Abstract

This study aims to analyze the model of child adoption practices and the legal consequences of adopted child status in Islamic Law. This research is a field study with a juridical-empirical approach, which is descriptive and analytical in nature. Data on child adoption practices were analyzed using Friedman's legal system theory, which views the legal system as consisting of interconnected subsystems, including legal rules, enforcement, and the legal culture of the community. The effectiveness and success of law enforcement are measured through three elements of the legal system: the structure of the law, the substance of the law, and the legal culture. The research findings indicate that the model of child adoption practices in Batang District, Central Java is highly diverse. These models are observed in several villages within Batang District, such as Lebo, Pesaren, Banjiran, and Kalipucang Wetan. According to Indonesian legal regulations regarding child adoption, the reality is that the first model of child adoption does not comply with Indonesian legal rules, while the second model follows a familial approach. Several variations of these models present legal issues that have significant implications, particularly in terms of lineage, inheritance rights, and mahram relationships.

Abstract

Many women employ various methods to enhance their beauty and attractiveness, with Botox being a popular choice. Consequently, numerous beauty clinics now offer Botox therapy, despite its potential side effects. This article aims to explore Botox therapy for beauty from the perspective of maqasid al-shari’ah. The study was conducted at a beauty clinic (referred to as XD) using field research methods, including interviews and literature review. Data were analyzed descriptively through the lens of maqasid al-shari’ah. The study found that Botox therapy at the XD clinic is used to address health issues, particularly those related to muscle failure. Additionally, it is utilized for aesthetic purposes, such as reducing facial wrinkles. However, frequent or improperly performed Botox treatments can pose risks to patients. From the perspective of maqasid al-shari’ah, Botox use is closely linked to the preservation of life (hifz al-nafs). Thus, Botox can be considered permissible (mubah), especially for medical reasons. For purely cosmetic purposes without medical necessity, it is deemed undesirable (makruh). It is crucial that Botox procedures are performed by qualified professionals.

Abstract

Tujuan dari program ketahanan pangan dalam kegiatan penanaman sayur dengan media polybag sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Desa Asassapi tentang pembudidayaan tanaman sayur secara mandiri menggunakan media polybag, serta dapat mengurangi ketergantungan masyarakat terhadap penjual sayuran keliling. Jenis dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang bersifat pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Alassapi tepatnya berada di Dusun Krajan. Sasaran/peserta kegiatan adalah ibu-ibu Desa Alassapi. Metode kegitan/pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan penyampaian materi penyuluhan dan tahap pelatihan yaitu praktek pembuatan pupuk organik tatakura dan budidaya tanaman sayur dengan media polybag. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mendapat respon yang baik dari ibu-ibu di Desa Alassapi sehingga mereka tertarik untuk membuat melakukan kegiatan ketahanan pangan secara mandiri dalam penanaman sayur dengan media polybag dengan memanfaatkan lahan perkarangan kosong yang ada disekitar rumah, dengan memanfaatkan lahan perkarang tersebut bisa membantu pendapatan keluarga serta kebutuhan dapur rumah tangga. Sehingga dalam penanaman sayur dengan media polybag bisa menjadi suatu alternatif yang penting sebagai sumber dari pendapatan keluarga Desa Alassapi, selain sayur yang ditaman bisa dikonsumsi sendiri juga bisa dengan dijual sehingga dapat mengurangi pengeluaran rumah tangga.

Abstract

Digital marketing digitization has become one of the alternatives to increase the sales of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products. One of the limitations in implementing digital marketing is the lack of skills and knowledge among MSME players in marketing matters. This issue is addressed through the implementation of a digital marketing assistance program focused on MSMEs in Bandilan Village, Prajekan District, Bondowoso Regency. The program targets businesses involved in knitting crafts and cassava chip production. The assistance activities include sharing sessions, creating social media and marketplace accounts, providing training on social media content creation, and direct implementation of digital marketing by the MSME players. The digital marketing platforms utilized in this program are Instagram Business, WhatsApp Business, and Shopee. The benefits of this program are twofold: it increases the sales opportunities for MSME products and also helps the MSME players improve and expand their businesses. This program serves as an alternative and sustainable solution to assist MSME players.

Abstract

Digital marketing is a marketing activity that uses various media for a business. Digital Marketing in its application will not be unfamiliar with the name marketing mix or what is usually called marketing mix. Marketing mix is ​​a set of tools used to achieve marketing objectives. In general, the marketing mix focuses on strategic interpretation that combines product, price, promotion and place. There are additional 3Ps that complement marketing strategy, namely people, process, and physical evidence which form the 7Ps of the marketing mix. These seven Ps must be combined to suit plant growth conditions. The actual combination used will depend on the marketing team's expertise taking into account raw materials, managers and experience. The aim of this research is to explain how digital marketing is implemented through 7p marketing at Warung Makan Pecak Belut Bu Niti Kecamatan Petarukan Kabupaten Pemalang. This research is a type of qualitative research with field research to obtain primary data from interviews with informants. In this case, the subject of this research is the owner of the Pecak Belut, namely Mrs. Casniti, Lestari as an assistant and at the same time who manages the marketing and promotion of the Pecak Belut and Mrs. Sri as the head of the kitchen and then added as a buyer resource at Bu Niti's Pecak Belut Food Stall. Data analysis method used in This research includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.  The results of this research show that Warung Makan Pecak Belut Bu Niti implements the 7p digital marketing mix, all of which is in accordance with Islamic business ethics. Apart from that, Warung Makan Pecak Belut Bu Niti also applies sharia marketing characteristics, namely divine, akhlaqiyyah, realistic and humanistic.

Abstract

This study focuses on determining the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. KAF Media Nusantara, Bangkalan Regency Branch. In this study, Organizational Commitment is divided into 3 parts: Affective Organizational Commitment, Sustainable Organizational Commitment and Normative Organizational Commitment. This study uses qualitative. Data were collected through in-depth interviews. This study aims to explore that organizational culture and internal communication are factors in how factors in an organization can affect individual performance in the workplace. The results of the study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. The findings of this study can contribute to the development of human resources, especially at PT. KAF Media Nusantara, Bangkalan Regency Branch.

Abstract

Kajian ini membahas bagaimana pendidikan multikultural berperan dalam membentuk sikap toleransi pada siswa di Indonesia yang sangat beragam. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, prosiding, dan dokumen resmi terkait pendidikan multikultural dan pembentukan karakter. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan multikultural sangat berpengaruh dalam menanamkan nilai toleransi melalui empat hal utama: memperkenalkan keberagaman, memperkuat empati sosial, meningkatkan kemampuan berinteraksi lintas budaya, dan membentuk identitas diri yang terbuka. Lewat pendekatan ini, siswa bukan cuma memahami perbedaan, tapi juga belajar menghargainya sebagai kekayaan bangsa. Walaupun ada tantangan seperti kesenjangan sosial, akses pendidikan yang tidak merata, dan penolakan terhadap nilai multikultural, pendidikan ini tetap menjadi cara yang efektif untuk membangun generasi yang toleran, demokratis, dan humanis.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has given rise to e-commerce as a new form of muamalah activity that is increasingly being used by society, including Muslims. The shift in transaction patterns from conventional to digital has given rise to various legal issues that require serious study from an Islamic legal perspective. This article aims to analyze the phenomenon of e-commerce from an Islamic perspective by examining the legal basis, reasons for permissibility, and the limitations of sharia that regulate it. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach, through an analysis of classical and contemporary fiqh literature, books of schools of thought, fatwas of scholars, and academic sources relevant to digital buying and selling practices. The results of the study indicate that e-commerce is essentially permissible in Islam as long as it meets the pillars and requirements for a valid sale and purchase, such as clarity of the object, price, contract, and the willingness of the seller and buyer. Differences in views between schools of thought regarding the technicalities of the contract and the form of the transaction do not change the basic principles of the validity of muamalah as long as it does not contain elements of gharar, usury, and fraud. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of digital muamalah fiqh literacy for Muslims to be able to carry out e-commerce transactions legally, ethically, and responsibly in accordance with sharia values ​​in the digital era.

Abstract

Creativity is an innate ability in every individual, not something that is acquired from external sources. For the material presentation system, the use of technology is very important as a means to design, review, assess development results, and apply learning materials effectively. Technology helps facilitate this process, thereby improving the quality of teaching and learning. This article aims to discuss the use of Canva in increasing the creativity of high school students. The method used is qualitative media, namely a literature review of articles published between 2020 and 2025, using Google Scholar and Publish or Perish to search for relevant articles. The results of the study describe that Canva can play a role in supporting students' creativity to support learning and improve students' skills, supported by a sufficient surrounding environment. Areas that do not yet have adequate technological facilities are expected to be a concern for the government in providing adequate facilities so that no gaps arise. In conclusion, Canva supports students in increasing their creativity, and there are many aspects that support improvements in learning and social aspects.
