Abstract

Industri halal merupakan sektor strategis yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, mengingat negara ini memiliki populasi Muslim terbesar di dunia. Perkembangan industri halal tidak hanya didorong oleh permintaan domestik yang meningkat, tetapi juga oleh arus modal internasional dalam bentuk investasi asing langsung (Foreign Direct Investment/FDI) yang dapat berperan dalam memperluas kapasitas produksi, meningkatkan inovasi produk, dan memperluas akses pasar ekspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak arus modal internasional terhadap perkembangan industri halal di Indonesia dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis data sekunder terkini yang meliputi data investasi asing dan pertumbuhan industri halal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa arus modal internasional memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kapasitas produksi, kualitas produk, serta perluasan pasar ekspor industri halal Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memperkuat efektivitas arus modal asing sebagai pendorong utama pertumbuhan industri halal nasional. Temuan penelitian dapat menjadi bahan rekomendasi strategis bagi pemerintah dan pelaku industri untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan modal asing dalam pengembangan industri halal yang berkelanjutan dan berdaya saing tinggi di tingkat global.

Abstract

Problems: The implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the regional level has shown significant progress, but is not yet fully focused on supporting the sustainable development agenda. Many CSR programs are fragmented, not aligned with regional planning documents, and are not managed through collaborative mechanisms that equally involve government, businesses, and communities. Purpose: To provide a description and analysis of how government, businesses, and communities collaborate to strengthen corporate social responsibility. Methodology: This study uses a qualitative approach through document analysis, literature review, and conceptual modeling to formulate a Regional Action Plan (RAD) design based on multi-stakeholder collaboration. Findings: The research findings indicate that strengthening coordination between actors, data system integration, and social accountability mechanisms are key prerequisites for the effectiveness of the CSR RAD. The resulting design positions local governments as the driving force behind orchestrating collaboration, enabling CSR to be more focused, inclusive, and provide tangible benefits to the community. Abstract

Reading literacy is an important foundation for building Indonesia's future generation, capable of critical thinking and global competitiveness. Reading can encourage someone to have extensive knowledge and be able to understand all information well. One method to build a culture of reading literacy is read aloud method. This community service activity was carried out at one of the elementary schools in Tangerang Regency, namely Selapajang II Elementary School, Cisoka District, Tangerang Regency. This community service activity was carried out by introducing and teaching children the reading aloud method using story books for grade 6 students. The method of implementation of this activity was carried out by providing socialization to students about the reading aloud method, reading aloud practice, and game sessions and giving prizes to students. The results of this activity showed positive achievements as seen from the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the students. This activity is expected to increase students' interest in reading through the reading aloud method. Keywords: Reading Literacy, Read Aload, Elementary School.
