Abstract

This research was conducted in Samigaluh District, Kulon Progo Regency. Samigaluh has a unique local coffee, “moka” coffee, this coffee is made by farmers that is coffee plants side by side with cocoa plants to produce moka coffee. The goal of the research is to know the effect of product quality, service quality, age, work and income on the satisfaction of consumers of coffee in coffee shops in Samigaluh. The hypothesis of this study is predictable that product quality, service quality, age, occupation, and income affect the satisfaction of coffee consumers in coffee shops in Samigaluh District. The basic method used is descriptive method. The sampling method uses Accidental Sampling and Purposive Sampling with 50 respondents in totals. The analytical method uses multiple linear analysis, testing the coefficient of determination, F test, and partial t test. The results of the analysis of this study variables that have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (α = 0,05) is product quality with a probability, service quality, age of respondent, and work of respondent. While the income variable is not significant to consumer satisfaction (p = 0.5521).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the purchasing decision process, namely problem recognition (X1), information retrieval (X2), purchasing decisions (X3) and post-purchase behavior (X4) on customer satisfaction. The research was carried out in strawberry gardens in Banyuroto Village, Sawangan District, Magelang Regency. Sampling using Accidental Sampling method involving 40 respondents and the analytical method used is multiple linear analysis. The results of the statistical test show that problem recognition variables and purchase decision variables have a significant and significant effect on satisfaction with probability values smaller than ∝ (0.05), while information search variables and behavioral variables after purchase are at a probability level greater than ∝ (0 , 05) which means not significant to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

As we know that the current product offer is very diverse and numerous, including agricultural products, especially fresh fruits. Banana is a fruit commodity that is favored by many people in Indonesia, but the branding of its comodity in Indonesia is still lacking. By knowing the preference of consumer for banana, in this research using the brand from SUNPRIDE, the writer want to know how the brand image ot its comodity.            This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price, and income on consumer preferences in buying Sunpride bananas in the city of Yogyakarta. The basic method used is descriptive method. The sampling method uses accidental sampling with 40 respondents. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the test coefficient of determination, F test, and partial t test (α = 0.05). The results of the study show that brand image and revenue have a positive and significant effect on consumer preferences. While prices do not significantly affect consumer preferences.

Abstract

The development of the branded sugar industry in Indonesia is increasing every year. This makes consumers faced with a variety of alternatives that exist so that consumers tend to have certain preferences before making a purchase process for the product. Consumer characteristics and preferences are important things that the company must know in order to be able to compete with other companies. The purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics of consumers and analyze the factors that influence consumer preferences in buying Gulaku brand sugar products in the city of Yogyakarta. The research method used descriptive quantitative method, the sampling technique in the form of accidental random sampling with the number of respondents as many as 70 people. The results of this study are: (1) Consumers who buy Gulaku brand sugar in Yogyakarta City are dominated by female consumers, aged 20-25 years, married and working as private employees with an income of Rp. 1,000,000.00; -Rp. 2,000,000.00 / month. (2) Variables Culture, personal, brand image and promotion have a significant influence on consumer preferences in buying Gulaku brand sugar products in Yogyakarta City. (3) Price and product packaging variables have no significant effect on consumer preferences in buying Gulaku brand sugar products in Yogyakarta City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine farmers' perceptions of the existence of the Maju Bersama cooperative in Long Beluah Village, West Tanjung Palas District, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan. The basic method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The sampling method used simple random sampling with a total of 76 respondents. The analytical method in this research uses multiple exponential regression analysis with the determination test (R2), F test, and using the statistical t test (α = 0.05). The results of this research show that age, level of formal education, number of family dependents, land area, length of time as a member, extension support and local government support do not have a significant effect on farmers' perceptions of the existence of cooperatives. Meanwhile, partnership support has a real influence on farmers' perceptions of the existence of cooperatives. This is based on the results of the t test with a significant level, only the partnership support variable shows a significant positive effect on farmers' perceptions. This is proven by a probability value of 0.05 or a value of 0.000 < 0.05. Keywords: Perception, farmers, cooperative, and partnership support
