Abstract

The low ability of students in literacy and numeracy underlies the training on the application of the AKM application to students, in an effort to equip skills in terms of working on minimum competency assessments. These knowledge and skills can be used as capital in the work of assessing the minimum competency of students which can be used as ICT-based learning media. With this training as a learning medium, it is hoped that it can increase the knowledge and skills of students. Students can better understand what will be done during the implementation of the minimum competency assessment, especially things of a technical nature. This training can also provide provisions for our students about the use of this application which is a plus, where students can use it as a learning tool and a means of developing knowledge, especially in the field of using minimum competency assessment applications.

Abstract

Controlling raw material inventory is important in every production process, but Selera Baru Bakery has not received control over the raw material inventory procurement process, so business owner does not know when the right time to procure raw materials is. This causes bread production to be carried out in accordance with the availability of existing raw materials when the production process is carried out not based on sales needs. The production process that is not in accordance with these needs results in a shortage or excess stock so that the bread is moldy and not suitable for sale. Based on this condition, research is conducted using the Double Exponential Smoothing method with PHP programming language and MySQL uses database. System design uses UML and system development uses Waterfall, based on the categories of wheat raw materials, flour, yeast, sugar, eggs and margarine with alpha parameter testing of 0.2 showing effectiveness in using the Double Exponential Smoothing method with a MAPE value of less than 10%, this proves that the forecasting results are effective and accurate in controlling the raw material inventory procurement process in Selera Baru Bakery.

Abstract

Rendahnya keterampilan teknis siswa dalam mengonfigurasi perangkat jaringan, khususnya Mikrotik, menjadi salah satu kendala utama dalam peningkatan mutu lulusan SMK di bidang Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ). Permasalahan ini diperparah dengan terbatasnya pengalaman praktik secara langsung dan minimnya pemahaman terhadap standar industri seperti sertifikasi dari Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP). Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa melalui pelatihan intensif berbasis praktik langsung, penyusunan modul pelatihan berbasis standar industri, serta simulasi Uji Kompetensi Keahlian (UKK). Metode pelaksanaan mencakup tahapan pengenalan perangkat Mikrotik, praktik konfigurasi topologi jaringan, dan manajemen bandwidth dengan pendampingan dosen dan mahasiswa. Modul pelatihan dirancang sesuai dengan tingkat pemahaman siswa dan dilengkapi dengan latihan berbasis studi kasus nyata. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan teknis siswa, terbentuknya portofolio keterampilan dasar, serta meningkatnya kesiapan menghadapi UKK. Selain peningkatan pada peserta didik, kegiatan ini juga berkontribusi terhadap penguatan kapasitas pendidik dan pemanfaatan fasilitas pembelajaran secara optimal. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model berkelanjutan dalam penguatan SDM muda di bidang teknologi jaringan komputer secara aplikatif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Kata kunci : Jaringan Komputer, Mikrotik, Cisco, Pelatihan Vokasi, SDM Muda, TIK

Abstract

Project management is a strategy that needs to be carried out to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in a company. Project management framework as a measuring tool for managing work schedules. PT Replay is a branch of the PT Teknohost company that operates in the technology services sector where the obstacle currently faced is that it does not have a reseller data management and billing information system. Apart from that, the data collection and billing carried out at the company are still manual, namely using Microsoft Excel, so an information system is needed to overcome this. This research aims to manage the information system development project at PT Replay, which is prepared using the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with the waterfall system development method in planning. Therefore, a web-based reseller data management information system was built at PT Replay to make it easier to manage reseller data.

Abstract

Kebisingan pada intensitas dan frekuensi tertentu dapat berdampak buruk terhadap kesehatan manusia. Studio Musik Chikara merupakan tempat penyewaan alat musik yang sering menghasilkan suara berintensitas tinggi, terutama pada malam hari, sehingga memicu keluhan dari warga sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pemantauan tingkat kebisingan pada studio musik tersebut. Sistem ini menggunakan algoritma Fuzzy Logic dengan input berupa intensitas suara. Sensor suara digunakan dalam sistem, dengan mikrokontroler ESP32 sebagai pusat pemrosesan data yang diperoleh dari sensor. Metode penelitian mencakup pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka, sementara pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode Extreme Programming (XP). Pengujian sistem dilakukan pada perangkat simulasi menggunakan prototipe yang telah dibuat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat memantau tingkat kebisingan yang dihasilkan di studio musik sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Selain itu, aplikasi Android yang dikembangkan mampu menampilkan kondisi dan nilai kebisingan secara real-time; ketika intensitas suara melebihi ambang batas yang telah ditentukan, alarm akan menyala. Dengan demikian, sistem pemantauan kebisingan ini menjadi solusi yang efisien dan efektif dalam mengelola tingkat kebisingan di studio musik.

Abstract

The computer laboratory management application plays an important role in managing computer laboratory resources, such as scheduling, equipment maintenance, and usage monitoring. In today's digital era, the development of computer laboratory management applications must take into consideration the need for efficiency and effectiveness in management. Therefore, in this research, a computer laboratory management application will be developed using the web based Content Based Filtering method. The Content Based Filtering method will assist in managing the computer laboratory usage schedule by considering the preferences and needs of each user. This application is developed using the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter framework. The results of this research are expected to help computer laboratory managers improving the efficiency and effectiveness of computer laboratory management.
