Abstract

This community service activity provides counseling to students and administrators of YPPMD Madania which aims to provide additional understanding and knowledge about digital marketing, so that later the students and administrators of YPPMD Madania can use digital marketing in their business. This community service activity was carried out using lecture and question and answer methods. The benefits that can be obtained by participants from this community service activity include increased knowledge, understanding, and experience of YPPMD Madania students and administrators about digital marketing.

Abstract

Pembiayaan rantai pasokan merupakan hal yang penting bagi UMKM. Alternatif pembiayaan jangka pendek yang dapat memberikan bantuan untuk memperbaiki masalah kredit dan meningkatkan kinerja keuangan juga diperlukan UMKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh teknologi digital, kolaborasi, dan institusi keuangan terhadap pembiayaan rantai pasokan UMKM. Penelitian ini termasuk kuantitatif, yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Sampel ditetapkan dengan metode purposive sampling, dan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh 95 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi digital, kolaborasi, dan institusi keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pembiayaan rantai pasokan UMKM.

Abstract

Faktor-faktor penentu kebijakan dividen telah diteliti selama beberapa dekade, namun belum ada konsensus mengenai faktor-faktor mana yang memengaruhi kecenderungan membayar dividen dan pembayaran dividen. Artikel ini merupakan tinjauan literatur tentang dividen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan tinjauan literatur yang mendalam tentang dividen di perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 58 artikel sebagai bahan kajian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi maupun dipengaruhi dividen. Penelitian ini tidak menemukan dividen sebagai variabel moderasi maupun mediasi. Variabel yang diidentifikasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan variabel internal dan eksternal perusahaan.

Abstract

Brand loyalty has been of interest to researchers for many decades and known as an amicable attitude, also commitment toward a particular brand, builds around consumer satisfaction and leads to continued maintenance and purchasing of that brand. Brand loyalty consists of attitudinal and behavioral loyalty, and all of which contribute to brand performance. The concept of brand loyalty has been shown to have two components: an attitudinal component and a behavioral component. Brand loyalty is a driving force for business growth and an important asset for businesses, as it ensures stable and sustainable profits for the company and is an important factor for consumers. Dissatisfied customers can have a significant impact on business operations through negative reviews, therefore managing loyal customers is an important way to strengthen customer relationships. The objective of this research is to determine the factors associated with brand loyalty. We presented a literature study using systematic literature review of relevant publications and as a result of this process, 22 articles are included and then examined the bibliographical references to check the validity of the inquiry and to avoid any potential omissions. We identify several variables that associate with brand loyalty. Practical implications are also presented here.

Abstract

Dividen merupakan bagian dari keuntungan perusahaan yang diberikan kepada para pemegang saham sesuai dengan besarnya kepemilikan saham mereka di perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh krisis terhadap kebijakan dividen di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data 250 laporan keuangan Perusahaan di Indonesia pada tahun 2008-2020. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam pemilihan sampel, dimana kriteria yang digunakan adalah perusahaan yang menyampaikan jumlah dividen pada laporan keuangan serta penggunaan tahun 2008 dan 2020 sebagai tahun terjadinya krisis, dan tahun 2009, 2014, 2017, 2018, dan 2019 sebagai tahun tidak terjadi krisis. Jumlah data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 250 data. Krisis diproksikan dengan tahun-tahun terjadinya krisis yang diberikan notasi satu, sementara tahun-tahun selain tersebut dinotasikan nol. Dividen merupakan jumlah dividend per share yang diberikan kepada para pemegang saham. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan regresi panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa krisis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: dividen, perusahaan, krisis, Indonesia

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to investigate the effect of exposure and affinity on dependency and the effect of dependency on repurchase intention in smartphone context. Exposure and affinity are considered important factors that trigger dependency. Exposure is a state of condition when making contact (exposed) with something. While affinity is a condition of users who want to be always close to something. This research has three hypotheses. Data were collected from 200 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Research data collection using a questionnaire that has been distributed to undergraduate students at Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, then processed and analyzed using structural equation modeling techniques with LISREL software. The result of this research shows that exposure and affinity have positive and significant effect to dependency, meanwhile dependence has positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. All hypotheses in this study were accepted and will be discussed in detail in this research article. Keywords: exposure; affinity; dependency; repurchase intention; smartphone ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh paparan dan afinitas terhadap ketergantungan dan pengaruh ketergantungan pada niat untuk membeli kembali / minat beli ulang dalam konteks ponsel cerdas (smartphone). Paparan dan afinitas dianggap sebagai faktor penting yang memicu ketergantungan. Paparan adalah kondisi saat melakukan kontak (terekspos) dengan sesuatu. Sedangkan afinitas adalah kondisi pengguna yang ingin selalu dekat dengan sesuatu. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga hipotesis. Data dikumpulkan dari 200 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuisioner yang telah dibagikan kepada mahasiswa sarjana Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik pemodelan persamaan struktural dengan perangkat lunak LISREL. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa paparan dan afinitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketergantungan, sedangkan ketergantungan sendiri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. Semua hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima dan akan dibahas secara detail dalam artikel penelitian ini.Kata kunci: paparan; afinitas; ketergantungan; minat beli ulang; smartphone

Abstract

Para anggota Mapawima tidak memiliki pemahaman yang jelas tentang memulai bisnis sendiri. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberi anggota Mapawima pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan, UMKM, permodalan, dan pemasaran. Selain memberikan contoh tentang kewirausahaan, jenis usaha, dan individu wirausahawan, kegiatan ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran para peserta. Materi pelatihan diberikan dalam satu hari kerja. 21 anggota Mapawima mengikuti mereka dalam pengabdian mereka kepada masyarakat. Diharapkan setiap orang yang mengambil bagian dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat memiliki pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan sebagai pengetahuan yang akan mereka gunakan untuk memulai bisnis mereka sendiri di kemudian hari. Abstract

This community service activity provides counseling to class XII students at SMK Berbudi Yogyakarta which aims to provide additional understanding and knowledge to class XII students about the relationship between social media and entrepreneurship so that later class XII students can open their own businesses after finishing school. This community service activity aims to increase understanding and additional knowledge for class XII students at SMK Berbudi Yogyakarta about the relationship between social media and entrepreneurship which is carried out using lecture, demonstration, and question and answer methods. The benefits that can be obtained by participants from this community service activity include increasing the knowledge, understanding, and experience of class XII students at SMK Berbudi Yogyakarta about the relationship between social media and entrepreneurship.

Abstract

English language learning is undergoing a profound transformation with the advent of digital technology and Artificial Intelligence. This research, that conduct by narrative review method, will aim to address these gaps by synthesizing findings from the last decade of research and providing a comprehensive understanding of the current trends, challenges, and future directions in the use of AI for English language learning. Most existing studies focus on the efficacy of specific AI tools, with limited attention given to long-term effects on learners' language proficiency, retention, and socio-cultural competence. Additionally, much of the research to date has concentrated on English as a foreign language, with less emphasis on how AI can support multilingualism or the learning of English as a second language in diverse sociocultural contexts. Furthermore, there is a lack of studies that explore the ethical, cultural, and pedagogical implications of widespread AI adoption in language education, particularly in non-Western contexts. This study contributes valuable insights into the evolving landscape of the use of AI in English learning, highlighting both the promising potential and the challenges of integrating GenAI technologies. Suggestions for further research are to conduct empirical research on the concepts in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide insight into how to start a business independently. This activity uses a counseling method to increase the understanding and awareness of participants, as well as examples of how to start a business independently. The provision of counseling materials is carried out for one day during working hours. Participants in the community service at the Tahfizh Qur'an Yatim Nurani Insani Yogyakarta Islamic Boarding School were attended by 58 participants. The pre-test showed that the audience who knew about how to start a business was 17.24% and those who did not know about technology adaptation were 82.76%. The results of the post-test showed that the audience who knew about how to start a business was 89.66% and those who knew about technology adaptation were 93.1%. After participating in the community service activity, all participants are expected to have knowledge about how to start a business independently in order to open up employment opportunities.
