F is classes control. Based on the result of the difference of the average of post-test using the test of Independent Sample T-Test equals sig (2 tailed) score 0,000 < 0,05 means H0 rejected. And then the difference of the average using of N-gain using the test of Independent Sample t-test equals sig score (1 tiled) 0,0005 < 0,05 means H0 rejected. On the other hard, based on the result of questionnaire using the test of Mann Whitney U-Test eguals Asymp. Sig(2 tailed) 0,000 < 0,5 means H0 rejected. The research result shows that: The improvement of critical thinking skill which is using ASSURE learning model is better than the students who are learning by conventional learning process.Key Words: ASSURE, Critical Thinking

Abstract

Children with disabilities receive special protection under the law. Especially for children with disabilities who are victims of rape. Therefore, this study focuses on the main problem on the form of legal protection for children with disabilities who are victims of rape and how the analysis of Islamic criminal law relates to this. This study aims to explore the form of legal protection for children with disabilities who are victims of rape, as well as to understand the perspective of Islamic criminal law on the case. The research method used is normative legal research with a descriptive analytical approach. Data were obtained through literature studies and analysis of related legal documents. Legal materials were collected by reviewing, recording, evaluating library materials, or searching via the internet and analyzing legal materials by interpreting the legal materials that had been processed. The results of the study indicate that legal protection for children with disabilities who are victims of rape includes the protection that has been explained in Article 5 paragraph (3) letter (a) of Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities stating that children with disabilities have the right to receive special protection from discrimination, neglect, harassment, exploitation, and sexual violence. Then preventive and repressive protection. In addition, Islamic criminal law considers children with disabilities as victims whose rights must be protected, by providing punishments in accordance with justice.

Abstract

Transaksi ekonomi syariah digital yang berkembang melalui berbagai platform seperti fintech syariah dan e-commerce syariah memunculkan tantangan baru terhadap perlindungan data pribadi. Di tengah meningkatnya penggunaan layanan keuangan berbasis teknologi, perlindungan privasi dan data individu menjadi isu yang sangat penting dalam memastikan keadilan, keamanan, dan keabsahan transaksi syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komparatif bagaimana hukum positif Indonesia—khususnya Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi—dan prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam mengatur dan melindungi data pribadi dalam transaksi ekonomi syariah digital. Dengan pendekatan yuridis-normatif dan kajian komparatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi titik temu dan perbedaan kedua sistem hukum tersebut, serta mengkaji tanggung jawab hukum para pihak atas pelanggaran data. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pendekatannya berbeda, baik hukum nasional maupun hukum Islam sama-sama menekankan pentingnya perlindungan atas hak privasi individu sebagai bagian dari perlindungan hukum yang menyeluruh. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan sinergi antara regulasi nasional dan prinsip syariah dalam membentuk ekosistem digital yang adil dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) merupakan salah satu organisasi Islam terbesar di Indonesia yang memiliki peran sentral dalam dinamika kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Sejak didirikan pada tahun 1926, NU telah tampil sebagai kekuatan keagamaan, sosial, dan budaya yang menjembatani nilai-nilai keislaman dengan semangat kebangsaan. NU tidak hanya berkontribusi dalam perjuangan kemerdekaan, melalui momen historis seperti Resolusi Jihad, tetapi juga terus aktif dalam pembangunan nasional, pendidikan, pemberdayaan ekonomi umat, serta pemeliharaan toleransi dan kerukunan antarumat beragama. Dengan prinsip moderatisme dan komitmen terhadap Pancasila serta Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI), NU berperan sebagai penjaga moralitas publik sekaligus benteng terhadap ekstremisme dan disintegrasi bangsa. Artikel ini mengulas bagaimana NU menjadi pilar penting dalam membangun masyarakat yang adil, damai, dan beradab di tengah keberagaman Indonesia.
