Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Indonesia memberikan kontribusi bagi kesempatan kerja untuk masyarakat, dan meningkatkan PDB. Ddengan jumlah penduduk yang besar dan perusahaan besar yang sedikit, maka kesempatan kerja yang ada dapat terserap oleh UKM. Data statistik yang ada menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2000, lebih dari 66 juta orang bekerja di Usaha Kecil, atau sekitar 99,44 % dari jumlah kesempatan kerja yang ada di Indonesia. Untuk PDB, UKM menyumbang sekitar 40 % dari total pembentukan PDB di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman usaha Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), tingkat pendidikan pemilik UMKM, skala usaha UMKM, karakteristik dan pola pembiayaan, kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap intensitas penggunaan dana kredit perbankan. Objek Penelitian ini dalah pemilik UMKM di pesisir wilayah pesisir Banten, dengan sampel 100 orang, dengan pendekatan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan Pengalaman usaha, tingkat pendidikan, skala usaha, karakteristik dan pola pembiayaan, kepercayaan dan komitmen berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap tingkat intensitas penggunaan dana. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compete formulating global strategy PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (BKI) in non-classification marine services business (independent assurance) in Indonesia that includes three business sector such as marine, industry, and energy. The methodology used the analytical descriptive method with techniques SWOT analysis. The number of population as many as 5.248 companies, the target population was the BKI non-classification customers (non-klas) or independent assurance in all three business sector susch as marine, industry, and energy. The determination of the total sample using Slovin formulas with the levels of trust 95 % obtained the total sample as many as 400 respondents. The research results showed that based on a position map of non-classification services business,  BKI was on strategic rapid growth. BKI increased the number of a new job, increased new consumer on the non-classification services (independent assurance) in all business sectors, and focused on the type of non-classification service business certain having the the highest value income for BKI.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang menerpa Indonesia sangat berdampak pada berbagai sektor tak terkecuali jasa keuangan khususnya perbankan. Salah satu indikator yang digunakan dalam mengukur kinerja perbankan adalah non performing loan (NPL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja bank pembangunan daerah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia terkait dampak pandemi Covid-19 menggunakan proxy NPL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bank pembangunan daerah pun ikut terdampak imbas dari pandemi Covid-19 ini yang mana NPL tiap bank cenderung bertambah dibandingkan sebelum pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan temuan lain dari sisi mikroekonomi berupa perbandingan NPL dengan ROA serta dari sisi makroekonomi berupa perbandingan NPL dengan inflasi, pertumbuhan PDB dan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka.

Abstract

As technology advances and becomes more sophisticated, consumer behavior patternss shift. The presence of such events stimulates diverse corporate industries to compete in order to develop innovation. Businesses in the field of financial technology also use it (Fintech). DANA is a mobile payment application that supports ATM cards for online purchases. Despite the fact that DANA is a new program, it is capable of adapting fast in order to attract users. DANA has proven to be the third most popular app in Indonesia, with the most users and the most downloads. The goal of this research is to analyse the influence of customer behavior and product quality on the selection to use DANA as a mobile payment application. This type of research is quantitative by using descriptive data analysis techniques that use multiple linear hypothesis models with a total of 400 research samples. The results obtained from this study that consumer behavior and quality productx have a significant and positive effect on partial (individual) decision making.As for the results of simultaneous testing (collectively) on consumer behavior and product quality to consumer decision making in choosing DANA as a mobile payment application has a significant effect and the results are accepted.

Abstract

The study focuses on the entrepreneurship education at a private business school in Indonesia due to the accelerate impact through the country economy that by implementing entrepreneurship education, one of the factors driving entrepreneurial growth in a country is the higher education institutions' role. The study took places at Telkom University, Indonesia, by surveying 458 business school students. The data analysed using a path analysis technique with SmartPLS ver. 3. Our result shows that the factors affecting entrepreneurial orientation show significant and positive effects which eventually cause a similar effect on entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, higher education institutions, especially business schools, should consider these factors as driving forces towards entrepreneurial intention. Practical implications for the development of the entrepreneurship curriculum also drawn in this study.

Abstract

This research is a study on halal consumer behavior, which consists of empirical results from various Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME)s in Bandung, Indonesia. Data were collected from 161 muslim tourists who have experiences visiting Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, and consuming culinary products produced by MSMEs in the city. Simple linear regression method was applied to evaluate the relation between consumers’ attitude and purchase decisions. This research aims to provide deeper understanding on the effect of tourists’ attitude towards the halal label and purchase decision, seen from the perspective of muslim consumers who have experiences in consuming the food products by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME)s in Bandung, Indonesia. This study reveals that attitude towards halal label is an important factor affecting consumers’ halal food purchase decision.

Abstract

Peer to peer lending atau pinjaman online merupakan salah satu bentuk teknologi finansial berupa marketplace yang mempertemukan pihak yang membutuhkan dana dengan pihak yang memberikan dana. Kemudahan yang diberikan mendapat antusiasme dari banyak pihak, namun demikian melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini perlu kiranya mengedukasi siswa dan guru/ tenaga pendidik SMA PGRI Cikampek sebagai masyarakat sasar guna meningkatkan literasi keuangan terkait layanan yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan pinjaman online. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan, simulasi dan diskusi interaktif yang disajikan secara daring pada tanggal 24 Desember 2021. Selama kegiatan, mendapat antusiasme tinggi dan respon positif dari para peserta dan mereka menjadi lebih paham dan bersikap lebih bijak dalam menyikapi setiap ada tawaran pinjaman online.

Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon of new investment instrument called Cryptocurrency-Bitcoin which becomes popular in recent years. Based on that phenomenon, this research tries to search which is the best investment instrument from three instruments such as Bitcoin, stocks, and gold. The research method used is quantitative method with the type of research is comparative descriptive. In this study, the authors use Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen index approach to evaluate the performance. This study intends to do a comparison from the index using the data of the investment instrument in the period of January 2014 to August 2017. The study sample was taken from price result from every investment instrument during the period of study. The result shows that Bitcoin is the best instrument because based on Sharpe, Treynor, and Jensen value the return is better than the other two instruments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the influence of personal interst and self-control on investment interest in generation z students in Bandung. The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive and causal research types. The population in this study were students of generation z in Bandung. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling method with sub-sampling purposive sampling technique with a total of 270 respondents. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS ver 22 software. The results of the study concluded that from the results of the t test, personal interest and self control had a positive and significant effect on investment interest in z generation students in Bandung. Based on the results of the F test, personal interest and self control together have an influence on investment interest in generation z students in Bandung.
