Abstract

Data mining is part of the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) process. The use of data mining serves to classify, predict, and extract other useful information from large data sets. This study aims to classify rice plants under treatment (drought stress and control) using data mining, focusing on the analysis of the variables of Leaf Area (LA), Root Length (RL), and Shoot Length (SL). Each classification algorithm has different characteristics, resulting in varied performance results. After testing both classification algorithms, the accuracy results were 71.70% for Naïve Bayes and 73.85% for SVM. This shows that the SVM algorithm performs better than Naïve Bayes algorithms to determine best treatment of rice to support national food security further. Furthermore, It also can be concluded that using a machine learning approach can solve problems in the classification of rice plants affected by drought threats is fairly effective with the maximum score obtained is only 73.85%.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure is essential for government operations, particularly in managing network devices. Within the ICT Hardware Infrastructure Subdivision (Subbidang Harinfra TIK) of the Data and Information Center at the Indonesian Ministry of Defense, documentation of maintenance activities remains fragmented, making monitoring, analysis, and historical data storage less effective. This study developed a web-based information system using the Laravel framework and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach to address these issues. The system automates documentation, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring more structured, transparent, and efficient processes. Black Box testing confirmed reliable functionality, data validation, and improved efficiency in maintenance activities. Unlike previous studies that focused on general asset or helpdesk systems, this research emphasizes ICT infrastructure maintenance in a defense environment, highlighting security and adaptability for sensitive data. The implementation enhances systematic documentation and operational transparency, with future improvements directed toward intelligent notifications and platform integration in line with Industry 4.0 trends.

Abstract

SMPN 11 Bengkulu City used the system manually for several years to handle activities such as data collection and inventory reports. It caused the frequent occurrence of goods scattered, sometimes damaged goods were not recorded, the occurrence of data redundancy, so that errors often occured in data collection and calculation. The aim of this research is to build a website-based inventory information system that can minimize data redundancies and errors in calculations and data collection. The methodology used in making this system uses the waterfall method, UML diagrams, database design, and interface design. The results of this research are web-based information systems. The development of the system indicates that this system has the potential to support the activities of processing inventory data automatically, quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Inconsistencies and differences clothes-folding methods are often a major problem in the military. Everyone has thier method to fold and their method is still traditional. Besides, the neatness of the clothes in the military is emphasized. This method certainly took up their time and energy then the folding was different to each other. To solve this problem, a simulation machine is made to fold the clothes automatically. This system works using Finite State Automa type Non-Deterministic Finite Automata. Finite State Automata are used because they are simple and do not require storage space. The result of this research is a design of an automatic clothes-folding that can be implemented properly and correctly for UNHAN RI’s students. This automatic clothes-folding has succeeded to create consistent folds even though user tried with different clothes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem presensi personel berbasis web dan mobile pada Instansi ABC guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam proses pencatatan kehadiran. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Flutter untuk aplikasi mobile dan Laravel untuk aplikasi web. Dalam implementasinya, sistem ini mengintegrasikan fitur face recognition sebagai metode autentikasi kehadiran berbasis wajah, serta geolocation untuk memastikan presensi hanya dapat dilakukan dalam radius lokasi yang telah ditentukan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meminimalisir potensi kecurangan, mempercepat proses rekap data kehadiran, dan memberikan kemudahan akses bagi personel maupun admin. Selain itu, sistem dilengkapi dengan fitur pengajuan dan persetujuan perizinan, yang mendukung proses administrasi kehadiran secara digital dan terintegrasi. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi presensi yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan akurat dalam mendukung operasional kepegawaian di Instansi ABC. Selain itu, secara keilmuan penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis biometrik dan geolokasi, serta penerapan integrasi web serta mobile untuk mendukung efisiensi proses manajemen kehadiran.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital membawa kemudahan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, namun juga menghadirkan tantangan dalam perlindungan data pribadi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa/i SMA Negeri 63 Jakarta mengenai risiko keamanan digital dan pentingnya Two Factor Authentication (2FA). Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah dan demonstrasi dalam mengaktifkan 2FA pada platform digital seperti email, media sosial, dan aplikasi keuangan yang diikuti 33 peserta pada tanggal 22 Mei 2024. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran dan kemauan peserta dalam menerapkan 2FA. Kegiatan ini turut mendorong terbentuknya budaya literasi digital yang aman dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan dalam bentuk edukasi mengenai bahaya judi online ditujukan kepada siswa/i di Madrasah Aliyah Yayasan Al Kautsar yang dihadiri sebanyak 47 orang. Maraknya akses terhadap judi online di kalangan remaja menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif, baik dari sisi psikologis, sosial, maupun akademik. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran remaja akan risiko dan konsekuensi dalam aktivitas perjudian digital. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui penyampaian materi edukatif, diskusi interaktif, serta refleksi bersama yang mendorong peserta untuk mengidentifikasi dampak nyata dari judi online. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap bahaya judi online serta tumbuhnya kesadaran untuk menjauhi aktivitas tersebut. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan ruang bagi peserta untuk mengeksplorasi alternatif aktivitas yang lebih positif dan produktif. Edukasi semacam ini terbukti efektif sebagai langkah preventif dalam menekan potensi kecanduan judi online di kalangan remaja.

Abstract

Pemantauan logistik di Disinfolahtaau belum optimal karena sistem SIMTELOG yang ada terbatas pada tampilan tabel. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem Air Force Logistics System (AIRLOGS) dengan fokus optimalisasi visualisasi data inventaris dan transaksi melalui dashboard interaktif , serta merancang manajemen akses pengguna untuk tiga level peran. Metode yang digunakan adalah Incremental Model dengan implementasi backend Laravel dan frontend ReactJS. Hasil penelitian adalah sistem AIRLOGS fungsional yang telah teruji Black Box. Sistem ini berhasil menyajikan data logistik secara visual interaktif dan menerapkan manajemen akses berbasis peran, sehingga mempermudah pemantauan dan pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

The design and implementation of a web-based administrative information system for Subbagian Tata Usaha at Pusat Pertahanan Siber (Pushansiber), Ministry of Defense, Indonesia, addressed critical inefficiencies in manual Excel and paper-based processes causing data redundancy, workflow delays, and limited real-time access. Using Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, this research developed an integrated system with innovative features for high-security defense environments: five-tier Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Server-Sent Events (SSE) for real-time notifications, automated leave quota validation, and competency mapping algorithms with gap analysis. This work contributes a validated framework for administrative digitalization in high-security defense environments by integrating five administrative workflows into a unified platform with RBAC, real-time SSE notifications, and comprehensive audit logging addressing the literature gap where existing studies overlooked security-sensitive requirements in government contexts. Black Box testing with 20 scenarios validated functionalities, demonstrating quantifiable improvements: leave approval time reduced 85% (3-5 days to 4 hours), personnel data retrieval improved from 15-20 minutes to 30 seconds, missed tasks decreased from 20% to below 5%, announcement delivery achieved 97%, and data entry errors reduced to below 2%. This research establishes a replicable model for defense administrative transformation, contributing empirical evidence to public sector digital transformation literature.

Abstract

This study describes the development of a web based correspondence information application for managing incoming and outgoing letters in the Kamar Sandi unit (Pamsisinfosan Division, Pusdatin Kemhan RI), replacing a legacy Visual Basic desktop system with unreliable database access, single host limitation, no scheduled backups, and a non intuitive interface. This research employs the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to facilitate iterative prototyping and rapid adaptation to operational requirements. Using a modular Laravel/Livewire + MySQL stack, the application centralizes letter metadata and master data (origin/destination, security degree, communication channel, cryptographic system) and provides automated agenda numbering, role-based access control (Admin, Pimpinan, Petugas), and a secure flow for classified letters via PIN validation and hashed identifiers. Supporting modules include a notification center, activity/audit logs, Excel/PDF export, and scheduled backup–restore with PIN gated downloads. Evaluation results indicate a significant increase in operational efficiency, evidenced by a ~60% reduction in mail recording time and a decrease in data retrieval duration from over 10 minutes to under 5 seconds, with a 100% success rate in eliminating agenda duplication errors. The application operationalizes these findings through granular authorization, input & CSRF validation, gated secret document access, indexed search with multi criteria filtering, and integrated backup–restore enhancing accessibility, retrieval efficiency, and auditability while lowering operational risk. Key contributions are: (1) translating migration pain points into an iterative implementation, (2) embedding security and preservation features at design time, and (3) presenting an evidence aligned functional model for government records management. Future enhancement can add retention policy automation and secure inter agency integration.
