Abstract

Penilaian Kinerja Guru adalah upaya untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap seorang guru dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok. Dalam pelaksanaannya memerlukan berkas-berkas yang harus dilengkapi oleh guru yang kemudian di rekap oleh tim. Namun tanpa adanya bantuan sistem, memerlukan proses yang cukup lama dan rawan terjadi kesalahan saat melakukan proses perekapan data. Sistem pendukung keputusan dibuat agar dapat memberikan rekomendasi dalam penilaian kinerja guru menjadi lebih cepat dan akurat berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Metode Weighted Product merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan dengan cara perkalian untuk menghubungkan rating atribut. Hal ini memungkinkan digunakan untuk menilai kinerja guru. Kriteria yang digunakan yaitu Mengenal karakteristik peserta didik, Menguasai teori belajar dan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran yang mendidik, Pengembangan kurikulum, Kegiatan pembelajaran yang mendidik serta Penilaian dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan variasi yang signifikan dalam nilai vektor V di antara para peserta. Guru Siti Maryanti, S.Pd., mendapat nilai tertinggi dengan vektor V sebesar 0,14, menunjukkan kinerja yang sangat unggul. Di sisi lain, Irna Irawati, S.Pd., mendapatkan nilai terendah dengan vektor V sebesar 0,05, yang mencerminkan adanya perbaikan lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini memberikan kemudahan untuk bidang kurikulum dalam mengevaluasi yang berkaitan dengan jam mengajar pada tahun pelajaran di semester berikutnya kepada guru berdasarkan hasil perhitungan ini.

Abstract

An educational institution located in Kuningan Regency, specifically in Jalaksana District, has implemented the independent curriculum with differentiated learning to meet students' learning needs based on their learning styles. However, determining learning styles requires a lengthy process and time. Moreover, the criteria used for determination have not yet referred to students' learning styles, resulting in inaccurate identification of students' learning styles. To address this issue, a decision support system using the profile matching method is employed, which compares students' actual data values with the expected profile to identify competency gaps. This method uses criteria such as communication, learning, memory, and attitude. The goal is to facilitate the school in determining students' learning styles. The outcome of this study is the generation of recommendations for students' learning styles calculated using the profile matching method. The calculations yielded the highest score of 4.6 for the visual learning style and the lowest score of 3.6 for the auditory learning style. The accuracy rate obtained is 97.92% or in another word it can be said that it is effective and accurate for the school to use in determining students' learning styles.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has significantly impacted various aspects of life, including payments and financial transactions using e-wallet applications. Kuningan Regency possesses a considerable economic potential and numerous opportunities to enhance the business and technology sectors through the use of e-wallet applications. In adopting e-wallet application technology, understanding the factors influencing its acceptance and usage is crucial. One model employed for comprehending these factors is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2), which focuses on seven key elements influencing the acceptance and use of technology: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, and habit. This research aims to identify the factors influencing the acceptance and use of e-wallet applications using the UTAUT 2 model, with the addition of the security factor in e-wallet applications. The study involves a quantitative method with 397 respondents, and data analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach with the assistance of SmartPLS version 3.0. The results indicate that performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and habit play crucial roles in shaping the intention to use e-wallet applications in Kuningan Regency. These factors are able to explain 68.5% of the research model, the remaining 31.5% is explained by other variables. Understanding these factors allows for efforts to enhance the acceptance and use of e-wallet applications in Kuningan Regency, so that it can help improve the economy.

Abstract

Pemerintahan Desa merupakan bentuk pemerintahan terendah yang langsung bersinggungan dengan masyarakat dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik. Dimana perangkat Desa diharapkan mampu bekerja secara efektif dan efisien agar masyarakat  dapat dilayani dengan baik. Namun, pada kenyataannya masih banyak perangkat Desa yang tidak maksimal dalam memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada, seperti halnya cara mengoperasikan komputer. Padahal dalam pelaksanaan tugas di pemerintahan Desa sekarang ini telah menggunakan system komputerasasi. Maka dari itu penulis mengadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi perangkat Desa berupa penggunaan Microsoft Word. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Nanggela Kecamatan Cidahu. Hasil dari pelatihan dan pendampingan ini dapat membantu mempercepat kegiatan perangkat Desa dalam melayani Masyarakat seperti hal surat menyurat dan aktifitas lainnya.

Abstract

Abstract - Waste management is an important issue in today's modern era due to the increasing population and urbanization. The lack of public awareness in disposing of waste in its place causes various environmental and health problems. Innovative solutions using automation technologies, such as Arduino, can improve waste management efficiency. The use of ultrasonic sensors in automatic waste bins aims to simplify the waste disposal process efficiently. This product aims to increase public awareness and reduce environmental pollution, in the hope of creating a clean and healthy environment.Abstrak - Manajemen sampah merupakan isu penting dalam era modern saat ini akibat meningkatnya jumlah populasi dan urbanisasi. Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam membuang sampah pada tempatnya menyebabkan berbagai masalah lingkungan dan kesehatan. Solusi inovatif menggunakan teknologi otomatisasi, seperti Arduino, dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan sampah. Penggunaan sensor ultrasonik dalam tempat sampah otomatis bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses pembuangan sampah secara efisien. Produk ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dan mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan, dengan harapan menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop an early detection model for stunting risk in children in Kuningan Regency using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The model used 3,155 data with a division of 50% training data and 50% testing data, utilizing five predictor variables: gender, age, weight, height, and nutritional intake. The results demonstrated an accuracy of 66.8%, precision of 62.4%, and recall of 69.5%, indicating that the model performs adequately but requires further refinement to enhance predictive quality. Improvements can be achieved by incorporating additional variables, such as environmental factors, sanitation, and maternal nutritional status, as well as optimizing data preprocessing techniques. The findings provide a scientific basis for the Kuningan Regency Health Office to design targeted intervention strategies, including regular screening programs, specific nutritional interventions, and community health education. Effective implementation of these strategies requires collaborative efforts among local government, community health centers (puskesmas), integrated health posts (posyandu), and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic and sustainable approach to stunting prevention. This study highlights the potential of data-driven models in supporting evidence-based public health policies and interventions.

Abstract

The digital-based transformation of the administrative and population service system has provided great positive benefits for society. The main problem faced by the community in Mancagar Village is dependence on manual processes in administrative management, which requires residents to come directly to the village office, thus creating a big challenge, especially for those who live outside the city. The aim of this program is to make it easier to access administrative and population services, optimize data archiving, and prepare open information for the public. The Technical Assistance method used in community service activities through this approach emphasizes the rapid changes to be achieved through several stages that have been prepared through training and assistance in managing the SIDESA website. This program implements SIDESA to provide administration services for letter issuance and population management that are more efficient, transparent and easily accessible. The results of this initiative demonstrate improved quality of public services, reduced barriers to access, and effective information technology education for the public. The evaluation shows that more than 50% of residents have understood this new system, thereby ultimately providing better and more efficient public services in Mancagar Village.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the healthcare sector represents a key strategy to enhance operational efficiency and improve the quality of medical services. This study presents the development of a Software as a Service (SaaS)-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) information system, integrated with SatuSehat, a national health data platform managed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The system is designed to improve the accuracy of clinical data recording and expedite access to patient information for healthcare professionals. The development process adopted the Agile methodology, characterized by iterative and incremental stages including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. Agile was selected for its ability to accommodate dynamic user needs and regulatory requirements through continuous feedback loops and adaptive planning. Compliance with national health regulations and data security standards, including Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022 concerning EMR implementation, guided the entire process. Evaluation of the system demonstrates enhanced efficiency in medical administrative workflows, improved accuracy of patient records, and accelerated clinical decision-making processes. The integration with SatuSehat enables interoperability at a national level, thereby supporting real-time health data exchange and long-term health monitoring systems. From a societal standpoint, the system improves data accessibility for healthcare personnel and elevates the overall quality of care delivered to patients. Economically, the SaaS-based approach reduces operational costs, promotes efficient budgeting, and contributes to the broader digital transformation of healthcare services, particularly in strengthening primary care infrastructure.

Abstract

Rendahnya keterampilan teknis siswa dalam mengonfigurasi perangkat jaringan, khususnya Mikrotik, menjadi salah satu kendala utama dalam peningkatan mutu lulusan SMK di bidang Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ). Permasalahan ini diperparah dengan terbatasnya pengalaman praktik secara langsung dan minimnya pemahaman terhadap standar industri seperti sertifikasi dari Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP). Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa melalui pelatihan intensif berbasis praktik langsung, penyusunan modul pelatihan berbasis standar industri, serta simulasi Uji Kompetensi Keahlian (UKK). Metode pelaksanaan mencakup tahapan pengenalan perangkat Mikrotik, praktik konfigurasi topologi jaringan, dan manajemen bandwidth dengan pendampingan dosen dan mahasiswa. Modul pelatihan dirancang sesuai dengan tingkat pemahaman siswa dan dilengkapi dengan latihan berbasis studi kasus nyata. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan teknis siswa, terbentuknya portofolio keterampilan dasar, serta meningkatnya kesiapan menghadapi UKK. Selain peningkatan pada peserta didik, kegiatan ini juga berkontribusi terhadap penguatan kapasitas pendidik dan pemanfaatan fasilitas pembelajaran secara optimal. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model berkelanjutan dalam penguatan SDM muda di bidang teknologi jaringan komputer secara aplikatif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Kata kunci : Jaringan Komputer, Mikrotik, Cisco, Pelatihan Vokasi, SDM Muda, TIK

Abstract

The process of selecting a chairman in an organization within the school environment is an important moment for students in training and developing leadership skills and understanding of a democratic system where every student has equal voting rights to elect a candidate for OSIS chairman who is considered good and capable. In order to get competent and qualified candidates for chairman or prospective chairman, system implementation is required. So far, the process of selecting prospective chairman is considered not serious and does not pay attention to the requirements or supporting aspects possessed by all prospective candidates. So far, it is still carried out subjectively. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a decision support system using the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method effectively and assist in the process of selecting prospective chairman candidates objectively by being able to complete calculations based on the conditions or supporting aspects they have. The MAUT method is used to resolve the complexity of decision making in selecting a prospective chairman. The application of the MAUT method can provide recommendation results as a candidate for OSIS chairman in ranks 1 - 3 with the largest total results of 0.706 for A8, 0.689 for A2 results and 0.63 for A10 results, while ranks 4 - 6 as deputy chairman of OSIS with a value of 0.624 for A5, a value of 0.523 for A1 and 0.51 for the alternative A3 to then become a pair of candidates who will be selected directly using the E-Voting system. this system can make a significant contribution in increasing transparency, efficiency and validity in the democratic process in the school environment.
