Abstract

Communication is a basic need inherent in humans as a social beings. So also ethics in communicating is the main capital of a person in the worl of association. Strenghtening ethics in communication is very important in adolescents because in order to grow a goog personality and generation of dignified penwrus. Counseling to strenghten communication ethics is carried out over a period of representatives of adolescents in Madiun District in 15 Subdistricts. In this material it is expected that adolescents will be able to strengthen their personal and character in communicating with others and can be used as a form of adolescent character.

Abstract

In general, small business leadership in Indonesia adheres to traditional leadership or traditional. The object of this research is Suzuki Magetan's small business leadership in Suzuki's automotive sales, repair and maintenance services, which is based on the Suzuki Leadership Standards combined with traditional leadership. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained through participant observation where the researcher is involved with daily activities of the data source. Suzuki Magetan small business leadership standards based on the Suzuki Leadership Standards and traditional leadership, namely: making a written job description, making a plan of target work (goal setting), data analysis, action plan, following training in communication skills, business English, ESQ leadership, seminars, etc. Result oriented by looking at process oriented using PDCA circulation (Plan, Do, Check, Action).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the acceptance of followers of the Instagram @unmermadiun account for content (photos, videos, texts) in building the meaning of education on Instagram social media. The paradigm of this research is constructivism with the type of qualitative research. Data were collected using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Technical data analyst with the stages of data collection, data selection, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The theory used is Reception Theory Analysis by Stuart Hall. The informants of this study were fourteen people who followed the Instagram account @unmermadiun with different backgrounds. The results showed that three out of ten informants were in the dominant position, four were in the negotiating position, and the informant with the opposite position was not found. (1) In a dominant position, the informants interpret that the contents of the Instagram account @unmermadiun as a goal to build educational meaning, so they also like and agree with it and apply the thoughts conveyed by the account. (2) In a negotiating position, the informant has meaning and is reluctant to take it for granted, understanding the mind at first is important to them. Keywords : Receptions, Social media, Instagram

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the message content of disaster mitigation video content and early warning systems informed by the Madiun Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) on the Instagram social media account @bpbdmadiunkab. This research qualitatively uses content analysis with categorization of visual content and text content. By using observation techniques, documentation and literature in collecting data. Based on the research that has been done, the researchers draw the conclusion that the content messages on Disaster Mitigation and Early Warning Systems on the Instagram account @bpbdmadiunkab contain informative and persuasive messages. Disaster Mitigation content contains disaster prevention information and Early Warning System Content contains disaster risk reduction as a form of information for users or accessors. The content of Disaster Mitigation and Early Warning Systems refers to the unitary design principle (unity), balance(balance), Rhythm (Rhythm), emphasis (emphasis), Proportion (proportion).Keywords : Content Analysis, Disaster Mitigation, Early Warning, Instagram,BPBD Madiun Regency, ContentAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis isi pesan konten video mitigasi bencana dan sistem peringatan dini yang diinformasikan oleh Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Madiun pada akun media sosial Instagram @bpbdmadiunkab. Penelitian ini secara kualitatif menggunakan analisis isi atau konten dengan kategorisasi konten visual dan konten teks. Dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka dalam mengambil data. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka peneliti menarik kesimpulan bahwa pesan konten Mitigasi Bencana dan Sistem Peringatan Dini pada akun Instagram @bpbdmadiunkab berisikan pesan informatif dan persuasif. Konten Mitigasi Bencana berisi tentang informasi pencegahan bencana dan Konten Sistem Peringatan Dini berisi tentang pengurangan resiko bencana sebagai bentuk informasi untuk pengguna atau pengakses. Pada konten Mitigasi Bencana dan Sistem Peringatan Dini menunjuk pada prinsip desain kesatuan (unity), keseimbangan (balance), Ritme (Rhythm), penekanan (emphasis), Proporsi (proportion).Kata Kunci : Analisis Isi, Mitigasi Bencana, Peringatan Dini, Instagram, BPBD Kabupaten Madiun, Konten

Abstract

Mobile Legends Online Game: Bang Bang (MLBB) is an online game with the MOBA (Multiplayer Online Batlle Arena) genre. By presenting a competitive 5 vs 5 match so that this game is loved by many gamers. The online game Mobile Legends: Bang – Bang has chat and voice features to communicate with other players. With various easy to access communication features such as Chat and Voice, this is finally misused for several reasons. Mobile Legends is a team game, so cooperation and coordination between teammates is needed to achieve the goal of this game, which is to destroy the last tower of the enemy. The Chat and Voice features in Mobile Legends are used by players to coordinate with each other. This feature is not only useful as a means of coordination, but also has the potential to be a toxic tool, especially with the intensity of playing hours that are quite high by the players. Although in reality when playing the game Mobile Legends: Bang-Bang directly or face to face, there are also those who behave toxicly with their fellow teams. This research begins with the formulation of the problem of how toxic behavior in interpersonal communication in online game players Mobile Legends: Bang-Bang. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with research informants totaling 10 players from each epic rank or tier in the Mobile Legends game: Bang-Bang. In the results of this study, there is an interaction between players in the online game Mobile Legends: Bang-Bang both virtual and in person. For virtual communication, the toxic perpetrator conveys a message to the toxic victim and this victim has the right to reply to the message or leave the message and both the victim and the toxic perpetrator have the same position to send and receive messages. As a result, toxic behavior occurs, such as retaliating with toxic cursing behavior, doing Trolls and Feeders, and even AFK. Toxic behavior in the Mobile Legends game is also included in the strategy to get victory by breaking the opponent's concentration to focus on chat. Meanwhile, toxic to teammates has the aim of motivating them to play games to be better than before and as entertainment motivation. While direct communication or face to face, toxic perpetrators convey messages to toxic victims who are friends verbally. Even though he received unpleasant treatment, the informant continued to play with his toxic friend, who valued friendship more than games. This is where the role of the toxic help center provided by Mobile Legends: Bang-Bang. Everyone who reports toxic actions will have their identity protected and those who commit toxic behavior will receive a penalty in the form of a reduced credit score according to what was done in the game

Abstract

Digitalization is the key to the growth of a civilization that cannot be ignored. This is because the demands for mastery and use of technology for individuals and organizations are becoming increasingly real due to digital-based market changes. The emergence of digital communication media which is closely related to the internet, has become an active space for people to convey information, receive aspirations and ideas, and be able to offer new, more professional ways. One form of activity that utilizes digital communication media as the main media is social philanthropy activities initiated by the Ngawi Street Savings community. Since 2020, Nabung Jalanan Ngawi has been in existence carrying out social philanthropy actions for street people in the Ngawi Regency area. The aim of this research is to find out what digital communication strategies are carried out by Nabung Jalanan Ngawi and what the implementation process is in social philanthropy programs. This research also uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The research results show that the key to the success of the digital communication strategy carried out by Nabung Jalanan Ngawi is consistency in posting every donation and activity pamphlet as well as strength in maximizing content management. The use of digital media can make branding Nabung Jalanan Ngawi easier for the wider community. This can support the process of implementing social philanthropy activities to be more systematically planned. The social philanthropy activities that have been carried out by the Nabung Jalanan Ngawi community include sharing free food, distributing suitable clothing to orphanages, distributing free takjil in the month of Ramadhan, and raising funds when a disaster occurs in an area. Nabung Jalanan Ngawi Community utilizes digital media to support the goals of social philanthropy programs to run optimally and evenly.
