Abstract

Faktor sumber daya manusia ini merupakan elemen yang harus mendapat perhatian organisasi, khususnya dalam mengisi era globalisasi, informasi dan teknologi yang terus berkembang saat ini, dimana iklim kompetisi yang dihadapi akan sangat berbeda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif artinya untuk mengetahui variabel mandiri, baik satu variabel atau lebih tanpa membuat perbandingan, atau menhubungkan antar variabel satu dengan variabel lain. Pelaksanaan Evaluasi Kinerja pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Banten, memperoleh hasil ratarata sebesar 77,00%, dan hasil jawaban responden terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai memperoleh hasil rata-rata sebesar 77,19%; Terdapat beberapa aspek standar penilaian kinerja sebagai tolok ukur yang belum dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga menjadi hambatan-hambatan dalam ketepatan penempatan pegawai. Kata Kunci Evaluasi, Kinerja, Efektivitas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelayanan punguutan retribusi pasar dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah di Kabupaten Serang. Pelaksanaan pelayanan pungutan retribusi pasar ternyata kurang adanya keterbukaan, dengan hasil jawaban responden sebesar 47,89%, sehingga berakibat pada kurang adanya penyempurnaan administrasi pemungutan retribusi daerah, dengan hasil jawaban responden sebesar 49,30%; Pelaksanaan pelayanan pungutan retribusi pasar dilakukan kurang profesional, dengan hasil jawaban responden sebesar 47,89%. Hal tersebut berakibat pada kurang mampu menjaring wajib retribusi sebanyak mungkin khususnya Pedagang di Pasar sebagai wajib retribusi, dengan hasil jawaban responden sebesar 49,30% Kata Kunci Pungutan, Retribusi, Pendapatan, Daerah

Abstract

This paper describes the business activity of animal breeding services in livestock services company at Elders Limited Australia. Primary and secondary data in this paper were collected from Elders Limited Australia database and Elders staff interviewed. Data were analyzed in full descriptively. The study indicated that the business of breeding services can help the farmer especially breeder to improve the genetic performance of their cattle farm and help them to make the decision of breeding program. The product of Elders Breeding Services are semen sales, breed exact and next exact program (breeding program), Taylor Made Seedstock (embryo transfer program). The breeding services also help farmers to promote their product by using Elders Limited website. In Australia, the using breeding services are more effective and efficient than the farmers conducting their farm by their own program.(Key words: Business activity, Breeding services, Elders Limited)

Abstract

This research is a study on halal consumer behavior, which consists of empirical results from various Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME)s in Bandung, Indonesia. Data were collected from 161 muslim tourists who have experiences visiting Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, and consuming culinary products produced by MSMEs in the city. Simple linear regression method was applied to evaluate the relation between consumers’ attitude and purchase decisions. This research aims to provide deeper understanding on the effect of tourists’ attitude towards the halal label and purchase decision, seen from the perspective of muslim consumers who have experiences in consuming the food products by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME)s in Bandung, Indonesia. This study reveals that attitude towards halal label is an important factor affecting consumers’ halal food purchase decision.

Abstract

Background. Progress in a country can be seen from the development of the capital market, because the capital market plays a very important role in transforming and advancing a country's economy so that it grows and develops. Indonesia is a country known to be rich in natural resources, so the development of capital markets in Indonesia is a step towards sustainable economic development. Purpose. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social media on the economic, social and political sectors. Method. The research used is quantitative research with descriptive and verification research methods. Results. The result of this study is that the influence of the number of social media followers on the share price of banks in Indonesia shows a positive correlation between the two. In this context, banks need to utilise social media more effectively as a marketing tool, pay attention to reputation risk management, improve transparency and communication with investors, and strengthen the role of regulators in monitoring the impact of social media.. Conclusion. With this research, there is a finding that in the field of social media, there are variables that influence the financial sector, in this case, company finances, namely the number of followers of a social media platform will influence stock prices. This should be a concern for stakeholders in the business sector to pay attention to social media developments occurring in Indonesia

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the correlation between udder and body size of Saanen goats on milk production in BBPTU-HPT Baturraden. Total of 61 lactating Saanen goats were used in this study. The size of the udder was measured including the width and length of the udder, the inner and outer circusmference of the udder, the shape and volume of the udder, the length, circumference and direction of the nipple. Body measurements were measured including chest circumference, ear length and width, and body length and height. Body and udder characteristics were assessed once before milking while milk production was measured each milking. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The correlation between body length, chest circumference, height, ear length, ear width, and neck wattle with milk production were 1.0%, 0.0%, 4.1%, 5.1%, 2.1 %, and 0.0% respectively. The correlation between udder volume, udder outer circumference, udder inner circumference, udder width, udder length, nipple circumference, and nipple length with milk production were 54.5%, 49.4%, 41.4%, 55.9,%, 10.9%, 24.2%, and 28.4% respectively. Saanen goat milk production had a correlation with udder characteristics but had no correlation with body size.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dirancang untuk menguji bioavailabilitas vitamin E yang dilarutkan dengan menggunakan pelarut yang berbeda, yaitu surfaktan tween 80 dan etanol pada bahan pengencer semen Andromed. Perlakuan yang diberikan pada penelitian ini adalah bahan antioksidan vitamin E dan bahan pelarut minyak yang terbagi dalam kelompok Andromed kontrol (P0), Andromed  Vit E (0.2 gr) + etanol (P1), Andromed vit.E (0.2 gr) + tween 80 (P2), Andromed vit. E (0.4 gr) + etanol (P3) dan Andromed Vit. E (0.4 gr) + tween 80 (P4). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Vitamin E dikombinasikan dengan pelarut sesuai perlakuan yang selanjutnya disebut sediaan vitamin E. Sediaan vitamin E kemudian dicampurkan kedalam bahan pengencer.  Sampel bahan pengencer tersebut dianalisis menggunakan analisis DPPH untuk mengukur aktivitas dari vitamin E di dalam bahan pengencer semen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai aktivitas antioksidan bahan pengencer yang diberikan kombinasi Vit. E dan tween 80 paling tinggi sebesar 91.29% sedangkan bahan pengencer dengan kombinasi Vit. E dan etanol aktivitas antioksidan tertingginya sebesar 57.45% dan hasil paling rendah pada bahan pengencer control tanpa penambahan vitamin E. Tween 80 sebagai pelarut vitamin E memiliki kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam melarutkan vitamin E dalam bahan pengencer semen jika dibandingkan dengan etanol.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and haplotype diversity within the growth hormone (GH) gene of Kampung Super chickens, a hybrid breed derived from KUB males and commercial layer hens. In this study, thirty-eight blood samples of Kampung Super chicken were collected and analyzed. A total of 11 SNPs were identified within intronic regions of the GH gene. Despite their non-coding location, these variants may influence gene regulation through mechanisms such as alternative splicing, mRNA transport, or chromatin accessibility. Linkage disequilibrium (LD) analysis revealed several strong associations among SNP pairs, indicating the presence of conserved haplotype blocks potentially under stabilizing selection. In silico restriction enzyme analysis showed that five SNPs displayed three genotypic classes, and four of them could be effectively genotyped using PCR-RFLP, while one SNP (g.3018G/A) lacked suitable restriction sites. The SNP g.3094C/T exhibited high diagnostic potential using multiple enzymes (StuI, MspI, XmaI), while g.3129A/T was distinguishable using TaqI, although the adjacent SNP overlap limited interpretability. Two SNPs (g.3261C/T and g.3268G/A) were digestible by enzymes with multiple cut sites, complicating gel-based resolution. These findings provide a foundation for future functional and association studies and support the use of GH gene polymorphisms in marker-assisted selection strategies for growth-related traits in Kampung Super chicken.
