Abstract

Abstract

Gunung Batu Village is located in Connect Makmur District, Banjar Regency and requires direction and guidance in village development and development. This village needs guidelines and priority design plans to support the village self-reliance program. This priority design plan includes village infrastructure and roads in the three village hamlets that connect various social, cultural and economic activities. This village has various potentials, but this village does not yet have a development scheme, a thematic direction of growth, and indicators to increase this potential. Abstract

Flood is a natural disaster that can harm the environment, especially human settlements. The potential for flooding can be seen based on environmental characteristics, one of which is a swamp. Gunung Raja, Bati-Bati District, Kab. Tanah Laut is one of the residential areas that stands on swampland. Swampy land has high tide times and can potentially flood when it encounters high rainfall. Knowing the potential for flooding, we need a building that is responsive to tides. Buildings that have the potential for disaster response are educational facilities/schools, namely the Minhajussalam Islamic Boarding School. By creating a design using the Contextual Architecture method, it is hoped that this design can create a building that is responsive to sea tides and can become an emergency facility for the surrounding color in the event of a flood.

Abstract

Animation is a sub-sector of the creative industry that has promising business opportunities and is able to absorb a lot of creative labor. The increasing number of animation creators in Indonesia shows the increasing demand for animated films, unfortunately the quality of animators has not been able to compete internationally due to inadequate infrastructure and low education. The government also encourages the development of the animation industry by opening vocational education, where the Animation Vocational School can become a special forum for learning activities in the field of animation technology which aims to improve Human Resources (HR). The Interactive Space theme offers problem-solving for Animated Vocational Schools which have an interactive platform. The method used is to create a place to stimulate ideas. Like a waiting room which can be a collaborative space for discussion and relaxation.
