Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X SMK PGRI 1 Kediri pada materi Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja dan Lingkungan Hidup (K3LH) dengan penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas menggunakan tiga siklus. Subyek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X SMK PGRI 1 Kediri sebanyak 12 peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan diskusi dan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik/ TPACK. Instrumen penelitian aktivitas peserta didik menggunakan lembar penilaian ketrampilan dan instrumen penelitian hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan tes evaluasi yang dilaksanakan di setiap akhir siklus. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Persentase keaktifan peserta didik pada siklus I sebesar 41,67%, pada siklus II sebesar 66,67% dan pada siklus III meningkat menjadi 83,33%. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar pada siklus I sebesar 58,33%, pada siklus II sebesar 75% dan pada siklus III meningkat menjadi 100%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan model problem based learning dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X pada materi K3LH.Kata Kunci : Problem Based Learning, Aktivitas, Hasil belajar, K3LH

Abstract

The study aims at discovering the correlation between performance and personality of Chemistry teacher towards students’ learning interest at SMAN 9 Makassar based on students’ opinions. The type of this study is ex-post facto. Sample collection technique employed purposive sampling. The sample of the study consisted of 118 students from class X, XI, and XII at SMAN 9 Makassar. Data collection employed a questionnaire with Likert scale with five alternative answers, which consisted of a positive statement with the scoring of 5,4,3,2,1 and a negative statement with the scoring of 1,2,3,4,5. Data analysis of the study employed statistics descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with correlation and regression techniques. The results of the study reveal that (1) there is a correlation between the performance of Chemistry teacher on students’ learning interest at SMAN 9 Makassar with low category, (2) there is a correlation between the personality of Chemistry teacher on students’ learning interest at SMAN 9 Makassar with low category, and (3) there is a correlation between the performance and personality of Chemistry teacher towards students’ learning interest at SMAN 9 Makassar with low category. Then the conclusion is, there is a correlation between performance and personality of chemistry teacher toward students learning interest at SMA 9 Makassar.

Abstract

ABSTRAKEkstraksi buah tomat menggunakan campuran etanol, heksana dan aseton. Untuk  mengetahui kandungan likopen sebagai produk intermediet yang memiliki banyak manfaat untuk dijadikan bahan baku industri.  Variabel temperatur (80, 100, 120, 140, 160oC) dan waktu pemanasan (5, 10, 15) menit. Penentuan kadar likopen menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-VIS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi optimum ekstraksi likopen adalah suhu 100˚C dan 5 menit. Likopen  terekstrak sebesar 0,0001531g/100mL.Kata Kunci: Likopen, Buah Tomat, Ekstraksi, Spektrofotometri UV-VIS ABSTRACTExtraction of tomato fruit using the mixture of ethanol, hexana and aceton. The purpose of this study was to obtain lycopene as an intermediate product that has many benefits to be used as industrial raw materials. The variable of temperature (80, 100, 120, 140, 160)oC, and heated of time (5,10,15) minutes. The concentration of lycopene using the UV-VIS spectrophotometric. Abstract

ABSTRAKTelah dilakukan blending biomassa Aspergillus niger-kitin, untuk mempelajari kemampuan adsorpsi terhadap ion logam Cu(II). Studi diawali dengan pembuatan kitin dan produksi biomassa Aspergillus niger. Selanjutnya dilakukan blending. Karakterisasi adsorben hasil blending menggunakan FTIR, analisis sebelum dan setelah adsorpsi menggunakan SSA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adsorben blending biomassa Aspergillus niger - kitin optimum, pH 4, waktu interaksi 60 menit, konsentrasi awal 200 mgL-1. Laju adsorpsi 1,528 menit-1. Kapasitas adsorpsi 6,73x10-4 molg-1. Energi adsorpsi sebesar 18,321 kJmol-1. Disimpulkan bahwa interaksi ion logam Cu(II) dengan adsorben adalah fisiosorpsi.Kata kunci: Biomassa Aspergillus niger, Kitin, Adsorpsi, Ion Logam Cu(II)ABSTRAKBlending has been done Aspergillus niger biomass-chitin, to study the adsorption ability of the metal ions Cu (II). Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah penelitian komparatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Watansoppeng yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan tipe TGT. Populasinya adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Watansoppeng yang terdiri dari enam kelas, sedangkan sampelnya adalah kelas X3 sebagai kelas eksperimen I yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dan kelas X6 sebagai kelas eksperimen II yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dengan jumlah siswa masing-masing 23 orang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah “Posttest Only Design”. Variabel bebasnya adalah pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dan variabel terikatnya yaitu hasil belajar. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas Jigsaw pada posttest yaitu 72,15 dengan standar deviasi 12,17 dan kelas TGT yaitu 65,34 dengan standar deviasi 11,14. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung = 2,0841. Pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05 dengan dk = 44 diperoleh t(0,025,44) = 2,0154. Oleh karena, thitung tidak terletak diantara –t(0,025,44) dan +t(0,025,44), maka H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, bearti bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan tipe TGT di kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Watansoppeng pada Materi Pokok Ikatan Kimia.Kata Kunci: Jigsaw, TGT, Hasil Belajar,Ikatan Kimia. ABSTRACTThis comparison research aimed to investigate the differences of learning outcomes of Class X student SMA Negeri 3 Watansoppeng taught by using of Jigsaw and TGT types of cooperative learning. The population are all class X of SMA Negeri 3 Watansoppeng which consists of 6 classes, while the sample are Class of X3 is a sample as experiment I class which was taught by Jigsaw Type and Class of X6 as experiment II class which was taught by TGT Type of Cooperative Learning Model, the student amount of 23 participants, respectivly. The study design was "Posttest Only Design". The analysis showed the average value of student learning outcomes Jigsaw class in posttest is 72,15 with 12,17 of deviation standard and TGT class, 65,34 with 65,34 of deviation standard. The results of hypothesis values obtained at tcount = 2,0841. α = 0.05 significance level with df = 44 obtained table = 2,0154, therefore, tcount is not located between  -t(0,025,44)  and +t(0,025,44). It’is meant the H1 hypothesis is accepted and H0 is rejected. However, the conclusion there is difference outcomes learning taught by Jigsaw and TGT types of cooperative learning model of X class student of SMA Negeri 3 Watansoppeng on the subject matter of the chemical bond.Keywords: Jigsaw, TGT, Learning Outcomes, Chemical Bond.

Abstract

Penggunaan software Mendeley sebagai aplikasi pengelolaan referensi dapat meningkatkan kualitas penulisan karya ilmiah seperti paper atau artikel ilmiah. Namun mayoritas calon peneliti dan pemerhati pendidikan masih banyak yang belum memahami penggunaannya. Pelatihan ini diusulkan untuk meminimalisir kendala-kendala calon peneliti dan pemerhati pendidikan dalam membuat daftar pustaka dan penulisan sitasi. Metode dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab dan praktik. Survei dilakukan dengan menyebarkan pretest dan posttest berupa kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan, 86% peserta mampu membuat sitasi dan daftar pustaka menggunakan software Mendeley. Sebanyak 14% peserta terkendala membuat sitasi karena laptop yang tidak memadai. Dengan demikian hasil pelatihan menggunakan software Mendeley dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas dalam membuat daftar pustaka dan penulisan sitasi karya ilmiah bagi calon peneliti dan pemerhati pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstrak. Telah diisolasi dua senyawa dari ekstrak akar tumbuhan mangrove S. caseolaris yang berasal dari muara sungai Waetuo, Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur, Kabupaten Bone, Sulawesi Selatan. senyawa pertama (1) berupa kristal putih berbentuk jarum dan positif terhadap pereaksi Liebermann-Burchard. Hasil identifikasi dengan FTIR menunjukkan adanya gugus fungsi O-H, CH alifatik (CHsp2 dan CHsp3), C=C, dan C-O. Senyawa kedua (2): berupa serbuk berwarna putih dan positif terhadap pereaksi Wagner dan Dragendorff. Hasil identifikasi dengan FTIR menunjukkan adanya gugus fungsi N-H sekunder, C-H alifatik (-CH2- dan -CH3), C=C, dan C-N. Berdasarkan data tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa senyawa pertama termasuk golongan terpenoid dan senyawa kedua adalah golongan alkaloid. Kata Kunci: Pedada, Sonneratia caseolaris, terpenoid, alkaloid

Abstract

Utilization of taro tuber starch bioplastic as an alternative solution to reduce environmental pollution due to synthetic plastic waste is non-toxic if contaminated with food and environmentally friendly because it can be decomposed by microorganisms. This study aims to determine the bioplastic characteristics of taro tuber starch with the addition of glycerol and chitosan plasticizers. Characterization of bioplastics through biodegradation, water resistance, elongation, and functional group analysis using FTIR. The results of the study of bioplastics with glycerol plasticizers have thickness values in the range of 0.10 mm – 0.20 mm, water resistance values in the range of 15.09% - 66.04%, tensile strength values in the range of 6.9939 MPa – 9.4746 MPa, elongation values. in the range of 4.99% - 8.47%, biodegradation in the range of 48.30% for 12 days. The resulting bioplastic has a thickness value in the range of 0.10 mm to 0.20 mm based on JIS standards, the thickness value of taro starch bioplastic has met the standard and the tensile strength value of the sorbitol plasticizer has met SNI

Abstract

Abstract. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities were carried out in Mallongi-longi village, Lanrisang district, Pinrang district. The objectives of this activity are to: a) increase the knowledge and skills of partners about entrepreneurship for partner groups, b) increase the knowledge and skills of partners about managing corn harvests into economically valuable products, c) increase the knowledge and skills of partners about digital-based marketing. Partner problems are: a) Lack of knowledge and skills of partners about entrepreneurship for partner groups, b) Lack of knowledge and skills of partners about managing corn harvests into products of economic value, c) Lack of knowledge and skills of partners about digital-based marketing. The method used is training, discussion and counseling in collaboration between implementers and partners. This method is carried out to a group of 10 active partners out of 33 people for 4 days and then evaluation and monitoring are carried out periodically for 3 months. The results of this activity are: increased ability and knowledge of all partner members active about entrepreneurship, all partner members active can process corn into corn flour products and 3 partner members are able to do digital marketing.Keywords: Knowledge and skills, Product processing, Digital marketing, Corn Flour, Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstract. Kayu Jawa  Plant has been widely used by the community as a medicinal plant, including as a drug for ulcers, stomach ulcers, obata wounds, shortness of breath medicine, diabetes medications, and others. Secondary metabolites of steroid from n-hexane and ethyl acetate estrogens have been found, and no steroids have been found in methanol extracts. This research will be continued with purification of Javanese bark extract and then determine the physical properties and molecular structure.
