Abstract

Penyajian materi masih kurang bervariasi dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran, sehingga kurang menarik minat siswa. Siswa mengalami kesulitan memahami materi bilangan bulat dan pecahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan multimedia pembelajaran menggunakan Macromedia Flash 8 dalam pembelajaran matematika di SMP pada pokok bahasan pecahan.             Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan Research and Development yaitu Potensi dan masalah, Pengumpulan data, Desain Produk, Validasi desain, Uji coba pemakaian, Revisi produk, Uji coba produk, Revisi desain, Revisi Produk, Produk masal. Subjek penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran ini adalah ahli media, ahli materi, siswa kelas 7 SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Yogyakarta dan SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Yogyakarta. Uji coba media tersebut dilakukan terhadap kelas kecil dan kelas besar. Kemudian, mengevaluasi hasil respon siswa dari penelitian uji coba kelas besar. Uji instrumen penelitan dilakukan dengan cara validasi oleh validator. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengubah data kualitatif menjadi data kuantitatif, kemudian dihitung nilai rata-rata dari data tersebut dan dicocokan dengan tabel kriteria.            Hasil penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis multimedia interaktif berdasarkan kualitas tiap aspek media pembelajaran dari segi ahli materi diperoleh skor rata-rata 61,00 dengan kategori baik, dari segi ahli media diperoleh skor rata-rata 90,67 dengan kategori baik, dan respon siswa diperoleh skor rata-rata 59,765 dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut, maka media pembelajaran matematika berbasis multimedia interaktif ini layak digunakan.

Abstract

One use of technology in education is to make mathematics learning media based on computer applications. The media can be equipped with animation so that it is more interesting and helps visualize the concept of the material. Such media can be applied to linear program material related to visual elements such as graphic images. This study aims to develop a visual learning media based on Macromedia Flash 8 for linear program material for grade XI students of senior high school and find out the level of eligibility of the media.This research development using the ADDIE model namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were material experts, media experts, and students of SMA Negeri 2 Bantul and SMA Negeri 3 Bantul. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses qualitative data which is converted into quantitative data using a Likert scale and ideal evaluation criteria table.The product of this research is the visual learning media based on Macromedia Flash 8 for linear program material. The results of the eligibility of learning media based on the calculation of the average score of each aspect of the material, media, and student responses are 4.11, 4.16, and 4.24. So the average score of the three aspects is 4.17 in the good category. Thus, this learning media is appropriate for students.

Abstract

Sumber belajar yang ada belum membuat peserta didik belajar mandiri. Modul sistem persamaan linier dua variabel berbasis Problem Based Learning dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran.. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa Modul Sistem Persamaan Linier Dua Variabel Berbasis Problem Based Learning untuk Siswa Kelas VIII SMP/MTs dan untuk menghasilkan Modul Sistem Persamaan Linier Dua Variabel Berbasis Problem Based Learning untuk Siswa Kelas VIII SMP/MTs yang memenuhi kriteria layak.Penelitian ini dengan model penelitian ADDIE dengan tahapan yang meliputi Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMPN 2 Kalasan dan SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Kalasan. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Data diambil dari ahli materi, ahli media, dan siswa.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil berupa Modul yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran sesuai dengan penilaian yang diberikan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan respon siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Kalasan dan SMP Muhammadiyah 2 kalasan. Adapun hasil penilaian modul oleh ahli materi diperoleh skor rata-rata 89,3333 dengan kriteria penilaian sangat layak, ahli media diperoleh skor rata-rata 115,67 dengan kriteria penilaian sangat layak, dan total penilaian oleh siswa diperoleh skor rata-rata 95,015 dengan kriteria penialain layak. Berdasarkan pada angket respon siswa, siswa berpendapat bahwa modul Sistem Persamaan Linier Dua Variabel bagus dan menarik untuk dipelajari.

Abstract

The students had difficulty in understanding comparative material in mathematics subject, especially its application in everyday life. In addition, there was no Contextual Teaching and Learning-Based Student Worksheet (LKPD) on comparative material. This research belonged to a development research that aimed to produce and determine the feasibility of Student Worksheet (LKPD) with CTL approach on comparative material. This research used Research and Development (R&D) method based on ADDIE model consisting of five phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this research were material experts, media experts and students of SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Yogyakarta. Data collection instruments of this research were interview and questionnaire. The validation results by material experts obtained an average score of 139 with good criteria, while the validation results by media experts obtained an average score of 172 with very good criteria. Based on the results of student responses, it was obtained an average score of 61.32 with good criteria. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Contextual Teaching and Learning-Based Student Worksheet on comparative material was feasible to use.

Abstract

Karakter seseorang perlu ditanamkan , salah satunya di sekolah. Hal itu menjadi peran guru dalam mengenalkan nilai agama dan memberikan bimbingan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pembentukan karakter serta implemen­tasinya pada hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran matematika dengan alat peraga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa hasil observasi, refleksi mengajar, Tes, RPP. Teknik analisis data kualitatif dengan mereduksi data merujuk pada pemilihan, pemfokusan, penyederhanaan, abstraksi, dan pentransformasian data. Populasinya kelas 4 SD Purbayan Kotagede Yogyakarta, pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling yaitu kelas 4 Shidiq dengan 28 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggu­nakan tes. Teknik analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil pene­litian menunjukkan siswa karakter tanggung jawab lebih baik dalam kesiapan belajar sebelum pembelajaran, dan sikap tanggung jawab meningkat dengan aktif mengikuti pembelajaran, mengerjakan dan menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu setelah pembelajaran dengan alat peraga. dan terlibat aktif dalam tugas kelompok. Hasil pemahaman konsep menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran menggunakan Alat Peraga adalah  64,6 dan 96,18 dengan mean rank yaitu negative rank 6,75 dan positif rank 9,84, nilai Z yakni -3,137. Diketahui bahwa signifikansinya 0,002 sehingga terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa dengan pembelajaran Matematika sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan Alat Peraga. Kata kunci: Alat Peraga, Karakter, Matematika. Abstract: One's character needs to be instilled, one of which is at school. This becomes the teacher's role in introducing religious values and providing guidance. The research objective was to determine character formation and its implementation on student learning outcomes before and after learning mathematics with visual aids. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. The instruments used are the results of observations, teaching reflection, tests, lesson plans. Qualitative data analysis techniques by reducing data refer to selecting, focusing, simplifying, abstracting, and transforming data. The population is grade 4 SD Purbayan Kotagede Yogyakarta, taking samples with purposive sampling, namely grade 4 Shidiq with 28 students. Data collection techniques using tests. Quantitative data analysis techniques using the Wilcoxon Test. The results of the study showed that students with a character of responsibility were better in learning readiness before learning, and the attitude of responsibility increased by actively participating in learning, working on and completing assignments on time after learning with visual aids. and actively involved in group assignments. The results of understanding the concept show that the average scores before and after learning using the Teaching Aid are 64.6 and 96.18 with a mean rank of negative rank of 6.75 and a positive rank of 9.84, a Z value of -3.137. It is known that the significance is 0.002 so that there are differences in student learning outcomes with learning Mathematics before and after using Teaching Aids. Keywords: Props, Character, Mathematics.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter mempunyai peranan penting dalam perkembangan aka­demik siswa. Setelah kami melakukan wawancara dengan Kepala Sekolah MIM Semondo kami ketemukan beberapa masalah. Masih banyak siswa yang belum mempunyai kesadaran untuk belajar, motivasi belajarnya masih kurang. Banyak siswa punya pemahaman konsep yang minim. Nilai matematika siswa banyak belum memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Masalah tersebut timbul bisa dari faktor situasi dan kondisi lingkungan belajar, faktor dari model pembelajarannya. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah membina dan membimbing guru-guru dalam pembentukan karakter siswa dengan mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai bulan Oktober 2021 yang dilaksanakan selama empat kali pertemuan. Workshop diikuti oleh 25 guru MIM Semondo Gombong Kebumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pengarahan, workshop dan pendampingan. Workshop dan pendampingan guru untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa, mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika, mengembangkan karakter siswa melalui penggunaan media berupa alat peraga matematika. Pada pertemuan pertama tentang pengembangan karakter mendapat sambutan yang baik dari Pengawas MI, Diknas PCM Kebumen, serta kepala sekolah. Dari hasil angket diperoleh 67,3 % penguasaan guru tentang pengembangan karakter pada kategori cukup. Guru dapat mengembangkan alat Peraga. Guru sudah dapat mempraktekkan pembelajaran matematika dengan measukkan pendidikan karakter siswa. Setelah para guru mengikuti seminar dan workshop didapatkan 91 % para guru telah menguasai bagaimana mengembangkan karakter peserta didik serta melakukan pembelajaran matematika  menggunakan media berupa alat peraga.Character education has an important role in the academic development of students. After we interviewed the Principal of MIM Semondo, we encountered several problems. There are still many students who do not have the awareness to learn; their learning motivation is still lacking. Many students have a minimal understanding of the concept. Many students' math scores have not met the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). These problems can arise from the situation and conditions of the learning environment and factors from the learning model. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to foster and guide teachers in the Character Building of Students by developing Mathematics Learning Media. This service is carried out from May to October 2021, which is carried out for four meetings. The workshop was attended by 25 teachers of MIM Semondo Gombong Kebumen. The methods used in this service are guidance, workshops and mentoring. Workshops and teacher assistance to develop the character of students, mathematics learning media, and the character of students through the use of media in the form of Mathematics props. At the first meeting on Character Development, there was a good response from the MI Supervisor of the Kebumen PCM Education Office and the Principal. The questionnaire results obtained 67.3% of teachers' mastery of character development in the sufficient category. Teachers can develop Props. Teachers have been able to practice learning Mathematics by including student character education. After the teachers attended seminars and workshops, it was found that 91% of the teachers had mastered developing students' character and carried out mathematics learning using media in the form of mathematics props.
