Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan  (1) Mendeskripsikan kepuasan kerja, keterlibatan kerja dan OCB karyawan; (2) Mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB karyawan; (3) Mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan kerja terhadap OCB karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Witel Jatim Selatan Malang sejumlah 116 karyawan dengan sampel sebanyak 90 karyawan yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik  proportionate random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala likert dan teknik analisis data dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Tingkat kepuasan kerja dan OCB karyawan dalam kategori sangat tinggi, dan tingkat keterlibatan kerja dalam kategori tinggi, (2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB karyawan; (3) Keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB karyawan.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Keterlibatan Kerja, OCBAbstract:The aim of this research are (1) To describe employees’ Job Satisfaction, Job Involvement and OCB; (2) To know whether there is an effect toward job satisfaction to OCB; (3) To know whether there is an effect toward job involvemant to OCB. This study used quantitative research approach. The population in this reasearch were all employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, East Java Region South Malang, with total 116 employees with the sample used as many as 90 employees. The research instrument using a likert scale and proportionate random sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: (1) the level of job satisfaction and OCB included in extremely high category, and the level of job involvement included in high category. (2) Job satisfaction effect were positive and significantly on OCB; (3) Job Involvement effect were positive and significantly on OCB.Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Job Involvement, OCB

Abstract

Abstract: Purpose of this research is to examine the effect of compensation and job involvement on the employee performance in the building management shopping center in Malang. The sample in this study amounted to 95 employees from 95 employees population. This study is empirical study, that using Total Sampling technique in data collection and using multiple linear regression analysis. Primary data obtained by using questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the majority of employees have been satisfied with compensation and job involvement, and the majority of employees have good performanceKeywords: Compensation, Job Involvement, Job Performance  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian building management sebuah pusat perbelanjaan di Kota Malang. Therefore, the ability to manage the performance of human resources appropriately is determine the ability to achieve success in achieving goals and establish the ability to deal with threats to companies both internal and external. Important factors that employees must possess to making high employee performance include the perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment.This study purpose to know : (1) Condition of perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance. (2) The direct influence of perceived organizational support on employee performance. (3) The direct influence of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment. (4) The direct influence of organizational commitment on employee performance. (5) The direct influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. (6) The direct influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. (7) Indirect influence of perceived organizational support on employee performance through organizational commitment. (8) Indirect influence of job satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment.The study uses cuantitive approach, the population is the administrative and financial employees of Kebon Agung Sugar Factory Malang which has status as permanent employee with the total sample as much as 68 respondents from 68 employees. The method to taking sampling is by total sampling method and instrument testing technique using validity and reliability test. This study uses several models of classical assumption test is normality test, multicolliniearity test, and heteroskidasticity test. Data analysis method used is path analysis.Based on the results of the analysis is showed that: (1) Description of perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance is good. (2) There is a positive influence and significant perceived organizational support on employee performance. (3) There is a positive influence and significant perceived organizational support on organizational commitment. (4) There is positive influence and significant organizational commitment on employee performance. (5) There is a positive influence and significant job satisfaction on employee performance. (6) There is a positive influence and significant job satisfaction on organizational commitment. (7) There is a positive and indirectly significant effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance through organizational commitment. (8) There is a positive and indirect effect of job satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment.Based on the results of this study, researchers suggest: (1) Companies need to maintain awareness of the welfare of employees and also need to improve preparedness of the company if the employee needs special help. Other than that the companies need to keep the working conditions of the company in order to stay comfortable and need to increase the chances of employees participating in decision making within the working group. The next suggestion is, that company needs to keep employees to remain happy career in the company either by increasing organizational support and employee satisfaction and also need to pay attention to the employee's view that someone is easy to move company either by paying attention to opinion and value from employee. In addition, companies need to maintain and manage employees in order to remain able to cooperate well with colleagues and also need to improve the accuracy of employees in running the job either by increasing supervision or provide punishment or punishment to employees. (2) Next research on the effect of perceived organizational support variables, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to employee performance suggests that the analysis model used is to use path analysis model rather than using multiple linear regression analysis. (3) The model of this study needs to be tested on different research subjects at work where many workers are millenial generations who are found to be sedentary or alleged to have low work commitments or on jobs that have high turnover rates such as hotel employees, employees banking, hospital employees.

Abstract

Motivasi merupakan kondisi yang berpengaruh dalam membangkitkan dan mendoronggairah kerja seseorang. Motivasi penting karena dengan motivasi diharapkan guru mau bekerjakeras untuk mencapai produktifitas yang tinggi. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompensasimerupakan faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi kerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerjaguru SMK Swasta di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasionaldengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 331 guru dengan 71sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasikerja guru SMK swasta di Kota Malang sebesar 55,4%.

Abstract

A person’s loyalty is a form of loyalty to an object, both people and tasks. But in fact in the current era, loyalty is a difficult thing to find. Human resources who born in 1983-1997 or called Y generation have lower loyalty than X generation (1963-1982). So that studying loyalty of tourism buses’ drivers and their assistants is an interesting thing in order to know what cause the loyalty of drivers and their assistants. The purpose of this study are (1) to find out the description of job satisfaction, organizational commitmen and driver and kernet loyalty, (2) to find out whether there is a significant positive influence on job satisfaction on the driver's and kernet's organizational commitment, (3) to find out whether there is a positive influence significant organizational commitment to driver and kernet loyalty, (4) to determine whether there is a significant positive influence on job satisfaction on driver and kernet loyalty, (5) and to find out whether there is a significant positive effect on job satisfaction on driver loyalty and kernet through organizational commitment. This research is quantitative and using path analysis to determine the relationship between variables. The sampling method uses purposive sampling in the form of judment sampling. Population in this research is 125 driver and kernet in Malang with sample 105 driver and kernet. Data collection methods use a closed questionnaire. The research results show that: (1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the driver's and kernet's organizational commitment; (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on driver and kernet loyalty; (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on driver and kernet loyalty; (4) Job satisfaction affects the loyalty of driver and kernet through organizational commitment.

Abstract

Abstract: In Indonesia, football has not become an industry that encourages the economy because of the achievement of the football teams in Indonesia that has not been optimal and consistent. The inconsistency of football team achievement is closely linked to team management and athlete achievement, as the achievement of the football team reflects the accumulation of athlete achievement. Two things that allegedly affect the performance of football athletes are the motivation and athletes’ satisfaction. Therefore, the study aims to examine the effect of motivation and athlete's satisfaction on the performance of football athletes based on self determination theory. This study used a survey with questionnaires to collect data from all athletes of Metro FC Malang Regency and multiple linear regression analysis to test both hypotheses. The results showed that both hypotheses were supported (motivation and atlet satisfaction had a significant positive effect on the performance of football athletes). The study also supported generalization of self determination theory which stated that someone who has high self determination theory will has high motivation to achieve his/her objective (s) no matter what. Keywords: Athlete Motivation, Athlete Satisfaction, Athlete Achievement, Self Determination TheoryAbstrak: Di Indonesia, sepakbola belum menjadi industri yang mendorong perekonomian karena prestasi tim sepakbola di Indonesia yang belum optimal dan konsisten. Ketidakkonsistenan prestasi tim sepakbola erat dikaitkan dengan pengelolaan tim dan prestasi atletnya, karena prestasi tim sepakbola mencerminkan akumulasi prestasi atletnya. Dua hal yang ditengarai mempengaruhi prestasi atlet sepakbola adalah motivasi dan kepuasan atlet. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan atlet terhadap prestasi atlet sepakbola, dengan dasar teori motivasi determinasi diri (self determination theory). Abstract

This research aims to find out student satisfaction as a mediation variable of brand image and service quality influence on student loyalty. This research is explanatory. The total sample used in this research is 110 students. The questionnaire is used as an instrument to collect the respondent's data, which will be tested using validity and reliability test. The analysis instrument used in this research is Smart PLS. The research results show that brand image does not influence student satisfaction, the brand image does not influence student loyalty,  student satisfaction does not mediate the influence of brand image on student loyalty, student satisfaction influences student loyalty, service quality influences student satisfaction, service quality does not influence student loyalty, and student satisfaction mediates the influence of service quality on student loyalty. It seems that in private university in medium rank, brand image of university does not influence student satisfaction and student loyalty. Therefore, for next research, it is better to consider the rank of university and its status as private or state university and also age of university. Furthermore, the instrument should be specific for higher education context.Keywords: Brand Image; Service Quality; Student Satisfaction; Student Loyalty
